I felt my phone buzz in my pocket and pulled it out. I bet it's Cordelia wondering where I am. I haven't seen much of her lately, she's always out riding with BFG. But when I do see her she looks happier than ever. I'm on a run with Bullet, the chapter of Broken Demons a few towns away is having issues making deliveries so I'm assisting until they sort their shit. I look down at the message

Cordelia: Just to let you know I'm naked in your bed, but I've got a man to keep me company.... Max. Miss you xx

I smile at the message, I love her new confidence, she's so far away from the girl who ran and hid in the bathroom when I touched her. I quickly text her back and let her know I'll be there when she wakes up before turning to Bullet

"Have we heard anymore about the return of The Sons? I heard that Machete has been bumped up to VP. I'm just waiting for them to come back swinging" he takes his eyes off the road briefly before replying

"Actually, BFG told me his friend who is prospecting for them said they don't want a repeat of losing anyone and they're going to stay away from guns and up the drug game. So unless Dragon wants something personal, we should be in the clear"

"Lets fucking hope so, I haven't mentioned them to Cordelia, she's too happy to make her start thinking about Dragon again" I say lighting a cigarette. We arrive at the warehouse and make the drop. I have a brief discussion with their president Reaper, reminding him to get his club in order before I have to do it for him and head home to my girl.

I was hoping to get back before morning but we got held up, I walk into the kitchen to see Cordelias ass in the air, her denim cut off shorts give me a nice view making me want to take her right there on the counter. She's got music playing and is dancing while pulling a pan out of the cupboard. She turns and jumps when she sees me

"Damn, I need to start putting bells on you guys. I'm making breakfast, I'll make you and Bullet a plate before you go to bed and get some rest" she says breaking eggs into the pan. She stops me before I can reply

"I'm not taking no for an answer, you have been working your asses off and you need rest, I have some stuff to do today anyway, eat and then sleep" she says waving to a chair for me to sit. Bullet comes in and sits down

"Damn Masochist, that actually smells good, if it weren't for the fire I had to put out last week I'd say you were getting good at this" he says laughing. I don't know how she does it but she's so worried about serving us raw food she manages to set fire to it instead. She puts plates of food in front of us and the rest of the guys start filtering in to get their food.

"Hey B, you called that hottie with a body yet? Or do you need me to?" Cordelia shouts from the stove as BFG walks in the room. I see his face go bright red

"Cordelia, what are you up to, my guys won't fight you anymore, so you're set to embarrass them instead?" I ask as she walks over to me, I pull her onto my lap as she takes a piece of bacon off my plate.

"Just want them all to be as happy as us. I like playing matchmaker anyway, would it be such a bad thing if I had more old ladies to hang out with instead of bugging B to ride with me all the time and Knuckles to train me all the time?" She says wrapping her arms around my neck. I finish my food, pick Cordelia up of my lap and carry her over my shoulder to the door

"Wait I need to clean up before I go out, put me down Killy" she says laughing, she tries to struggle but I hold her still on my shoulder.

"What have I told you about calling me that?" I reply smacking her ass

"That I can't use your real name in front of the guys, so I have to call you Killer, but I think Killy suits you better, Killy" she laughs and I glare at the few guys who found it funny

"Well then Beautiful, I think I need to punish you before I go to sleep, teach you a lesson." I say taking her off my shoulder and standing her in front of me I lean down and kiss her cheek softly before whispering in her ear "Let's see what name you scream once I'm inside you" I see her body shudder and take her up to my room.
