Jason's P.O.V.

I slept pretty well but I had a bad headache when I woke up. But the cold shower helped and I'm feeling good, well good enough. I'm in my office and completing all the paperwork. The day has just started and there is a mountain of papers in front of me, you take a break for a day, and the next day you die due to overworking. I mean it is only eleven in the morning. I'm reading a document regarding a resort that we are interested to invest in, but all I want to do is see Owen. Conri is going nuts, he is dying to run to his mate since he knows that his mate is in this very town. It has become so hard to control him. I tried to focus on the work again but someone knocked on my door.

"Come in," I said with my eyes in the file I was holding.

Aiden walked in wearing a white shirt with two buttons undone on the top, tight enough to show his muscles, brown leather belt, and formal black pants. He was wearing a silver wolf face pendent and ear-ring in his left ear. the jewelry complementing his grey eyes and the clothes making his brown skin more prominent. His hair was styled side-parted and wavy.

"Alpha," He said as he stopped in front of my desk and bowed.

"I guess you'll be leaving early today. Got a date?" I asked with a smirk.

"Yes and no. I will be leaving in the afternoon and I'm not going on a date, I'm going into a housewarming part. You know I don't do that, I'm waiting for my.... Mate." He was blushing.

"I know, I know. But as a beta, you are pretty bad at hiding your emotions." I replied teasingly. His eyes were firing up.

"Hey. I told you to not tease me about that," he shouted blushing more if that is possible.

"And I told you to not do that bowing and respecting thing when we are alone," I said raising my eyebrow.

"Fine." He said rolling his eyes. "I have some important things to brief you about." He paused, I did not say anything waiting for him to continue. "The blue moon pack has asked us to protect them from a rough pack that is attacking them frequently, so far they have lost 5 members. They wish to merge in our pack." He added. His face turned serious.

"Well, the blue moon pack has been our allies for ages, we must help them. Send enough of our troops and reinforcements. And if they wish to merge, arrange a meeting after everything is taken care of." I ordered. "Anything else?" I added.

"Yes. There is ... one thing." He was hesitating.

"What is it?" I said in rhythm like when you talk with a toddler.

"Well ... um ... you see ... um ..." he was still hesitating.

"What is it Aiden?" I said with a serious tone now. He fixed his eyes on the ground.

"Um ... This pick was posted this morning by Hailey." He said as he turned his phone around so I could see the screen.

It was a photo of Owen and he looked so hot in it, I wanted to jump on the screen at the very instant I saw the photo. The photo was arousing, his body was wet from the water he must have come out of the shower, His rob was falling from the side and I could see his man boobs, his hairs were wet making him look even hotter, and the position he was, it was like he was begging for more if you know what I mean. I felt myself getting hard and my throat dried, my heart was beating so hard it felt like my rib cage would break. Conri has officially gone insane. I don't know what he is doing but he is running all around the space howling like a rouge. But I'm lost in my own thoughts to give him any attention. I was unintentionally myself with Owen, right on that table. Kissing him exploring his entire body, and tearing that rob apart.

Wait, this picture was posted on insta, it is on the social network, everyone can see it. The thought suddenly hit me and I got pulled back from my eutopia. I saw Hailey wrote and I quote Someone please help this puppy...' followed by three hot face emojis. What is she thinking, is she even allowed to use insta? And who is this Andrei guy she has tagged? I click on the tag to check his profile. He is from Lunardale! Wait I have seen him before...he is the alpha of the Blood Moon Pack! He studied on the same campus as Owen! One by one thing hit me like bullets. I shot up from my seat and slammed my other hand on the desk and the desk broke into pieces, the paper flew in every direction.

"WHAT IS HIS RELATION WITH OWEN!" I was angry and shocked.

"It's nothing like what you are imagining. From our research, they are best friends. So, calm down." Aiden said gently.

"If they are just friends why would Hailey tag him in such a picture? And how can she even post something like this, not how can Owen let her post something like this? Does he even know that this is on the internet?" I was trying to calm down but still, anger was boiling inside me.

"Well, about tagging Aiden, I think Haile must have done it as a joke. And I don't know the reasons for the other things." Aiden said with an emotionless face.

"It has twenty-five thousand likes already? And look at the comments, are they insane? Make this disappear immediately." I was still breathing heavily now because of the anger.

"You know we can't do that, and I think everyone in the pack must have seen the photo by now. So, it's no use." Aiden replied. Is he even listening to me? I was frustrated. And to add fuel to the fire Corni is not calming down, he is horny and angry just like me.

"DO IT," I shouted and Aiden didn't reply. "I need to talk to Owen. Get the car ready we're going to his house." I ordered.

"Okay calm down, Jason. I really don't think this is a good idea. Just look at the state you are in, Do you think you'll be able to control yourself in front of Owen? Who knows what you'd end up doing. Do you want to worsen things between you guys? He just came back just like you said, he just took a step away from his dark past. What do you think he'll do if you show up in front of him like this? This time if he left he won't come back." Aiden was serious now, there was a fire in his eyes.

"BUT-" I was trying to speak but cut off by Aiden.

"SIT DOWN MR. ALPHA OF THE PACK." Aiden shouted back. I was surprised, this was the first time he was behaving like this. However, the shock from it helped me get my senses back and I thought about what he said for a moment and I knew he was not wrong.

"Fine. I won't talk to him, but I need to see him. Get me a dose and get the car ready I'll just wait outside his house in the car where he can't see me until I see his face." I said to Aiden as I sat back.

"Are you sure?" Aiden was not sure about the plan.

"Yes."

He then got the syringe and injected me into my left arm. I felt like I was burning from inside. I could feel the liquid as it passed through my veins, it felt like someone was cutting me with blades where the liquid circulated in my body. The pain was unbearable, I bent backward and fell to the ground. I curled into a ball, I felt like my body was burning and being cut from inside at the same time but I'm used to it now, I've been doing it every day for almost five years now. Conri already fainted. My breath was getting uneven, I was on the verge of dying, but then the pain started to subside and after almost half an hour I was able to stand up, barely but still I stood up holding the chair.

"Let's go," I said to Aiden as I started to walk, I was limping. I barely had any energy left but I need to see him, just for a second. Aiden started to follow me. A black Mercedes was already waiting for us at the main gate, I tried to look at strong as possible when we passed by the other people in the packhouse. I sat in the back seat of the car and closed my eyes. I did not have the energy to keep them open. I felt Aiden sitting next to me and the engine start. Soon we were on our way.

At some point, the car stopped, and I thought we reached the house. I opened my eyes and to my surprise, we stopped on the main road, opposite to us was a café, I was about to ask what was going on but then I saw Owen from the backside, his side face was slightly visible. In a second, I smelled his heavenly scent and I felt like I was healed, all the pain and exhaustion went away, I looked at him again, he started to run. The driver was about to follow him, but I know what happened, he must have smelled me too.

"That's enough. Let's go back." I said barely uttering words.

Me (Sobbing) : I feel really bad for Jason, he is a jerk and all but he has been bearing that pain for five years... (shocked) Wait a minute... who put this chapter here? This was not supposed to be updated I deleted it... Who did this?

Jason: Uhu... me.

Me: what? why did you do that? And how did you got this chapter, I remember I deleted it...

Jason: Did you emptied your recycle bin.

I was remembering the event ... did I?

Me: You a$# hole... why did you do it?

Jason: Because you always write about Owen. I'm also part of the story, I want my P.O.V. too.

Me: That's not true, I do write things from your perspective. 

Jason: Oh ya, how many chapter did you write like that?

Me: ... UUUUUMMMMM.... I hate you...
