Jason's P.O.V.

"No Andrei! I can't. You are my best friend. I've never seen you like that. I... I can't" Owen said. He was trembling, his eyes were teary. What is going on?

"You know he doesn't deserve you, right? I'm much better than him." Andrei said with a deep voice. He was moving closer to Owen. "I'm nicer, wiser and let's not mention looks. Because that blobfish does not stand a chance in front of me." He added. What the fuck is this guy saying? I'm gonna kill him.

He was so close to Owen that there was barely any space between them. Owen was trying to move back but the wall in the back stopped him. I want to rip Andrei's throat out. I start to run toward them but as much as I run toward them they seem to move away.

He then held Owen's chin with his right hand and slid his left hand and wrapped it around Owen's lower back and that just made me burn. I was so angry, I was feeling flames come out of my body. I started to run even faster but they just kept getting away. I can't reach them. I'm gonna kill that son of a bitch.

"OWEN! OWEN!! OWEN!!!" I kept screaming but he could not hear me. "OWEN! OWEN!" I kept screaming but it was in vain.

Then suddenly they both turned to me and I was standing next to them. I was about to punch Andrei when Owen started to shake me. "JASON! JASON! JASON!" He was shouting. Then he suddenly slapped me and bolted up.

I looked around, I was in my room and Aiden was standing next to the bed. And I felt this pain on my right cheek. "What happened?" I asked as I rubbed my right cheek.

"What were you dreaming dude? You kept repeating Owen's name in your sleep." Aiden answered.

"I don't know. It was a very weird nightmare. By the way, what are you doing in my room." I asked, like does he not know about privacy?

"Look at the time, sleeping beauty. It's ten. I went to your office but you were not there. So, I figured you'd be in your room. And for your information, I knocked a thousand times but you didn't answer so I was worried." He said that he was lecturing me.

"Ya, I could not sleep last night." I was telling the truth. I could not sleep and be up until six in the morning. I was thinking about Owen the entire time and we could not chat last night because I broke the phone. I wanted to get another call last night but it was already too late and I did not want to disturb Owen.

"Why?" Aiden asked with a devilish grin on his face.

"And why would I tell you?" I teased him back. In your face, sucker.

"So, We're going down that way, huh?" He still had the same grin.

"Forget it, did you get me a new phone?" I asked.

"Yes, here." He answered and handed me a phone. I turned it on and everything was on it just like my old phone. "And..." He said,

"Is there more?" I was more irritated than curious. Like, I just woke up and had such a nightmare. You don't want to mess with me now.

"Um... yes" He looked like he was about to say something that would make me angry. I felt the same as when someone says 'If you don't mind can I say and you are like bitch you know I'm gonna mind. He looked just like that. He knew I would get angry but he would still tell me.

"First..." He said and then took the phone back from my hand and then started to check my surroundings.

"What are you doing?"

"Just checking that there's nothing that can be destroyed near you." He answered while looking around me. "Okay," he spoke and then took his phone out from his pocket, then after a few seconds, he turned it around for me to see. "Look," He added.

I stretched my hand to take the device from him but he pulled his hand back. "No... I'm not giving it to you. Just look." He said. And that really irritated me. It's not like I wanna see all the weird stuff he keeps on his phone. He's the one showing me it.

"Asshole," I said as I took a look at the pic.

It was a picture of Owen. He was at some kind of cafe. Wait, I know this place. It's Mrs. Stephwell's cafe. My face lit up as soon as I saw his photo. He looked cute as always. It looked like he did not get ready, but he looked so amazing. How can someone look this mesmerizing without any effort? It felt like he was casting a spell on me. It was like nothing else mattered but him. Only him. I want to keep looking at him. He was wearing a black oversized t-shirt with pink shorts. He looked sexy and cute at the same time. How can he be so gorgeous? Looking this good should be illegal.

"So...?" Aiden asked.

"So... What?" I was still not sure what he was talking about.

"Are you fine?" he looked scared.

"Why would I not be fine?" I replied and looked at the pic again.

It was then I realized that there were other people in the photo too. Mrs. Stephwell was standing behind Owen. She looked happy. I'm glad to see her smile. She is an amazing lady and she has been through a lot. But then on the other side of the table, he was there too. ANDREI. That son of a bitch was with Owen for breakfast. Wait a minute. If he is there it means that he too saw Owen when he looked this good.

I felt my blood boiling. That asshole, I'm gonna kill him today. And the photo has this many likes! And look at the comments, "Cutest couples ever..." what are they blind? I was grinning. It felt like Conri finally went feral. And why is he smiling so brightly in the picture? I trust Owen but I don't trust that motherfucker. That's it. Today will be the last day of that jackass on this planet.

I stood up from my bed in an instant. But Aiden held me back.

"Calm down, bro. Calm down. They were just having breakfast together." He said as he tried to push me back. But he couldn't even make me move an inch. I was going crazy, I felt rage in my heart. Conri wanted to take over and I was about to let him.

"Move Aiden," I said. Giving him a warning. He let me go when he heard my voice and moved back. I was about to rush out of my bedroom when someone knocked.

"Alpha!" It was one of the maids. She did not open the door but just stood outside. I growled. It looked like she was scared because what she said after was in a trembling voice. "Um... Um... O... Owen... Is... Um... He is... here... to see... you." She said, And hearing that line just calmed me down in a second.

What did she say? 'Owen! He is here to see me?' I repeated that line in my mind to make sure I heard it right. But it was real. It was happening. He is here to see me? Why? I was happy and confused.

"Send him in!" I replied and from the sound of her footsteps, I could tell she hurried away.
