Tw- extremely minor mention of sa/r@p3

Ah, dickhead." I groaned in pain. I opened my eyes to a bright hospital, just like the ones when I was little.

Flashback to 6 years ago

"Mum!" I shouted, she has finally came to visit me. "You've came!" I screamed happily. "Hey Ellie," she smiled, "I've just came to talk to you about what happened." I finished, sitting on the end of my hospital bed. I frowned. "He really hurt me mum." I looked down, "you know he didn't mean it sweetie." She stroked my hair, "he was just drunk and you know that." She said, tilting my head up with her hand. I began to cry "But mum, he touc-" "ah ah sweetie don't get worked up over a minor incident, you know you don't talk to him when he's drunk." She interupted, looking into my eyes and nodding, so I nodded back.

End of flashback

"Hey there." A lady said walking into the room. "Ellie." She finished looking at the clipboard at the bottom of the bed. "Hi." I replied with a smile. "My name's dr raven, ive just came to check out your stitches." She said, putting on some classic blue rubber gloves. "Okay." I replied. "Is it okay if I go through the bottom of your gown?" She asked as she pulled down the sheet. "Yeah that's fine." I shyly replied.

She prodded at the stitches and after a minute she was done. "Okay, they look great! I just need to change the dressing and then we came get your gaurdian to come and pick out up." She  stated, pulling out a long badge. "I'm on a work trip." I said, "and my mum is not with me..." I looked down. "n problem darling, you can call her and we can sort out for one of your co-workers to come pick you up." She replied, finishing of the dressing.

Okay, this can't be that hard right? Just ring her, tell her where I am, also what I want, then hand my phone over to the Dr. Easy peasy.

"Hello?" She asked. "Hey mum it's me, Ellie." I greeted. "I told you I don't want you anymore." She stated, lifelessly. "I know, but your still my legal guardian and I'm in the hospital." I said. "Okay, and?" She answered and scoffed. "I'm going to hand over the phone to a doctor and I need you to say I can be discharged from the hospital, is that okay?"  I asked, well, more like begged. "Fine, just hurry up." She sighed.

"Here," I said handing the phone over to a surprised Dr raven.

"Wow, your mom is very erm, straight forward." Dr raven told me while handing over the phone. "You can tell me twice." I laughed, which made me wince. "Did she say that they can pick me up?" I asked. "Yeah she did." Dr raven smiled. So I smiled as a reply.

"Ellie?" Said a womens voice. "Scarlett!" I said happily. She ran over and kissed me on the forehead. "Are you okay?" she asked, looking at the scraped on my face. "I'm fine, I promise." I said "Your mother side is showing through." I laughed, which again made me wince. Scarlett looked at me with a concerned face. "I'm okay!" I put my hands up in defence.

"Hospital gowns are not your style." Siad a man's voice. "Nothing is your style, Robert." I said looking over to the curtain rail. He gasped and acted as if he was offended, then sat into one of the chairs and looked at me. "What?" I asked. "He really got out huh." He looked deeply at my cuts. "Wow, thanks Rob." He hates that nickname, because it makes him feel old. "Are you okay?" He asked, sincerely. "I'm fine." I smiled.

"Okay your ready to..." Dr raven said coming into the room. "Robert Downey Jr?" She finished. "Hey." He smiled like a child. "These are your coworkers?" She asked. "Yeah..." I answered. "Cool." She replied and smiled. "I just need either one of you to..." "Scarlett Johansson." She itrupted herself. "Hi," Scarlett giggled.

"Anyways I need one of you to Sign these papers, then you, Ellie, can go home." She smiled at me.

"By Ellie! Hope you enjoy Boston!" Said, waving me off. I had refused a wheel chair so I was slowly making my way over to a tinted BMW. I hopped in and got greeted by a painfully hug. "Ellie, your here!" Said Chris h. "Chris, my stitches." I said wincing. "Oh god, sorry."  He let of quickly. "It's fine, I kinda missed those." I smiled.

There were 4 people in the car. Rdj, Scarlett, Chris h one more person. I looked behind Chris h to see Chris e. "Hey Chris!" I smiled, leaving over to where I can see him. "I would hug you, but I have a giant in between us..." He joked, which earned a cheeky smile from Chris h.

We chatted for ages until we got near the set, " Ellie, why did he go after you?" Asked Scarlett.

Well shit.
