Two months later....

A very beautiful Sunday morning in Junior Gupta's house...

The young couple are still sleeping! Of course in separate bedrooms😚 tired after their various fun activities😉 yesterday date till late night.

"Are you out of mind? Seshi!!" Someone is screaming on top of his lungs once Seshi pick up the call of so called annoyer, Harsh Rathod, Aradhya's husband.

Why the hell, Harsh is calling him so early?!

It's just nine as per New York time and that too on weekend!

"What?!" He lazily said coming downstairs after tugging himself in a robe

"You are asking me what?! Where were you last night!?" He questioned Seshi groaning.

"I...I and my baby girl went out to celebrate our 100 days anniversary. We participated in car race and won it followed by candle light night dinner " Seshi replied proudly.

Harsh(Angrily): And what about two days ago?

Seshi (annoyed): Cut the chase! What's your problem?

Harsh: You and your so called Casanova dating attitude!! Because of you, Aradhya is on the verge of divorcing me ?!

Seshi: What?

Harsh: "Yes! You took your wife on at least two dates a week! Why the hell did you do that?

First month anniversary date: To a devil park and paragliding!?

Second month anniversary date: You managed to book a whole snow restaurant just because she loves frozen!! You played with her for hours making snowman and you made her feel special by dropping snowflakes on her ?!!

You bought the same kind of swing she had in her mother's house just to make her happy?!

Third Month Anniversary date: You brought a couple bicycle and took her on a street date!! Around Newyork? And brought a lot of un-hygienic street food for her...Eww...

And now yesterday 100 day anniversary. Why the hell you are doing all these? To make me feel useless?"

Harsh completed all the ranting in one breath trying to hold his irritation.

Seshi: How the hell you know about all these? And what's your problem?

Harsh(with mocking smile): Your pretty wife, Mrs. Mytri Gupta. Whenever you do something special for her, which is almost every week, she, with her big mouth which is not less than BBC news channel tells it to her family, your family, family friends, cousins, friends cousins, cousin's friends, their children, their parents, grandparents and literally to everyone!! You won't believe me she even called her seventh cousin who is in tribal area in Africa for some research who is not available in contacts usually, to tell him about her so-called awesome date. And For my Aru, she has a special section where she will explain how great you are as a husband?!!...And now Aradhya thinks I am a fool! Useless! Waste!! And marrying me is the worst decision in her life!! We both married on the same day so, why can't you tell me beforehand that you are celebrating monthly anniversaries!!! So that I can do the same and save my marriage from divorce?!

"HAHHAHA" Harsh hears Seshi laughing from other side...

Seshi (proudly): That's not my problem. Mytri loves the crazy stuff and I love to do it for her. You should do something for Aradhya too...

Harsh: Oh really! I don't know that! My Aru is pregnant, whenever I took her out or plan out a date for her... She gets nauseous or tired, before I even take her to the supposed place. If I try to explain that she is pregnant and so we can't do crazy stuff like you people, she cries at least for two hours and thanks to her pregnancy hormones for that! She says that I planned and made her pregnant intentionally, so that she can't leave me for the sake of her baby! Her? And now other than Aradhya all my relatives know about you being a GREAT AND CARING HUSBAND and so they figured out that I am pathetic excuse of a husband! Tell Mytri not to play with my life!! Otherwise I will book you both under "Anti-happy marriage dates and publicity act" and lock you both in the same jail for eternity!!!!!

Seshi: What? Does such law really exist?

Harsh: No! I will create it if I had to, to get rid of you both, the not so useful cousins of my wife!!

Before Seshi replies, Harsh cuts the call saying he is cutting all the ties with Mytri and Seshi until their baby is born and Aradhya comes to her real senses

Seshi's POV:

"Poor him...." He thinks mine is a happy married life?

I remembered everything happened in the past two months...

The day she confessed she likes me, It is the best day of my life. It is like a new start to our relationship, our marriage and our love.

I promised myself that I would make her fall deep for me and that to for eternity.

That day, I got one more good news in spite of the scandalous interview by my wife, she got selected in Grace. When I broke the news to her, she started pouting that she is not going to join there at any cost!

But after five minutes, when I officially gave permission that she can continue her pranks on me on weekends if she joins office, her eyes widen and a big smile spread on her face and then she was ready to self- sign her appointment letter then and there.

Silly girl!

From that day onwards my life became livelier. Please note the sarcasm in my words.

She will come up with different prank plans on me, weekly.

Some succeed and some not!

Suddenly there would be a note on my car saying, "Sorry for the dent - yours lovely Wife!"

Sometimes there would be a note on my back, when I was going to hospital "Just got married! Kissed! And Ravaged by Devil "

Don't worry, I made the quote to reality once I reached home.

Hmph....

By now, all the female doctors in the hospital made a mental note - Never to mess up with Dr.Seshank's wife.

And me...I am proud on my girl for marking her territories.

Honestly, I was a bit worried that how she is going to handle corporate environment but...

Just two weeks ago, I received a call from my dad. He praised her like anything.

He said that Mytri is god's gift to our company and I am the luckiest guy in the world having her. Really?

He then told me that Mytri has opted to join the global marketing team and requested dad and uncles not to tell anyone in the office that she is their daughter.

She suspected something is wrong with Medical equipment wing marketing department that they are not bringing high quotes for the company.

She played her own cards...Being an intern in tenders department, she found a senior manager taking bribes!

Mytri asked Shyam to collect illegal background related to manager and Shyam did as ordered and finally caught him red-handed dealing in black market with Grace's equipments.

Mytri and Shyam took the frottage of what he was doing and Shyam suggested her that they had to expose him, but the beauty with brains had some other plans for him. She managed to change the CD in general meeting and when the clip came out in front of two thousand people there, everyone were surprised including dad and Uncles....

Mytri fired him and she even filed a law suit claiming he has to repay the losses company incurred because of him and therefore she gave a lesson to every employee on what will happen if someone mess with the Grace!

Everyone got surprised when a trainee fired a manager then dad proudly introduced her to everyone.

As his daughter...

Like seriously? Can't he introduce her as his daughter-in-law?

Why is he bent over to make Mytri my sister?

My girl nailed it!! I am so proud of her that day!!!

But the other day, she made a huge ruckus in the office that she will file a lawsuit against Grace for using employees blood.

My God it was such a tough day.

There was always a health check-up for employees every year. She behaved like a good girl while dental, eye and scanning check-ups but all the hell broke loose when the nurse approached her for blood sample.

She, being afraid of needles, locked herself in her small cabin and called all the company lawyers and threatened to ruin them for helping the company to drink innocent employees blood.

With no other way, dad called me explaining the situation. I knew she is afraid of needles and mainly doctors except me.

When I made it to the office, I saw dad, uncles and other staff trying to convince Mytri to open the door and heard her yelling at them to ruin them.

I sighed and stood out of the door and asked everyone to disperse. It took me twenty minutes to coax her into opening the door.

Baby...sweetheart...pretty girl...I used all the other cool names to make her open the door.

After she opened, I made her sit on my lap and called out for nurse to bring in the syringe.

Well... as expected Mytri made a scene to give few drops her blood and cried for two hours in my lap for doing such bad thing to her.

That evening after I reached home, I saw mom and aunt's making juice for Mytri hiding thier smiles for their wellbeing.

After emptying thirty six empty juice glasses on the table, Mytri drinking her thirty seventh glass of juice.

What the Hell!!!

When I asked the same, she cried and blamed me for her pale skin.

And guess what...!

The pale skin is the result of me taking a lot of blood from her body.

Like seriously?

And so she is drinking lot of juice to recuperate from blood loss.

I had to hide my smile when she said that. She was so cute pouting and ignoring me for two days.

God!!! She is so damn adorable.

And here I am, today; very busy preparing to go to hospital for an emergency.

Today is Mytri's day to torture me and from few weeks, I was escaping it in the name of work and not late enough she caught me.

But today it is seriously an emergency. Hope Mytri wakes up after I leave for work.

Mytri POV:

Hmmm... Ahhh... I don't want to wake up. Sunday morning are the best to sleep late wake up late.

Should I get up now? It is just 12:20 PM. Oh I can sleep for an hour more I hope since Seshi will cook today. So being a good wife I won't disturb him.

Ahhh... Sundays are best.

And the bestest part of Sunday is, I am officially permitted to prank 'My god'

But then suddenly my mobile pinged and I saw the notification of daily horoscope.

I picked the call seeing Prem uncle calling him. I was about to say my greetings "Seshi Listen carefully, you and Mytri don't come out of the house until I say. Vikram is on loose and I was informed that he is New York now. That rogue!! I will kill him with my own hands if my information is correct and he is there to harm you both!! Stay inside I'm getting there in two minutes." Prem uncle said in a hurry and I felt tears fall on my cheeks.

No... Seshi is out!!!

Oh No... Oh God...!

I ran out of the house and saw Seshi starting the engine of his bike. I ran towards him in the process I saw a man come out of the bushes across the road and point a gun towards us but I'm not clear who is he aiming.

Who is he?

Why is he after us to harm?

Vikram?

"Seshi... P..prem... *sob* un..cle *hiccup* to.. told..*sob*__" Before I complete the sentence I saw the man coming near our house across the street pointing a gun towards us and ready to shoot. He looked at us with so much hatred and pulled the trigger.

And that's when I realized the bullet is coming towards us in such an angle where both will get hurt. I suddenly got all my senses back.

Seshi cannot be hurt.

No he cannot.

Hurt gives pain and how can Seshi feel pain with me here? No he will not feel pain.

And so, I reversed our position with such force that I was covering Seshi from the bullet and the bullet hit me and I collapse in Seshi's arms. Seshi drew his gun from his open bag holding me in other hand and I heard two more bullet shot sounds before closing eyes because of the unbearable pain on my back.

I open my eyes to check whether Seshi is fine....?

Everything in front of me is blurry and Red. Why?

"Mytri..." I heard someone screaming from distance.

Seshi was taking deep breaths looking at me with glassy eyes and tapping my cheeks softly to make me stay in conscious. I felt some water drops falling on my cheeks...

Seshi will not feel pain now... Thank God!!!

"Seshi, after my death, marry a girl who would love you more than her own life. OK?" I asked him before closing my eyes again.
