Next morning ~

Preeta stirred in sleep and turned the side only to face the sunlight.

She groaned irritatingly and woke up and found herself in a very unfamiliar room.

She recalled last night's incidents and in no time she realised that she is in his room.

But he was nowhere to be found. She looked around but what she found was silence.

Ruffling her hairs confusedly, she woke up and

Boom!

She tripped on a huge rock of snow lying down beside her bed and fell on the other side of the rock.

Preeta looked at the rock in horror.

From where it could have been came? Oh dude! This is Manali, maybe it came from the hills upside. Thank God it landed beside the bed and not on the bed and not on me, to be specific. I didn't even started thinking about my and Karan's children's nam....

Stopp!

Preeta told to her subconscious who was busy ranting things.

She screamed looking at the huge rock of snow but but but...

Her scream wasn't the only scream that was heard. Another scream, a manly one was also heard by preeta.

She looked at the rock wierdly.

"Is this possessed?" She thought until and Painful expressioned adi came out of the rock.

Just then, she realised that it's not a rock here, it's adi who was sleeping down and it was his blanket over him.

Preeta slapped her forehead and adi looked at her wierdly.

"Good morning preeta bhabhi! Aap gir kaise gyi yaha?" He asked, still in pain..

"Wo dekha nhi ki aap so rhe h neeche!" Preeta said making an apologetic face.

Just then she realised that as she slept here yesterday, poor Aditya had to sleep on floor. This guilted her even more.

"Aur aapko meri wajah se neeche Sona pada! I m so sorry adi bhaiya!" She said, as if she would cry anytime.

"Are nhi nhi nhi nhi! Bhabhi! Why would you say that even! I don't have a problem! It's nice down here!" Adi said with a cheerful smile and preeta too smiles a little.

"Aur i see, Karan ko bhi bahut jyada achi neend aayi kal, Aapko hug krke jo so rha tha wo...haaye! I bet,itni achi neend usse kabhi aayi hi nhi hogi!" Adi said looking at preeta with a teasing smirk.

"Oh!" Preeta said casually.

"Whattttt??" Preeta screamed as she recalled his words.

Heee! THE KARAN LUTHRA

Slept... Hugging HER?

These words were enough to rise her heartbeat and make her eyes shine with excitement.

"Maine kaha...Karan na aapko hug krke soya tha..bada maza aaya usse!" Adi said and even he showed them the photo which he took when he woke up midnight for drinking water.

They were sleeping all together, cuddled up. Preeta was sleeping keeping her hand on his chest while his hand was on her waist. Moonlight was directly falling over their faces and a peaceful smile was over their faces.

Angelic!

Preeta smiled seeing the picture. She bit her lips to control her smile and her cheeks turned crimson red.

"Ohoo! Someone is blushing" Adi teased.

Preeta looked at adi with wide eyes and said,

"Haww! Adi bhaiya, aap mujhe ched rhe h? M to aapki dost hu na!" Preeta said.

"Wo kab hua?" Adi asked making a wierd face.

"Abhi!" Preeta said and shrugged her shoulders.

Adi laughed at her antics and said,

"Aapko ek baat batau, Aap karan ke liye bahut special ho bhabhi!" Adi remarked. Preeta looked at him, not knowing how to react.

"Joke?" Preeta said laughing weirdly.

"Nah! Sach me!" Adi said.

"Aur aapko Aisa kyu lgta h adi bhaiya?" Preeta asked.

Adi shook his head and answered,

"Jiss hisaab ke aapke mood swings aur tantrums h na bhabhi, no offense par if it would have been someone else at your place, to Karan abhi tak ya to usko zameen m gaad Chuka hota ya to Gun se shoot kr Chuka hota..Angry Karan is more than worse!!"

And at the end of it, Preeta was blank. She didn't knew exactly how to react.

She let out a small chuckle and said,

"It's getting late adi bhaiya, hume ready ho Jana chahiye.." preeta said and adi nodded. Both got up from the floor and dusted the imaginary dust off their clothes.

"Aur ha, Aap mujhe 'aap' nhi 'tum' ya 'tu' krke address karege! Aap sunne pe buddho wali feeling aati h! Byee adi bhaiya;)" she said in a go before leaving the room.

Adi shook his head and said,

"Pehli baar koi sahi ladki aayi h Karan ki life m! Thank God!" He said looking at the ceiling.

Prachi's room ~

Preeta was sitting on the couch in front of the bed, facing her back to the door. While prachi and Ranbir were seated on the bed in front of her.

And, the great PKL, was busy ranting about the last night incidents.

Prachi and Ranbir being the true friends they were, were listening it very keenly and were enjoying it.

"Scene na bilkul waisa hi tha! Wattpad ki stories ki tarah, When the female lead is caged in male lead's arms and they are too close!" Preeta said, as keen and as suspicious as she is telling a thriller story.

"Aur literally, We were too close...Too Mtlb too close..Wo na mere itne kareeb the ki agar m apna muh unka naam lene ke liye bhi kholti na..to it would have been converted into a kiss!"

She chuckles telling it.

"Uss time pe na..mere dimaag m wahi scenes chal rhe the..Ki...no uggghhh leave it!" Preeta was about to blurt everything but stopped and face palmed herself as she was controlling her blush.

"Hum smjh gye..ki!" Prachi said with a smirk. Pranbir looked at each other with a teasing smirk and began,

Here are the true friends!

"You both were in an intimate position" Ranbir said.

"You wanted to kiss him soo badly!" Prachi added, a smirk on her face.

Preeta looked at both of them with shock!! Shock means Shockkkkkk!!

Her eyes literally coming out of the sockets at their unholy words.

"Aur ye ki u badly wanted to makeou..."

"STOPPPPP!!!" preeta screamed shutting them off. They all hugged each other in fear with the intensity of her voice.

"Pree mana tu Karan sir ki wife h par yaar aise unke jaise chilla ke hume daraya to na kar!!" Prachi said, blinking her eyes innocently.

Just then, The door clicked open and Karan came inside, but preeta didn't heard it and as her back was facing the door,

"Arey! Mana ki wo bahut hot dikh rhe the tab, mtlb gusse m to he looks hot as ever, but kal to baat hi alag thi...So..ha! He was looking hot...Par wo mujhe DAAT rhe the...he was not rom..." Preeta's words died stuck in her throat as she looked the horrible expression on pranbir's face.

And that gaze travelled to her back.

She turned and...Man! She is dead!

There he was, standing in all his glory, the corner of his lips twitching to form a smirk.

Preeta was just like sitting there, wanting this dream to end as soon as possible.

This is her dream right?

She came back to senses when prachi pinched her hard, understanding what she was thinking.

"Oow!" She screamed, rubbing the area and looked at his side..

And and and! She made a crybaby face as he still didn't vanished and was looking at her with a smirk she couldn't name, sly, teasing or cocky?

While pranbir and adi who were standing/sitting behind their respective friends were controlling their laughter.

"To..." Karan started.

"Tumhe, M hot lgta hu?" He said with a amused cocky look on his face and preeta almost died from heart attack as those words slip from mouth.

She looked here and there trying to shush this embrassing moment around.

She made a pout and looked down as she was dying of embarrassment right now.

Way to embrass yourself preeta!

She mentally face palmed herself and looked at him who still had the same look on his face and she immediately looked away,

Feeling hot all of a sudden.

All she needs right now was a car to pass over her or a

Counter attack!

Yes yes yes! She needs a counter attack.

And there she go, again!

She abruptly woke up from her seat and Smirked.

"Aapne baat nikali h Mr. Luthra, so I have something in my defence!" She Smirked again and Karan's smile faltered. What was she going to say?

Everyone was so focused in it, as if it's the thing they live for.

"So tell me," she crossed her arms over chest and said raising her eyebrows, "Who was the one hugging me while I was asleep!"

All eyes looked at her as they will fall anytime on her feets, except adi.

She sighed a breath of relief as she knew, she had hitted the right spot.

"A..ab..b..kaun m?...M nhi soya tumhe hug wug krke! What nonsense..." Karan said, tho the expression on his face screamed nervousness at the top of their lungs.

"Oyeeee!! Hum log ko Chu...Pagal smjhke rakha h! Ye dekh!! Proof h mere paas!!!!" Adi yelled and showed him the photo which he took yesterday night and it was evident, that it was Karan who was hugging her.

Preeta Smirked and prachi looked at the photo in 'aww'.

While karan gave his famous "the Karan luthra" glare. It was so cold that adi didn't died by freezing there on spot was a wonder.

But dude, it was adi, who remained unaffected.

Karan turned his gaze from adi to preeta who was smirking.

"Ahh, m tumhe hug krke soya, Tumne mujhe hot bola, We are equal now!" Karan said.

The smirk on preeta's face vanished and she nodded.

They both did a handshake like finalising a deal.

"Chalo professors bula rhe h, hume sight seeing pe jana h!" Karan said. All nodded and went out.

Preeta was standing joining her hands and closing her eyes in front of the hadimba temple.

Just then, she felt a sudden push. She opened her eyes with a jerk to see 10-15 people looking like goons were standing there. (Tapori people in my language)

"Oyeee.." Karan's voice roared there and preeta turned to saw him coming folding his sleeves. His jaw clenched and palms folded in a fist. His neck veins popping out.

"Hi.." He started but preeta cutted him off.

"Karan sir! Let me handle!" Preeta said. The goons looked at her who was giving fierce look to them. Karan looked at her and rolled his eyes in disbelief but nonetheless, agreed.

"Oyee! Mujhe chua kaise tum logo ne?" Preeta said snapping her index finger to them, her eyes were fierce. Karan gave confident and proud looks to the goons.

The goons looked at each other making a weird face and then, one of them answered.

"Haath se!"

The fierce looks of preeta vanished and she kept her finger back and said,

"Yah! Right!"

And with it, Karan snapped towards her with such a speed that his neck didn't broke was a wonder.

The proud looks on his face vanish and were replaced by are-you-serious look.

"Chalo doosra dialogue maarti hu!" Preeta said. The goons nodded and she snapped again towards them.

"Agar aage se aisa kiya na to...." She spoke fiercely again, snapping her index finger towards them."to m...To m...are yaar koi achi se dhamki soch ke batao na, yaad nhi aa rhi!" Preeta said making a cute confused face.

The goons started discuss among themselves and preeta too started thinking.

Karan was looking at all this being completely numb.

"Ohh Haan! Idea! Aap log Kasam wasam m vishwas rakhte ho kya?" Preeta asked and the goons nodded.

"Perfect!" She said with a wide smile.

"To agar aap logo ne aage se mujhe waise touch kiya na...To aap logo ko CHOCOLATE DEVI ka paap lagega! Aap log choclate shake m doob ke maroge! Aap log chocolate cake ki tabahi m jhulas jaoge aur scrunchies ki Baadh m aapko bachane koi nhi aayega!!" She said, as if giving the most terrific boon of the world.

Karan couldn't control and burst out laughing at this. The goons too started laughing but preeta was just staring Karan only.

Karan saw that preeta is staring him as if she saw the eight wonder of the world.

"What?" He asked.

"Aap haste bhi ho?" Preeta said.

Karan narrowed his eyes at her and again! The Karan Luthra was back on giving deadly glares.

Preeta gulped and turned towards the goon to say something but before she could, Karan grabbed her elbow and took her with him.

"Bahut ho gya Mrs. Luthra! Ab chalo!" He said while dragging her with him.

Soon, they reached far from goons, Karan left her and gave her 'the look'. She looked down.

"Choclate ki kasam kaun deta h preeta? Seriously?" He said rolling his eyes.

"Dekhiye karan sir! Log ussi cheez ki kasam dete h jo unhe sabse jyada pyari hoti h! Ek to yaha maine 3 din se ek bhi choclate nhi khayi! To mujhe doubt ho rha h m zinda kaise hu! Aur cherry on the chocolate cake, ab to mujhe choclate ki yaad bhi aa gyi..To mujhe rona aa rha h...Aur aap ho ki...."

Preeta said and after wiping the fake tears from her eyes, she went from there.

Karan chuckles at her antics.

Preeta was shown sleeping peacefully on her bed, beside prachi when she heard some whispers,

"Mrs. Luthra!"

"Preeta!"

"Preeta! Utho!"

"Babydoll!"

Listening 'babydoll' she immediately woke up and sat on the bed with a jerk.

A loud gasp was about to leave her lips when he covered her mouth with his palms and shushed her.

"Prachi so rhi h! Shhh!" He whispered.

Preeta looked at him with widened eyes. But, To check herself first, she pinched herself a little and when she felt the pain, she realised that he was actually here.

"Aap itni raat ko mere room m kya kr rhe ho Karan sir?" She too whispered.

"Wo..." Karan said and scratched the back of his neck and looked away, feeling awkward all of a sudden.

"Bolo bhi!" Preeta whispered.

He took out a Chocolate from his pocket and forwarded it to her. Her eyes shined at the sight of chocolate.

"Chocolate!!" She whispered excitedly.

"Wo tum subah bol rhi thi na.. isliye!" Karan whispered.

She took the Chocolate from him and jumped in excitement like a child.

"Aa...Thank you thank you thank you!!!" She whisper yelled with joy.

Karan chuckles softly.

"Par aap mere room m aaye kaise? Keys to mere paas h!" She whispered.

"I m The. Karan. Luthra!" He said and winked at her.

Mannn!

Preeta looked at him being stunned. How could someone's wink could be so intimating? And how the freaking could someone wink so perfectly.

Karan shook his head seeing her stunned and said,

"Good night preeta!" He said.

"Night Karan!" She said and layed on her bed.

He wave a bye at her and went. She smiled seeing the choclate in her hand.

Just then she remembers,

"Shit! M karan ke aage sir lagana bhool gyi!!" She said and sat on the bed, smiling sheepishly.

"Koi Naa!" She said.

She unwrapped her chocolate and started eating it like a kid.

She smiled at the moments of past few moments..

He is sooo sweet! Just like her choclate.
