Manik entered the living to find someone shouting loudly.

Alya: Ohh my God Manik....what are you doing here ??
She wailed loudly running towards him.

Man: Hey.
He simply waved.

But before he knew Alya hugged him in excitement.

While Manik stood there in surprise.

Alya: Ohh God where have you been for so long.
She asked while holding his shoulder.

While on other hand Nandini had turn red in anger and the tablet which she was holding to give Abhi had become power in her palm due to her rage.

But she was not the only one affected by this over friendly gesture.

Maria was looking at Alya with the same anger that was of Nandini while frowning.

She jumped out of Abhi lap while Nandini started crusing Alya in her mind grinting her teeths.

Nan: Witch.....how dare she hug him....infact hug kya how dare she touches him. And what is he doing...atleast he should stop her. How can he allow any Tom Dick and Harry to come and touch him. Self respect toh hona chahai. Kitna bada businessman hai aur err 😠. And if this would have happened with a girl toh touching misappropriate issue ban jata. This is toh partiality Aiyyappa Manik ki saath hua toh why can't this become an issue....ohh God Nandini shut up for God sake you are talking utter nonsense. They are friends, they know each other. So friends greet like this....greet my foot who greet like this it's so....tacky. She is acting like a glue....right fericol just stick to his shoulder forever....but mind you bitch I will kill you before that....Errr Nandini shut up it should not affect you....affect me it should definitely affect me....Why ???....okay why because.....he is Maria father and Maria is my little baby. My chotu sa strawberry cupcake and it affect me when my baby is involve okay....you get....th...at

Her mind and heart were at war when she realize what was going around her too late.

Maria had walked upto her papa.

She pulled Manik blazer and ask him to pick up.

Manik picked her up and she immediately hugged him tightly hidding her face on his shoulder while holding his blazer tightly as if someone was snatching her papa away from her.

Alya looked confused and then she looked at Mukti.

Alya: Babe who is this little angel ?
She asked trying to be cheerful.

But before Mukti could answer or even Manik could introduce his daughter.

An over inquisitive Nandini spoke very cunningly addressing Alya as if she has committed a serious crime.

Nan: Ohh God that's so rude. How can you just ask this.... Where are your manners. Asking someone who is a person like this, openly that's so immature. You don't know this beautiful fairy. Ohh She is Maria Malhotra. Manik daugher, his life... Yeah !!!
She said dramatically while Abhi stare at his sister face as he didn't know what's got into her all of a sudden. And why is she overreacting.

Alya stood abit shock and embrassed looking at Mukti.

Man : Well because Alya is meeting Maria for the first time. And they don't know each other that's the reason she asked. It's okay.
He said taking Alya side while Nandini had put the poor girl in such an awkward situation.

Nandini looked at Manik angrily while controlling her rage she spoke more cunningly.

Nan: Yup right her beautiful angelic face doesn't match at all to your dangerous monster one. So she couldn't point out the similarity....yup right Alya.
She said smirking at Manik who in return was glaring at her.

Abhi: Okay fine can we put an end to this....
He said not liking the topic of looks being pulled up. And Ofcourse he knew the reason well. And he didn't wanted anyone to think on that line. Maria was Manik daugher for him in everyway.

Abhi: You were suppose to give me some tablet.
He said referring to Nandini alittle angrily as he was upset by the way she told Manik and Maria don't look fimilar although it was joke but for him it was not one.

Nandini too frowned in return on her brother's tone and handed him the tablet which she had powered in her rage.

Abhi: I thought it was a tablet ?
He said looking at the condition of the white power.

Nan: No mix it, in the glass of water and drink it you will be fine in a minute.
She replied grinded her teeths while putting the thing in the glass on water and handing it to him.

With a yuck face and great difficulty Abhi drank the bitter drink while Mukti too looked at him in sympathy.

All this while Alya was talking to Manik and according to Nandini they were having a nice time while she kept on crusing Alya in her mind while looking in their direction.

As they stood hardly some distance away from her from where she could clearly hear them.

After Abhi was done

Abhi: That thing suck why didn't you give me a tablet to swallow.
He complained while drinking another glass of water to lessen the bitter taste which Mukti got with some sugar added to it.

Nan: So that you learn not to make your Doctor Angry.
She said smirking.

While Abhi glared at her.

Nan: Don't give me that look.
She said angrily.

To Manik and Alya conversation,

They were standing there while talking all this while.

Alya: You have turn more handsome and good looking over the years.
She said cheerfully.

Man: Thank you
He simply replied to her kind gesture which was according to him.

Alya: I never knew I would meet you like this....if I had any idea...I would have got any goody with me or a small gift. I am so sorry.
She said embarrassingly.

Man: Ohh you don't need to be so formal.
He said smiling.

Alya: How long are you here ? We can have go on an outing together or meet over dinner at my place or outside or anything for old time sake.
She said excitingly.

Man: Yup sure, right now I am pack will let you know definitely.
He answered in assurance.

Alya: Yup sure
She replied.

Alya: After almost 7 years we are meeting it's being so long you remember the trip to Shimla ohh god we enjoyed so much together. You didn't keep in touch. If I could get alittle more courage that time I would have proposed you or atleast ask you out.
She said sadly while complaining to herself.

Man: Ohh yup...I so wished (he said laughing)....work didn't allow me too keep in touch with many.
He then said calmly.

Alya: Ohh come on don't put all blame on work...it's other commitments too. Like you have a daughter, a family they are your priorities now.
She said touching Manik shoulder while the next thing what Maria did made not only Alya but Manik too shock. She was hearing all their conversation for along time while frowning and getting grumpy.

Maria removed Alya hand from her papa shoulder while jerking it away in anger.

Maria: Don't touch my papa.
She said looking at her angrily

Man: Maria this is not the way you behave.
He scolded her while his shout got attention of another two people too from the house who were talking among themselves while one was already keeping an eye and an ear on them so she knew.

Maria action made Nandini smile as she heard the entire conversation but Manik scolding Maria made her  frown.

Man: Say Sorry to Alya Aunty.
He shouted on the little one while few tears were already flowing from her eyes on his first shout and then she cried loudly when told to apologised.

Man: Don't show me your crocodile tears. Say Sorry.
He said glaring at her in calm voice now while Maria kept on crying loudly.

Man: Stop crying and just say sorry. Or else I will get more...
But he was interrupted by our very own Nandini.

Nan: Can you please talk gently with her.
She said and received a Stop kidding me glare from Manik.

Abhi: Nandini stay out of this...
He told his sister taking her hand in his while Nandini stare at him in disbelief.

Nan: You must be kidding me.
She told her brother while he just said calmly.

Abhi: She is wrong and you are no one to interfere in their matter so better shut up or walk to your room.
He said in a warning tone.

Nandini couldn't argue more with her big brother if she said anything now it meant she was disrespecting him. Being disrespectful to him and hurting him was the last thing she would ever do in her life.

She kept quite looking at Maria sympathetically, the little one cry's were affecting her more. She looked at Alya in pure hateren, who stood there calmly.

Nan: Instead of telling Manik it's okay and she is just a child stupid bimbo is watching the show on cost of my baby's tears.
She said to herself with few tears in her eyes.

Nan : I am not going to leave this Bitch today. I will make sure I humiliate her before she leave this place. Whether my brother or sister in law get upset after that I don't care. And her stupid rag picker dresses I will burn them into ashes....No No why to waste my brother's money....I will just throw them on her face.
She said to herself again while killing Alya by her looks.

Man: Look I am sorry Alya on her behalf.
He said while Maria kept on crying as Manik had now put her down from his arms.

Man: I seriously apologised on my daughter behaviour.
He said holding her hands while Alya simply smiled on seeing this Maria frowned and looked behind her to find Nandini looking at her with tears.

Next she ran up to Nandini crying loudly showing how much angry she was with her papa.

Nandini too moved forward leaving her bhai hand and took the little one in her embrace while kissing her hair.

The scene had not only shock Manik but her very own brother too.

Nan: My baby....my little cupcake...stop crying baby.
She said sweetly in her ears while tears too flowed from her eyes and she angrily glared at Manik who stood there watching two of them in shock.

He had never imagined Maria hugging and crying on someone else shoulder except him. Or leaving him and going to someone else.

Nan: Maria baby stop crying jaan....even your Nandi will cry than.
She said kissing her tears.

While Maria wiped her tears cutely and hidded her face again in Nandini hair sobbing now silently.

Abhi: Okay...
He said after along time.

Abhi: I think you should take her up.
He said looking at his sister.

While she frowned and said.

Nan: Not before I make her feel better.
She said angrily wiping her tears.

Mu: Nandini.... it's better you make her calm down
She was cut in middle.

Nandini looked at Alya

Nan: You could have simply said it's okay....she is just a child....And took it alittle sportingly. Than letting her papa shout on her and forcing her to say A Sorry.
She said showing pure rage towards Alya.

Man: Nandini it was not her fault it was Maria fault. Stop defending her in wrong things.
He said getting frustrated.

Nan: Really wrong things....loving her papa more than anything else is wrong thing for you. Moreover might be she didn't like Alya that's the reason she behaved like this.
She said defending her baby while Alya now frowned.

Alya: How can you say that ? What wrong did I do that she didn't like me.
She asked getting offended.

Nan: Well you were throwing yourself on her papa.
She said shameless which made three of them shock on her chosen words and Alya angry.

Alya: Excuse me....How dare you insult me like this ?
She said angrily raising her voice.

Mukti too got angry on Nandini reply, defending her friends she said angrily,

Mu : Nandini....that's not right. You can't talk to her like this... and insult her for the reason which...
She was cut by Abhi

Abhi: Well I too don't expect you, to talk to my sister in this tone.
He said to Mukti showing his palm taking his sister side.

Mu: As if Nandini is nothing to me in that "tone" are you talking to me Abhi.
She said looking at him angrily being hurt.

Abhi: Apparently she is my sister and I can't tolerate anyone standing in my house taking someone else side against my sister irrespective whether she is right or wrong.
He said angrily this time raising his voice.

Alya: Okay I guess there was enough of humilation for me, for a day. I should better leave. Mukti let me know if any alternation are required I will send my assistant for it.
She said picking up her bag.

Mu: Alya I am sorry for this on behalf of everyone.
She said apologising moving towards her holding her hand while Nandini frowned and replied angrily.

Nan: Well my dear sister in law you can talk for yourself only beacuse I am not at all sorry for anything. I think I didn't say anything wrong.  And moreover I don't need these awful dresses too. You can handover them to your bestfriend with the making charges.
She said angrily moving out from there to her room with Maria in her arms who was still sobbing while she rubbed her back to calm her down.

The bond which was created between the two that's Nandini and Maria had become inseparable and moreover for the first time Nandini had insulted someone to this extent going against her own very loving Mukti.
