Manik immediately left Nandini with jerk and looked behind to find no one there, he turned to see Nandini laughing insanely.

Nan: Ohh God Manik you should have looked at your face. You are so funny.
She said, laughing even more.

Man: Hahaha very funny
He said with a bad face.

Nan: I know it is damn funny right.

Man: Nandini you are such a spoil spot, you got scared right.
He asked raising his eye brow.

Nan: Scared of what Manik

Man: Scared because I was acting touchy with you right.
He asked serious.

Nan: Manik to touch someone friendly and in a good way is different compare to those bad and cheap one and as a girl I know the difference.
She said moving near him.

Man: Yet I was just verifying whether what you said yesterday, you meant it or no.
He said looking straight in her eyes while she too did the same.

Nan: You don't trust me
She asked with astonishment.

Man: No, I don't trust people easily, Nandini especially after all my past experience.
He said with a serious look

Nandini face turn pale she turn her face to other side and unknowingly had few tears in her eyes

Nan: I understand.
She said facing her back to him and started walking away

Manik hold her hand from behind and pulled her towards his chest, her back hit his chest and he spoke hasky

Man: But I want to trust you.

Nandini looked at him being surprise.

Manik smiled and wipe her tears which were formed.

Man: Never waste these precious possession on someone.
He said caressing her cheeks.

Nandini nodded with more tears in her eyes and crashed herself in Manik arms while he was surprise by her sudden hug. He after sometime composed himself, wraped his arms too around her fragile frame while she dug her head in his chest.

Nan: Manik you are very nice.
She said sniffing her nose.

Man: Nandini you are too innocent.
He replied caressing her hair.

Man: But at the sametime mature and understanding too. Any guy with whom you fall in love will be the most lucky guy to have a pure innocent soul like you. He will be happiest man on earth.
He said breaking the hug with a unknow fear of losing her.

Nandini smiled.
Nan: So are you Manik.

Man: If it would be so, my life would not be messed up.
He said with pain.

Nan: Manik you trust me na I will never leave your side. Promise.
She said pinching her throat.

Man : I know but never break my trust.
He smiled while looking in her eyes.

Nan: Never.....so now forget all old bad memories and let's make new.
She said and dragged him with her inside the water.

Man: Nandu wait Maria
He said looking around inorder to find her.

Maria was sitting on a rock crossing her legs, with her face hanged down staring at the water which was flowing.

Nan: Why is she so sad
She asked Manik noticing her dull face.

Man: I shouted on her.

Nan: Kyu
She asked being surprised

Man: She wanted to go in water. But it's so cold.
He said looking at her princess who was now silently crying and wiping her tears.

Nan: Manik aren't you too possessive about her.

Man: ofcourse I am afterall she is my daughter and I love her more than my life.
He said being surprised by her stupid question.

Nan: Okay par in this way, you are not letting her do what she want to. Let her enjoy na Manik.

Man: What if she fall sick
He asked raising his eye brow

Nan: I m there na. Doctor ki degree bhoto struggle and hardwork se I have achieve. I will take care of her so relax.

Man: I doubt on this. I mean are you seriously a doctor.
He asked being a tease

Nan: Matlab
She frowned

Man: No I mean looking at you it seem you are in school toh doctor doubt hota hai.
He said making a puppy face.

Nandini glared at him angrily and started hitting him while crusing.

Nan: You Monster, Monkey, dockey I won't leave you.

Manik hold her hand and tried to stop her while laughing.

Man: Nandu....arrey nandini listen toh
He twisted her hand behind her back and stopped her.

Nan: Ahhh Manik what are you doing.
She said in pain.

Manik loosen his grip but didn't let her go.

Man: You will listen to me.

Nan: Haa but leave my hand

Man: Okay

She moved little away from him and pouted rubbing her hand.

Man: It's paining
He asked being worried, hold her hand, caressing it.

She smiled seeing her caring nature.

Nan: No par you told me school going kid
She said faking her anger.

Man: You should be happy I told you indirectly that you are so young and woman take this as a compliment toh what's wrong.
He smirked

Nandini was thinking while Manik was controlling his laughter.

Man: bolo na did I say something bad
He askes with puppy face again.

Nan: No par

Man: Maria baby
He didn't wait for her to complete her sentence and ran from there.

Man: Chotu what is my baby doing here
He asked taking her on his lap.

Maria: Nothin
She said sadly.

Man: What's nothing Maria.
He asked abit loudly making her scared.

Maria: I didn't dippy my legs in water promisi.
She said pinching her throat.

Man: I know jaan
He said kissing her hands and cheeks.

Maria sat silently and made her self comfortable on his lap, adjusting her self properly as they were sitting on a rock.

Manik broken the silence.
Man: Toh let's go inside and play with water.
He said making her surprise

Maria: papa
She asked with astonishment.

Man: You wanted to play na
He asked in baby voice

While she nodded cutely being excited.

Man:Fine par you won't leave my hand and no running. Be careful it's slippery.
He instructed her taking out her shoes and socks.

Nan: Manik you were making fun of me na.
She asked with a pout while she reached them.

Man: Like really Nandini you came to know right now. Nandu you are so slow aww so sad....poor baby
He too pouted like her.

Nandini looked upwards too her ayyiappa and started grumpily.

Man : Maria walk on my feet. Your legs are bare and there are many stones okay princess.

Maria: Haa papa
She said happily while Manik smiled looking at her happy face.

He made her stand on his feet and hold her hand tightly again warning her.

Man: Don't leave my hand.

Nandini was busy with her ayyiappa and making funny funny faces.

Man: Miss Murty. How much you will troubling your ayyiappa he too must be tired of your continuous ranting.
He chuckled.

Nandini sniffed her nose and crossed her arms around her chest showing that she is angry.

Manik just than went in water with Maria standing on his feet.

The little girl jerked and hold her papa both hand tightly.

Maria: papa coldi so cool
She said showing her teeth and hopping on Manik's legs.

Manik and Nandini chuckled and smiled on her cute antics.

Man: You are okay na or I should carry you baby.
He asked being worried, as a caring father.

Maria: noy noy pleasi
She said with a pout and jumped on his feet.

Man: okay princess but

This time Maria completed his sentence.

Maria: I wony (won't) leavin your hand papa
She said cutely.

Man: Nandini
He moved his hand forward inorder to hold her hand, help her with the stone and rock.

Nandini happily hold his hand while Manik grip it tightly in assurance.

They went inside to see Abhimanyu seating on a rock while Mukti was busy clicking photo of scenery and selfie.

Maria: Friendz
She shouted excitingly.

Abhi looked in their direction and waved.

Maria was about to run towards him but before she could put her leg on rock leaving Manik's feet, he picked her up.

Maria: papa
She pouted

Man: I told you no running
He said glaring at her.

Maria: Sorri
She hang her head down and pouted while forming new tears in her eyes.

Nan: Manik last chance she won't run again right Maria
She took her side which made Maria smile and nod her head obediently.

Manik looked at her face while she made a pleading face.

Maria: Promisi
She said softly.

He put her down on his feet, Maria had her both hands raise above her head as Manik hold them tightly balancing their weight on the uneven rocky way as the water was flowing swiftly.

While Nandini without any shame or feeling shy hold Manik arms as support for herself.

Abhimanyu was all the while starring at the trio, along with Mukti.

An old lady who was dipping her leg and sitting on nearby rock was too witnessing the trio, she spoke which was audible to Mukti and Abhimanyu.

Old lady: Kitni pyaari lagti hai yeh theno. Perfect family hai. Bohot pyaar karti hai ek dusri se lagata hai. Specially wo ladka appni beti aur biwi ka bohot khaya rahata hai. Aisi he khush rahi humesha.
She said smiling and blessing three of them.

On listening to this Abhimanyu had a frown on his head and became angry, he was about to shout on that lady but Mukti held his hand and gestured him to calm down.

Mu: Abhi relax she does not know that they are not together.
She said making him understand.

Abhi: Toh tell her to keep her mouth shut and not talk nonsense.
He said grinting his teeth.

Mukti looked at the old lady and spoke to her.

Mu: Maaji wo log married nai hai.
She said awkwardly.

Old lady: Ohh toh shaddi hona baki hai. Mujhe laga shaddi ho gayi hai. Kyon baat nai jaldi he hoja aage.
She said smiling at Mukti.

That was it for Abhimanyu he got up angrily, glaring at her, he said.

Abhi: wo ladka already married hai. So agar app kuch nai jatni hai toh please keep your mouth shut.
He gave a deadly glare to her, anger depicting in his eyes.

The lady got scared and immediately shouted getting up from the rock.

Old lady: Jaya mujhe ghari me leja.

Mukti looked at Abhi and made a disbelief face. While he just frowned and walked towards Nandini to help her.

Abhi: Nandu hold my hand.
He said when he reached towards Nandini and Manik.

Man: Dude tum dono kitna andar kaisi baithi, it's so slippery.
He asked playfully.

Abhi: Mukti and her innovative ideas.
He said with fake smile.

Nandini understood there is something difinetly wrong with her bhai, looking at his frown and fake smile.

She left Manik arm and took help of Abhi and move forward with him without any delay.

Afterall brother's are always overprotective about their sister's.

Abhi: Manik you need help.
He asked him after holding Nandini hand tightly and taking her on his side.

Man: Nope I am fine
He said with a smile as he felt Abhi's behaviour weird.

Manik looked towards Nandini and she too was looking at him and smiled. Abhimanyu had his eyes fix on both of them.

Abhi: Where were you so long Nandini ???
He asked her while she was looking at Manik.

Nandini looked at him in shock and open her mouth to speak something but closed it immediately.

While Manik came for her rescue.

Man: We were together.
He said looking at Abhimanyu while he too looked at him.

Abhi: What were you guys doing so long ?
He asked again making Manik surprised.

Mukti too came near them and she interrupted Abhi interrogation.

Mu: Let's click few photos in this wonderful scenery.
She said taking out her phone.

Manik nodded and walked along with her ahead.

They clicked many pictures, selfie group, singles, dual.

And played with water too and enjoyed to the fullest. Abhimanyu mood had also changed, he too was enjoying. Both friends together teamed up and were pulling Nandini's leg,teasing and irritating her.

After sometime Abhimanyu took Maria in his arms and sat on a rock while the other three people were busy in photos ie Mukti and Nandini were posing and manofy Manik to click their pics. They did the same with Abhi before he click many pics of them but there was no stop, they kept on saying one more one more which made him angry that he took Maria from Manik, went and sat on rock being tried.

Maria: Friendz playin playin
She asked taking water from down and giving it in his hands.

Maria: I pickin so much and so little come's.
She said and frowned being irritated as water used to flow from her tiny hands easily.

Abhimanyu smiled at her cuteness and pick her up.

Maria: put me down
She said with a pout. She was enjoying getting wet in water and playing with it.

Abhi: You played enough Maria we have to go many more places too. And enjoy more. If you play so much over here then you will get tired na angel.

He said wiping her ice cold feet and legs with his handchief and warming them with his hands.

Maria was listening to him obediently and nodding her head.

Abhi: Next we will go for boating but before that we will have food okay. You are hungry na.

Maria again nodded

Abhi: So no more getting wet in water okay
He said holding his hand so that she can tap.

Maria: okai
She smiled and clap on his hand.

Abhi moved towards Manik to call him out that tell they should leave.

Abhi: Let's leave I am hungry.
He shouted from a small distance away from manik.

Man: Thank God. You saved me from these photo obessed species.
He too shouted loudly so that the two girl could hear him, while after they heard they glared at him.

Abhi laughed and moved towards him.

Nan: Manik one last pic please. Only this one see we are standing under the waterfall.
She said dragging Mukti with her.

Abhi: Yup sure baby doll.
He said smiling evily.

Man: Abhi
He looked at him while he winked and on the selfie mood.

Man: Yup definitely Nandini
He smirked and adjusted the camera fitting three of them perfectly on the screen.

Nandini and Mukti were posing while Manik was taking selfie of him, Abhi and Maria.

He clicked the photo and nandini shouted from opposite site as they were taking to much time while they stood under the waterfall drenching, shivering, feeling damn cold.

Nan: Manik show na, the photo.
She said while Abhi smiled and showed her, their selfie.

Which made two of them shock.

Nan: We are standing here under the cold water from so long and you both are fooling us.
She shouted and ran towards them while Manik and Abhimanyu gave each other highfive and laughed.

They ended their enjoyment with all of them standing under the cold waterfall and drenching with a selfie of all 5 of them together.

At the end they all were wet so Abhimanyu ask the driver to take them to nearby hotel where they could changed their clothes and have lunch.

Mukti being organised had kept one pair of clothes extra of all of them, in the car for safety purpose because they were travelling.

Manik made Maria have hot turmeric milk after lunch inorder to protect her from cough and cold after lots of manofy by him and Abhimanyu she drank.

Nandini had given Manik one tablet for Maria which he diluted in the milk.

Next they went to Ooty lake for boating.

On their way Nandini sat on passenger seat while Manik and Abhi sat on back seat and Mukti sat behind on last seat alone.

Nandini and Mukti were singing songs loudly.

Abhi was resting his head on seat while closing his eyes with maria sitting on his lap and looking out of the window.

From the time Nandini sat ahead the driver was starring at her.

Manik was looking out of the window enjoying the scenery, small villages and houses on their way and culture of people out there.
