Sesshomaru hated how you were grumpy and moody the next day. Mumbling incoherent words that you made sure didn't reach his ears.

You would occasionally pace back and forth. He sighed, "what is wrong?"

You gave him an angry look, put your forefinger and thumb inbetween yoir chin.

And began mumbling again.

He growled, "(Y/n)!"

You whipped around to face him, "WHAT?!"

His eyes widened a fraction at the ferocity in your voice. He pushed the surprise away, "What's wrong?"

You dropped you hand to you hip, "well one is you are interrupting my thoughts, second you are annoying!"

His fangs bared, "want me to let you go then!"

You were surprised by the words but you masked it with sass. "Hpm you wouldn't let me anyway! So I'm staying the agreed time."

Rin smiled sweetly knowing that was your way of saying no. Sesshomaru huffed, "can you ever be nice to me..."

Your eyes shot open, "excuse me?"

Sesshomaru stared at you, "you heard me."

"I did, that's a total lie though."

He shook his head, "give me one example." He was testing you, "when I looked after you when that demon hurt you."

He gave a dry laugh, "you used the opportunity to your advantage and caused me more pain."

"Well...ok."

He smiled, "I win."

"Oh no mister! You want me to be nice I will!"

You walked gracefully up to him and your tone became sickly sweet. "What if call you things like, darling~ or sweetie~?"

He seemed afraid.

You approached him, his tall figure gazing down upon you. Grazing two fingers along his chest, you dragged them down slowly. Whispering in his ear, "perhaps my puppy prefers the term baby~?"

His cheeks began to go a light pink, "don't do this in front of Rin." He said through gritted teeth.

You called Jaken and he stood to attention, "yes?"

"Please take Rin for or walk or something." The goblin nodded and ushered Rin to follow him.

You drew your attention back to Sesshomaru, "there she's not here anymore." He averted his gaze as the blush stayed on his face.

A sly smirk plastered on your lips, dragging a finger along his Adam apple. "Maybe I said it wrong." You pursed your lips thinking. Then smirking again, lowering you voice purposely so it sounded sexy and alluring.

"Baaabbyyy~." You sang it a bit.

This caused a shocked expression along with his skin becoming a vivid red. "S-stop it this instant!" He used his sleeve to cover his flustered face.

"I think I won." You said happily.

You raised an eyebrow, "isn't that right, my puppy?"

He then said this that sent you a blushing mess too. "I said stop your making it hard to keep my 'puppy' on a leash."

"I'm going for a walk!" You ran before he could object, biting your lip in frustration and confusion.

What was the relationship between you and Sesshomaru? Complicated? Maybe.

But there was one thing you could not get past. The secret he was hiding from you.

Sesshomaru sighed grabbing a fistful of his hair. Stressing a tad.

His eyes shimmered and held a soft gaze, "god...she's so much like her."

The 1st week of the agreement had already gone by. And your heart felt so attached to him.

You spotted Kagome and ran up to her, "hey!" She waved to you.

"What's up?"

You sighed, "a lot of things."

"Like what?"

You looked around nervously, "um...just stuff."

She smiled, "ok." But then frowned proceeding to rub her temple.

You cocked your head, "still having headaches?"

Kagome nodded, "and their getting worse!"

"I think you may need to go to the doctor if it's not getting any better." She shook her head and smiled, "no I'm fine the headaches go away from time to time."

"Kagome..."

Inuyasha suddenly came running up, "(Y/n)? Hey."

You smiled and waved, "hi how are you?"

Inuyasha cringed at the false kindness, "I'm good...Kagome we need you there's some more shards."

"Ok..." she said while rubbing her temple.

You creased your brow, "No she needs to rest and see a doctor." You grabbed her arm.

Inuyahsa huffed, "no she needs to help us!"

"Inuyasha she's sick!"

"Looks fine to me!"

You begun to agure your yelling hurt her head. "SHUT UP!" Out of nowhere she lunged for your throat. Her fingers tightened around your windpipe.

Inuyasha yelled, "Kagome no!" He unglued her grip from you neck.

You breathed in air and rubbed the sore spot. Kagome came to, "oh...omg..I'm so sorry."

You let loose a small laugh, "no it's ok I have to go back to Sesshomaru."

Kagome tried to speak but you ran off Inuyasha frowned. Something was off here, the situation felt too similar.
