You blinked at the blanket covering the human or at least that's what you  presumed. Kagome laughed nervously.

"Hey."

"Um hi."

You pulled the blanket off and there revealed a boy dressed in a red robe...with dog ears. "Ah..."

Kagome sighed, "I guess I have no choice but to explain."

(After a long explanation)

You played with his ears, "these really are real huh?"

He slapped your hand away, "yeah they are!"

Kagome pointed a finger at you, "(Y/n) nobody else can know about this!" You nodded with a smile, glaring back at Inuyasha.

Some sort of urge came over you to ask the question that slipped from your mouth. "Can I come to the fedual era too?"

Kagome paused obviously surprised, " (Y/n) only me and Inuyasha can pass through the well."

A stream of disappointment welled up  inside you, "can I just try?"

Kagome went to speak but Inuyasha cut you off. "Did you not hear her? You can't pass through the well, only me and her. Maybe you should get your hearing checked."

Kagome's face turned red with anger, you rolled up your sleeves clearly irritated.

"Inuyasha I was asking Kagome not you!"

"And I was just answering for her!"

You pulled back your arm to aim a punch but Kagome shouted.

"Sit boy!"

The necklace around his throat glowed and an invisible force pulled him down. Smashing him into the soft mattress a bit hard.

You looked on in shock and clutched your stomach. Going into a fit of giggles.

Inuyasha lifted himself, "yeah ha ha very funny for the person it's not happening to."

You contained your giggles, "I suppose  it serves you right."

Inuyasha rolled his eyes and turned to the school girl. "Kagome I came to collect you we need to go now."

She sighed and began to pack things into a yellow bag. "You're leaving already?"

Kagome stopped for a second and spoke,  "I'm sorry but yeah."

Inuyasha huffed, "she'll be back I'll meet you at the shrine Kagome." He jumped from the bed to the window and landed on the ground. You watched as he ran inside the shrine and a bright light emitted from the entrance.

You let go a heavy sigh, "I wish I could go." You turned and Kagome put her bag upon her back.

"(Y/n)..."

You smiled and headed for her living room to say hi to the rest of her family.

An unknown sadness was spreading in your chest. A part of you knew you just needed to join Kagome and her friends.

Before you could do anything else someone fingers wrapped around your wrist.

A wave of black hair obscured your vision as your neck snapped to the stairs.

Suddenly your legs broke into a run with Kagome tugging hardly at your arm. Running in front of you.

"Kagome??"

She yelled to make sure you heard her, "it wouldn't hurt to test it out right?"

A big smile stretched across your lips.

You both entered the shrine and Kagome kept going and jumped in. "Hey waaaiiit!!"

You tripped over the well and inside, expecting to hit the earth. But all you felt was air.

Shooting open your eyes you saw what looked like a swirling night sky. A white light shone brightly at the end of this moving tunnel.

Within seconds you were upright with Kagome crouching on solid ground.

Kagome's amazement showed, "(Y/n) you made it through!" She hugged you tightly.

Both you squealed like children at this revelation. "Why can I hear dying pigs?" Inuyasha stuck a finger in his ear. A surprised look covered his features at the sight of you.

"How did she come through the portal?"

Kagome shrugged then hugged you again, "I have no idea but I'm so happy I don't care!"

You were delighted yourself at the experience and pushed Kagome away. Heaving yourself from the well and wanting to explore this new world.

Kagome scrambled after you when you suddenly began sprinting. "(Y/n) wait! You can't go off on your own it's dangerous!"

You stopped and spun to face her while she still ran towards you. Beaming you said, "I don't see what's so dangerous about this place."

Just then the earth under your soles shook violently. A big shadow towered over you.

Your skin went white, "oh."

And so your journey with your new friends unravelled.

I finished it, if people want more I'll continue if not I'll just delete. Also I edited the cover for the book I thought I might make it special. If this story goes on I'll do Inuyasha, Koga, etc.

And if wanted then Sango, Kagome etc x fem reader.

Anyway if this book gets no love it'll be going in the bin.
