Happy chapter 20!

"Hey Marie!" I called out to Marie who was at this moment eating chocolate chip cookies on the kitchen counter.

"Hey! What's up?" She asked me as I plopped down next to her and took one cookie as well.

Keeping the plan Romano and I had made over the past few days I replied,"Well... I have a surprise for you!" I said as I took her hand in mine and pulled her away with me.

"W-What?! At least let me finish the cookie!" She said but I ignored her as I almost dragged her all the way to her bedroom. I pulled the door open and we entered.

She looked around the room for anything suspicious furrowed her eyebrows in confusion looking at me when she found nothing. I chuckled at her because she had no clue for what was to come.

When j chuckled she narrowed her eyes at me and I stopped,"What's going on Bella?" She asked me but j kept quiet as I locked the door and walked past her to walk in closet.

This is a freaking mall.

She had so many clothes in her closet, trust me it's gonna take muscle to take one clothing piece out and a lot more effort to put one in. I bet she got most of her arm muscle by doing this everyday.

"How many clothes do you even have? This place is full!" I said to Marie as she rolled her eyes at me and walked past me from behind and then stood in front of me arms crossed looking at me with narrowed eyes.

She knows something is up.

"Seriously Bella! What's going on?" She asked me calmly but with confusion in her voice furrowing her eyebrows.

"I can't tell, it's a surprise." I said as I looked through her very huge closet to pick out something for her to wear that is going to be beautiful, decent and not slutty.

Slutty is going to be a low chance since I know that Marie is not that type of girl. "Well news flash! I hate surprises!" She said.

"Shh." I shushed her as I continued to search the whole mall she had in one room, her closet.

I bet her mouth was wide open now and she was rolling her eyes in disbelief. "You have got to be kidding me." She muttered and loudly groaned and I turned around to glance at her and amber eyes were closed as she was leaning her head back.

Turning my gaze back to the rack that I was going through I found an elegant pure white skater dress, it had lace designs on the upper part till the waist where it would start to flow, slightly a over Marie's knees since she was tall.

The dress had a sweetheart neckline and two straps going to the back so it showed that it was a sleeveless dress. It was beautiful and Marie would totally look sexy and beautiful in it.

After handing her the dress she smiled at it when she took a look at it but then frowned putting it down on the sofa that was in the closet.

"What's wrong?" I asked her as she sighed in a dull manner that a singing bird would stop singing.

As she took a seat on the sofa in the closet I took one next to her but keeping the time we had left in mind. "That dress is one of my favorite but..." She said and looked down after the 'but' and I looked at her with my big blue eyes eyeing her every move waiting for her to reply.

"But?" I asked her and she sighed in a dull manner again and looked up at me.

"Romano had got me that dress." She said and I felt bad for her but maybe tonight she will feel whole again and happy.

"Well Romano has very good taste." I said to her pinching her nose as I got up and went over to her shoe section which was full as well.

Now this is shoe collection goals.

I thought as I looked at the great shoe collection in front me. Joggers, sneakers, boots of all types, ankle booties, mid calf boots and over the knee boots. She had the boots in all sizes of heels and some without heels.

Her shoe collection as well contained flats, loafers, slippers, sandals, moccasins, oxfords, high heels and all the other variety. I have to check her shoe size and see if it's the same as mine so I can borrow her shoes.

Picking out plain red high heels for Marie, I handed it to Marie and she rolled her eyes.

"If you're taking me to a blind date then you're gonna have to kill me to take me there." She said and I scoffed.

"Please! Blind dates are useless." I said and she sighed in relief when she got the idea that I was not getting her ready for some blind date.

"At least give me an idea!" She said and I sighed turning around to face her to see her eyes looking in mien pleading for an answer. Just as much as I wanted to answer her as much as I wanted to give her the surprise as well.

"Well it's for something you were not expecting." I said and she sat down quietly trying to figure out what it could be and saw her eyebrows furrow in confusion.

"I seriously hate you right now you know that right?" She said and I grinned at her when I got to her lingeries side.

Opening the drawer I saw loads of different types of bras I'm different colors in front of me, she has good collection. Checking what cup she was I saw she was a C and so was I.

Checking the inches as well of her bra I smirked knowing that hers was a 36C while mine was a 34C, it wasn't much if a difference and I think we could share bras as well.

I picked out a red lace lingerie set that she had in another drawer that was full of lingerie two pieces and looked at her smirking at me.

"You have nice taste! I'm a 34C but I think I can fit." I said to her grinning and she let or a hearty laugh at me making me smile at her with my teeth showing.

"You can have anything from here, what's I'm is yours except my future boyfriend." She said and I chuckled.

"You're making me emotional." I said to her throwing the lingerie at her to wear the clothes. "Come on now! Change into those!" I said and she rolled her eyes at my hustling state.

"Okay Okay!" She said and I walked out of the closet and gave her some privacy so she could change, even though we were girls we liked out privacy and liked to keep ourselves to ourselves only or to someone who you knew you could trust.

But trusting was hard because right now I'm here so I wouldn't die because of the amount of people that want to kill me right now including the person who I trusted the most even with my life.

Trust no one but yourself.

I repeated to myself closing my eyes but I reopened them to the found of the door of the walk in closet unlocking. When Marie walked out I swear if I was an emotional person who cried very often now and then I would have tears in my eyes right now.

Marie looked absolutely stunning and I smiled at her and then motioned for her to go over to the full length mirror that was in the closet and she smiled at her reflection, twirling around like a princess.

"Ok now to the make up." I said and dragged her to her vanity table and sat her down as I started to curl her hair into loose curls.

I couldn't help but notice how beautiful she looked every time I looked at a part of her. The red high heels made her spidery long legs stand out even more and the dress just gave her the look of an angel.

She was and angel and right now she looked like an angel. I applied a little foundation on her face and then gave her eyes a little shadowy look, it wasn't dark it was light that looked perfect for her and then applied peach blush in her face with a Matt red lipstick.

I pinned some strands of Marie's hair so it would give her a princess look. She looked like an angel plus a princess just so perfect.

"Can I open my eyes?" Marie asked me because I had her close her eyes before I started her make up.

"Nope." I said to her and she groaned, so much for a princess.

"Okay where do you keep your jewelry?" I asked Marie because the only thing that was missing from her outfit were beautiful jewelry.

"It's in the closet, the drawers on the right side." She said and I nodded and felt stupid for doing so because she couldn't see me because I had her eyes closed.

"Okay." I replied to her and then walked in her closet and searched for the perfect piece of jewels for her to wear where she told me they were.

Finally finding the perfect jewels for Marie I took them out carefully and brought them out and laced them in the table so I wouldn't break them.

First taking the necklace that I had chosen which actually was a beautiful silver diamond disc chain necklace and wrapped it around Marie's neck with her hair carefully pulled to the side because I don't want to ruin my master pieces.

Even her jewelry were master pieces and super beautiful. After the necklace I went onto her earrings which were also diamond and silver teardrop shaped earrings.

It was as if it was carved by hand because it was that delisted and beautiful, carefully placing them on Marie's ears I went on to help her wear the bracelet I had chosen for her and it was a beautiful plain silver and diamond bracelet.

It was thin and beautiful as well as delicate and had Marie's arm raised as I locked it around Marie's thin wrist.

"Okay walk with me." I said to her and she carefully stood up on her heels on which she looked very tall than me and I felt like a freaking dwarf in front of her.

I led her over to the full length mirror and smiled at her reflection. "Open your eyes Marie." I said to her lightly and when she did she gasped and I chuckled.

"You look beautiful and hot as well as sexy!" I said to her and even the makeup couldn't hide the blush that was coming this her cheeks which made me laugh.

"Okay come on." I said to her as I led her out of the room.

Checking the time I cursed because we were late. "Shit." I said and she looked at me with confusion and I just waved my hand dismissing it and quickly led her over to my room and she looked at me like I grew two heads because she confused as to why I brought her over to my room.

The blinds for the balcony were closed and I just smiled because I couldn't wait to see Marie's reaction when she sees what Romano had done for her.

Yes people Marie's point of view.

I was utterly confused as to what was going on, right now I felt like royalty, like a princess or a queen considering to what I was wearing. I looked like a sex goddess to be honest.

I loved the look Bella had given me, Bella was just so great, even bough I have known her a very short time I knew that she is going to be like my very own sister later on. She's helped me in so many things and I never thought I would tell her another what happened between me and Romano.

Maybe I would have but I never though I would tell this early. She was like my souls sister, we had so much in common and I just loved her, I feel like I can't lose her.

I don't know why but I feel like she can change Marco's player ways, maybe I know she can. How do I know? Well I know because every night Marco goes out to bang some slut but ever since he had met Bella I don't even think he had had sex.

She was changing him in a good way and I couldn't be more glad. It was also nice to just have another girl around the house who was just like me, an assassin but I know that she isn't really very proud because us assassins we feel like we are monsters.

Even I feel like I'm a monster but it feels better to know that I'm not alone in feeling like this, I know that Bella had been through worse things.

Right now my focus was on figuring out what was going on, for what I have dressed up like a princess for and why he hell was I in Marco's room.

"Earth to Marie!" Bella yelled in my face and I snapped back to reality and saw Bella waving her hand sin front of my face.

"Sorry I zoned out." I said and she smiled kindly at me and then walked over to the blinds and I felt my hands getting wet from the sweat that was growing in my palms as my heart started beating rapidly.

I stepped forward and stood right in front of the blinds waiting for Bella to open them and she looked at me and I stared at her in confusion.

"Seriously Bella! What's behind the blinds?" I asked her and she sighed.

"Bella remember whatever happens next you have to be positive." She said I narrowed my eyes at her and then she pushed the blinds open and what I saw next made my flowing blood almost freeze in my veins.

It was all too beautiful, a table was in he center of the balcony with a white cloth over it and two plates at each side of the table with chairs. A candle was in the middle of the table and candles lay all over the balcony.

The view was just extraordinary and breathtaking.As u stepped forward with my mouth wide everything just grew even more beautiful.

There were plants on the balcony as well and it was almost getting dark because we took long to get ready and I saw that Bella shut the door behind me and shrugged because the beauty in front of me was not to be ignored.

The table held two glasses of wine and a small vase with two red roses in it. "Do you like it?" A familiar voice said from behind me making me whip my head around.

There stood the man whom I used to love and still love now even after everything he's done to me, "What do you want?" I asked strongly because I know that soon my voice is going to start breaking up and my eyes will start tearing up.

Roman walked closer to me with his hands in his pocket looking attractive as ever with his curly long brown hair. "Fine don't answer me. I'm leav-" I said but Romano's voice interrupted me.

"No. Listen to me, just hear me out this one time." He said and I crossed my arms over my chest tapping my foot impatiently showing him that I wasn't really interested.

"Marie I'm sorry, I know I was wrong. I hurt you and fuck I didn't mean to. I just wasn't ready and hearing the news just sent me into shocks. I just miss you so much, I miss touching you, I miss kissing you, I miss just laughing with you. Why can't you see that you're everything to me." He started walking closer to me.

With each word my heart grew it's beating rate, I didn't know if I was going to like or hate what was to happen next.

"Marie when you left I just felt empty, baby I'll do anything for you! Just come back to me. I miss you so much, you're my world, you're my queen! You're my everything and I'll die for you." He said to me his eyes starting to tear up as well as mine.

"Marie I'll treat you like a princess, I'll give you everything you need, I'll protect you with my life and no other man is going to lay an eye on you. I care for you so much! Fuck! I love you!" By now tears were falling from my eyes and Romano dropped to both of his knees and held my hand.

"Don't cry baby! I don't wanna make you cry!" He said holding my hands in his tightly keeping them warm.

I did the only thing that I thought would be smart enough to do because my voice failed to make a sound except a squeak. I jumped in Romano's arms and he caught me instantly.

This is what I want. To be in his embrace, just me and him. I inhaled his scent that I missed so much, I missed him so much.

"I love you too!" I whispered in his ear and his embrace on me for tighter as he pulled back to kiss me on the lips.

The kiss was soft and passionate, and I couldn't get enough as I deepened the kiss and Romano licks my lips asking for entrance and I let him in. I love the feeling of being his and the feeling of being with him.

"Baby the food isn't gonna finish by itself." He said chuckled and j nodded chuckling to sharing one last kiss with him and sitting on the chair he had pulled out for me to sit.

"Did you plan all this?" I asked surprised and he nodded.

"I'm impressed." I said looking at the surrounding once again and smiling.

"You'll be more tonight." He said winking at me and immediately understood what he was trying to say and I fake gagged and he chuckled.

"Yeah we'll see about that." I said as I chewed on the food and joked with him all night, we left and cleared everything up with Bella's help before Marco would come and burst up. Speaking of Marco we have to think of a way to tell him about this that will make him not break Romano's face.

After helping the love birds I took on last look at the balcony and smiled, Romano really had done a good job on the balcony. Too bad we had to clean it all up.

I bet they are going to make love tonight. I might be needing ear buds. The deal ends tonight and I seriously can't wait.

Then Marco is going to do everything I say.

I thought evilly as I checked the time and cursed. "Fuck!" It was 11:00 and I hadn't eaten anything for dinner.

Running downstairs with my very grumbling stomach I entered the kitchen to see The bitch Tatiana in there. She scowled when she looked at my attire and I rolled my eyes at her.

"Wow you dress so bad." She snickered at me and I sighed turning to her and smirking.

"Wow you smell so bad." I shot back and covered my nose as well, she did smell bad, I might just throw up my food that I was about to eat.

"You're such a bitch." She said to me and I smiled at her evilly.

"You're such a whore." Yeah take that snake!

"Where did you come from? A garage sale?" She said to me picking at her fake nails with a hand on her hip leaning on it.

She was challenging ms, game on!

"Where did you come from? The sewer?" I said and mentally high fived myself at that. I'm good at this.

"Whatever!" She said giving up and I checked the time again to see it was 11:20. I wasted 20 minutes with the bitch. I shrugged at it because I enjoyed it.

So wouldn't really be wasting time.

"Okay my food." I said and looked in the fridge for leftovers and saw that there was rice and dry beef chilly, Chinese food. I'm gotta say that I'm a lover of Chinese food.

My mouth watered at the sight of the Chinese did and I took it out and heated it without any hesitation. I didn't really felt like eating alone downstairs so I might as well eat in my room.

Going up the stairs with my plate, I heard light moans and groaned. Seriously? What if Marco comes?

Well that would go all shit mode if he did.

Should I earn them about Marco? They wouldn't want Marco finding out about them this way...

Shrugging I went to there door and knew they wouldn't hear me knocking and talking I opens the door covering my eyes. I like my innocence.

"Uh guys not to disturb but keep it down you don't want Marco finding out about you guys this way." I said and heard Marie groan or was it Romano?

"Yeah okay now leave!" Marie yelled and I reluctantly left.

I sat on the bed watching Netflix because it's the best thing in the world and ate the delightful food. It's 12:02 and Marco still isn't here. A part of me was happy about winning the deal but a part of me was sad because Marco still hasn't come back from his goddamn office.
