"She's late! It's past her due date!"
Nikolai shouted at the doctor and I flinched at his sudden outburst.

"Nikolai calm down she's only two days late!"
I exclaimed pulling him down, then apologizing to the doctor.

Nikolai gripped the chair arms and the doctor sighed.
"I see no reason for concern, but if it would make you happy, Mr. Ivanov, I can give her an ultrasound."
The doctor replied and Nikolai nodded.

I held out my hands and Nikolai lightly pulled me up off the chair. We held hands as we walked over to the medical beds, led by the doctor.

Nikolai helped me sit down and I rested on my back. Nikolai pulled up my stretchy t-shirt and the doctor applied the gel.

Suddenly Adrien walked in holding Isaac's hand, and Ellie on her hip.
"I just thought maybe Isaac should be here in case missy comes today."
She explained and I smiled, I wanted to bring Isaac but he was napping so I left him with Adrien.

The doctor squirted the cold gel on my stomach and I squirmed a bit. He then gave me my ultrasound.

"The baby is perfectly fine. Nothing to worry about, I assure you. Just expect her very soon."
The doctor told us and I nodded, looking at the screen.

"Come here, Isaac."
I called and he walked over. Nikolai lifted him onto the bed and I pointed at the screen.

"Thats your baby sister."
I whispered and he stared at the screen.
"But she's still in mommys stomach. So we can only see pictures of her, like that."
I added and he nodded, staring at the screen in amazement.

"Alright; let's get this show on the road."
Nikolai announced picking up Isaac off of the bed. He set him down and Isaac continued to stare at up at the screen.

Nikolai wiped the gel off my stomach then helped me off the bed. I grabbed Isaacs hand and we walked out to the car.

Adriens car had left so she rode with us back to the estate. She sat in the front, while we sat in the back with the kids.

Isaac yawned a bit and smiled at me.
"Is little girl gonna be here soon mama?"
He asked and I nodded.
"Very soon Isaac, don't worry."
I replied stroking his hair and he smiled at me.

"Nikolai dont be so stiff, I was late with Ellie and she's perfectly fine."
Adrien said and I looked up at Nikolai who slowly began to untense. I reached over and stroked his face.

"Everything is ok."
I muttered and he nodded. He kissed my hand and I smiled at him. He was better now, able to keep his food down.

Isaac is still a little traumatized but he's pretty good also. He cannot wait for his little sister. My parents and Nikolai's parents decided they would stay with us until little girl was here.

"You know, I never asked, but Cooper is clearly American, how the hell is he the right hand man for the Russian mafia?"
I asked Nikolai and he chuckled.

"It was a buissness deal at first, generations back. Cooper's great grandfather was suppoused to be a secret spy, while we made an arrangement sort of like ours with the Americans. After we found out we were cheated a whole battle broke out, and strangley, Coopers grandfather fought on our side so the Meddler family has forever since the right hand men."
Nikolai explained and I nodded.

"So I'm guessing I'm going to have to have a son soon, to help Isaac, huh?"
Adrien replied and we all began laughing.
"I believe so."
I replied through laughter.

We arrived back at the estate and Nikolai helped me out of the car.
I picked Isaac up and we went inside.

As soon as we got in the men surrounded us, expecting the baby.
"She's not here you guys."
I explained and Ivan kicked the wall.
"Damnit!"
He exclaimed and I rolled my eyes giggling.

"I want to see Watermelon soon!"
Arthur exclaimed. He called her Watermelon because earlier in my pregnancy, my stomach according to him, looked like a watermelon.

I chuckled and Nikolai helped me upstairs. I sat on the bed and Isaac crawled into bed next to me.

My mother and Hannah, Nikolai's mother came in with Adrien. We chatted while Nikolai sat on the couches with his men.

Suddenly the phone rang. We all froze and Nikolai answered it. He spoke silently then hung up and nodded at the men.

They stood and filed out of the room. He strode over to us, a hard look on his face and pecked my lips then Isaac's forehead.

"I have to leave, I'll be back hopefully by tomorrow morning."
He said and I grabbed his arm.
"What if little girl comes?!"
I exclaimed and he rubbed my hand.

"Then I'll be back in an instant."
He explained and I sighed. I let go of his arm and he left.

Adrien, Ellie and Cooper were in a corner, Cooper was muttering things to Adrien who held Ellie.

He kissed them both then left. Adrien took a deep breath then came back over to my bed.

"Whats going on?"
I asked.
"I don't know for sure but something about a meeting about the Swedish mafia with our alliances."
Adrien explained and I nodded.

NIKOLAIS POV

The ride was long, almost three hours but we arrived at the warehouse.

The Americans, The Korean, The Chinese and what was left of the Swedish Mafia were all gathered.

"Nikolai! I hear your wife is pregnant with your second child, congradulations!"
Sam, the leader of the American mafia greeted me.

"You're correct, Sam. I understand your youngest daughter is having her first."
I replied and he nodded, smiling proudly. Sam had Three children, two daughters and one son.

"Cooper you traitor, its nice to see you again!"
Sam exclaimed as Cooper stepped into the room. Cooper rolled his eyes, it was a bit of an inside joke between us all, calling Cooper a traitor.

"Alright, why was there a meeting called?"
I asked and Sam cleared his throat then pointed at the few Swedish Men.

"Too deal with them"
He replied and I nodded glaring at them. They were all going to pay for what Ian and Elias did.

The small number of Swedish men had grown less, they now gave into submission.

The men dragged the bodies outside and I cleaned my hands.
"Well, my men and I must go, because my daughter is expected very soon."
I said to the leaders and they nodded.

I got into the car when my phone began to ring. I picked it up, reading Emma's name and answered.

"Hello beautiful."
I greeted, and she answered with heavy breathing. 
"L-l-little girl....s-sh-she's...jesus christ...she's coming... fast."
She breathed into the phone and I could hear voices in the backround.

I looked at the men and they all stared at me.
"Emma's in labour."
I said and Ivan sped away from the warehouse.

Emma was in labour.
