Ivory Evans

"What a bastard!" I hissed as I walked down the road alone. I tried to entertain myself by looking at shops near his restaurant. I turned off my phone because it kept ringing and I'm not in the mood to talk to Leon right now.

"Ivory." I turned to see the ex-girlfriend again. I wish I have the power to kick this woman out from this planet.

"I don't know you so.. get lost." I hissed coldly as I continued to walk.

"I want to talk to you." She said and that stopped me.

"I don't think the ex-girlfriend and the fiance should talk, I have long nails." I said as I showed her my nails and she chuckled.

"I get it now why Leon likes you." She smiled and I raised my eyebrows.

"We're getting married." I hissed and she nodded.

"Let's talk and I think you should know something." She gestured me to follow her to a cafe. I found myself following her and walked into the cafe. She sat down at the corner of the cafe and gestured me to sit in front of her.

"I think we never officially introduce ourselves before. I'm Celine McClare." She said as she put her hand in front of me and I took her hand and trying to act civil with her.

"Ivory Evans." I said in a not-so-friendly tone. We ordered out drinks and then I looked at her completely not liking the situation right now.

"We were highschool sweethearts 8 years ago. We started dating on our senior year and we were madly in love back then."

"I don't think I want to hear your side of the story, I pretty much-"

"He wanted to be a chef and opened his own restaurant after he graduated. He worked so hard day and night trying to make delicious food." She cut me and I tried to listen to her when I clearly hate doing it.

"We were both so in love and I thought he was the one. He knew I was a good girl and will never cheat on him. He never even worried about me before. I was sick trying to get his attention by wearing short dresses, some see through shirts and even changed my makeup but he was fine with it." That's quite surprising..

"He will just praise me for changing my appearance once in a while but that wasn't the reaction I wanted. I want him to be protective over me but he never did that. I wanted more than just a cute and caring relationship."

"My love for him slowly faded away and I started to cheat on him. It was thrilling for me and new to feel a burning sensation all over my body when I'm with this guy. I love the way he cares for me, the way he always worries about me.. I love it and that's why I cheated on him for years. I wasn't ready to let Leon go because he's a really nice guy and I was planning to keep on doing it until I'm ready to break up with the guy that I cheated on with."

"Bitch!" I hissed and she chuckled nodding.

"I know, I was one but everyone still thinks that I'm an angel. They thought Leon was the problem but it was me." She sighed.

"I'm glad that you break up with him. He's mine and if you dare to get back with him, I won't hesitate to slap you." I hissed and she laughed.

"I'm so in love with my current boyfriend right now and I'm getting married." She showed me the ring and I rolled my eyes.

"Well.. good for you." I was planning to stand up but she stopped me by saying.

"Leon is in love with you."

"Of course, we're getting married." I said in a cold tone.

"He never act like this before and when I saw what happened in Lena's house, it was clear for me that he's over me." She smiled and I looked at her disbelief.

"We're getting married and of course, he's over you!"

"Please take care of Leon, he always over work himself sometimes." She said and I really wanted to slap her. I took out my phone and decided to turn it on. Iw anted to call my chauffer to pick me up.

"I hope you don't show yourself in front of Leon again. I'm not that keen to be friendly to my fiance's ex." I said honestly and she chuckled nodding.

"Very well, besides we both have our own life." She said and my phone rings showing Leon calling me. I pressed the red button and I got up. Our drinks came and I asked them to put it on a plastic cup for me.

"Uhmm.. hope you have a happy life with your boyfriend so you don't need to bother my Leon anymore." I said as I'm busy pressing red buttons because Leon kept calling me.

"You should pick it up, he's worried." She said as she pointed at my phone.

"Mind your own business!" I hissed and I accidently pressed green button when he called again.

"Don't call me! I hate you!" I hissed.

"You hate me?" I flinched when I heard Leon's voice from behind.

"Did she say anything bad to you?" Leon asked Celine and I rolled my eyes.

"No, she's so sweet." Since when?

"Sorry if she's trying to kill you. She has tempers." Leon said as he grabbed my hand. I glared at him and the waiter gave my drink to go.

"Let my hand go or this drink will end up on your head." I hissed and Leon ignored my statement.

"We're going." Leon said to Celine and I glared at her.

"Bye." Celine waved at us and Leon dragged me out from the cafe.

"I can't believe you're talking to her."

"Why? You're afraid that I'm going to kill her or something?" I hissed coldly and Leon turned to me.

"Are you seriously still mad? I'm not talking to her!" Leon bursted.

"I'm not going to marry you." I said and walked away.

"Fine by me then.." Bastard!
