"We're here with a proposal."

"Alright, go on," Jinyoung folded his arms.

Soojin spared a look at Chan and then turned to her best friend as Ae Ra spoke, "As you might know by now, Bang Chan slept with my friend here and then rudely dismissed her with a sum of money. Now, sir, isn't that very disrespectful to a woman?"

"But then again, that's your job, isn't it?" the head of the company stated indifferently, not even realizing how offending he sounded.

Soojin looked at him, feeling insulted and inferior. She then fiddled with her fingers under the desk, concentrating on her nails rather than the hurting words.

"Well, sir," Ae Ra sounded bold, "You perform and you get money from your fans. We perform, and we get money in return, too. How are we different from you?"

"At least we don't sell our body for money," Jinyoung scoffed.

Tears began forming in Soojin's eyes. Coming here was a bad idea. She should've stayed at home and listened to some music instead of getting insulted by a man who didn't even know her. All he did was spitting offending, hurtful words at her and her best friend, and breathing became harder and harder for her in the room. She felt claustrophobic in the otherwise-spacious chamber, all because of the embarrassment she was feeling.

"But as much as I've seen on internet, sir, you sell your idols' efforts for money. You put them through hell, and you still have the audacity to question us?" Ae Ra spoke, spitefully grinning at him.

Jinyoung raised his voice, "Just state your demand and get out."

Ae Ra slammed her hands on his table, standing up abruptly and letting her chair fall to the ground with a thud. Soojin and Chan stared up at her, alarmed.

"Since you have the fucking balls to tell us to get out, I would like to tell you that we're going to reveal the fact that Bang Chan used my friend and then disrespected her. Let's see how much you can earn from that," Ae Ra acted, and then turned to Soojin, "Let's go."

"Wait, wait!" Jinyoung stood up as well, watching the two girls beginning to walk out, "Please don't do that."

"I might as well," Ae Ra shrugged.

"Shit!" Chan cursed, looking at the two girls, "What was your proposal? We're ready to accept it."

Ae Ra turned around to face the two men, and then proclaimed,

"We want Bang Chan to date Soojin."

"...What?" Chan incredulously questioned, "What the fuck?"

"Accept it to save your reputation," Ae Ra stated, "I don't think the audience would want to interact with an idol so ill-mannered."

Soojin stood quiet, and Chan looked at her, "Soojin? Are you okay with all this?"

"..."

"Tell me! Do you want to ruin my life so bad? Is this what you want?" Chan aggressively asked.

Soojin looked into his eyes, watching as his dark ones were filled with disbelief and confusion. She had loved him since forever; confided in his words and felt safe whenever he went live. She never ever wanted to put him in such a vexing situation.

"Why are you quiet?!" Chan thundered at her, and she flinched.

I don't want to trouble you at all. You're my everything, and I wouldn't have been sane if you weren't there to guide me through the darkest nights. This is so hard for me. I just want you to be happy. I love you so, so much -- she thought to herself, but  manipulated by the circumstances, she mumbled, "Yes... please listen to Ae Ra."

Chan stopped speaking, and his heart sunk. Suddenly, Jinyoung's theories about them being just prostitutes seemed true. Did they want money? Fame? Or just revenge for that disrespectful instance?

"I don't believe this," Chan gritted his teeth, and just as he would to walk out of the office room, Jinyoung spoke up, "He'll date Soojin."

The three people in the room stared at him in shock.

"What?" Chan protested, "Sir, I'm not-"

"You will date her, Bang Chan. I'm doing this to save your reputation."

"But, sir, I cannot be in a relationship with her!"

"Do you want your group to disband? Are you willing to lose the legacy that you've created, just for the sake of your taste, or the fact that she's sold her body to different men?" Jinyoung snapped at him.

Soojin let a tear slip by, and Chan fumed.

"Is this a deal?" Ae Ra confirmed, and Chan glanced at Jinyoung one last time, his eyes begging him to refuse, but the head stated,

"Yes. It's a deal."

Soojin guiltily looked at Chan, but he blinked back his tears to give in to the arrangement -- for his brothers, Stray Kids.

"Okay," he muttered depressingly, "Let's do this."
