KATE'S P.O.V

"Kate!!!" Ethan screamed my name from dining table.

"Coming darling." I put some highlighter on my cheek bones and tip of my nose. I checked myself once in the mirror and went down.

I saw Ethan sitting at the table, his back facing me. I tip toed towards and placed a soft kiss on the back side of his neck. I was about to pull away when his hands took a hold of my hands which were on his shoulder.

"Caught ya!" He turned around and winked.

I chuckled and sat beside opposite him. The table was filled with various dishes. There were bagels, sandwiches, omelette, bacon, boiled eggs, orange juice.
Why so many things?

"Do we have guests coming over for breakfast?" I ask confused that I might have forgot.

"No Kate. This all is for you. Do you think I don't notice you enough? I have been watching you eat pretty less since past week. So today being a holiday, with the help of youtoube I made all of this. I hope you eat it."

I gulped nervously. What do I tell him? I am feeling a bit nauseous since past week. I even threw out couple of days back at the studio.

"Ethan, I- I mean thank you so much but I can't eat all this." I said softly.

"What? But why? Are you not feeling well sweetheart?" He put his hand on my thigh.

Till today I get butterflies when he touches me. I mean after three years of our marriage. Can you believe it?

"I'm feeling a bit nauseous since this week. I'm sure its just the flu. Or maybe I am about to get my period." I shrugged.

"Periods? Not that again. I just can't see you in so much pain on your first day. Geez."

Well after three years of marriage also, Ethan is not very good when it comes to my periods. He always says that he can't bear when I'm in so much pain.

"Ethan come on! Now don't spoil your holiday." I nudged him.

"What do you mean by your holiday? Don't you have a day off today?"

"Unfortunately no. See there is a dance competition next Sunday and we have to make our students practice the most today as they have their day off. And also enough time has been gone because of Austin and Sienna's wedding and their honeymoon not that I complain but still."

"Fine. But I need you here at home by 6:00 pm. We are going on a date." He announced.

"That would be amazing." I kissed him softly on his lips.

"Take care, I love you." He said

"I love you too." I smiled and went out to garage.

I was feeling so tired right now. Generally I feel happy and content after dance practice but not today. Austin came and sat beside me. He pulled out a water bottle from his bag.

"Are you feeling okay?" He asked sensing my discomfort.

"Not really. I don't know. I think I will just go home now. Will you teach the new dance routine to 4:00 batch?"

"Of course Kate. But do you want me to drive you home? Or call Ethan? I don't think you should drive right now."

"No I will manage. Thanks Austie." I get up but before I put my foot forward darkness consumes me. I just heard Austin calling my name.

ETHAN P.O.V

I was watching some serious on Netflix when my mobile rang. Austin's name flashed on the screen. Austin? Why is he calling me? Is Kate okay?

"Hey!" I answered.

"Ethan, don't freak out. Kate fainted at the studio so I have taken her to Lenox hill. Can you come here fast?"

"What?! Is she okay? I'm coming." I stood up.

"Doctors are checking her up. Come fast."

"Alright alright!"

"Why the heck is the doctor taking so long?" I chided.

"Calm down Ethan. They are just running some tests." Austin said.

"Just imagine Sienna fainting like this." I snapped and he got quiet.

Nurse came in and signalled me to come in. I looked at Austin, I mean he should not feel bad.

"Don't worry. Go in." He understood.

"Thanks and sorry buddy for earlier." I said.

"No issues." He smiled.

I entered the room. Kate was sitting on the bed. Her eyes looked teary but she had a smile on her face.
Is she okay?

"Kate!" I went up to her kissed her forehead.

I cupped her face, "Are you okay? What happened?"

She just nodded positively.

"Everything is normal Mr. Robinson. Mrs. Robinson will tell you the reason she fainted. I shall take your leave."

"Thank you doctor."

He nodded and left the room.

I sat on bed with Kate, "What happened Kate?" I caressed her face.

"First tell me will you love me as much you love me today after few months?"

"What?! Of course I will love you as much as I love you today or even more and that is for lifetime Kate. Why are you asking me this?"

I am confused!

"Even if there will be someone who will maybe love you more than me?"

"Who will love me more than you Kate? I'm not getting a thing."

"A baby girl or boy." She blushed.

Oh my goodness!

"Kate!!! You are pregnant?" I asked still not believing she said.

"Yes, you are gonna be daddy Mr. Robinson." She laughed.

"Oh my god!! Kate!!!" I hugged her tightly. My eyes getting tearful. Is this for real?

"I'm gonna be dad and you mom. We are gonna have a baby Kate!!" I screamed in happiness.

"Tsk tsk. Not a baby. We are having twins." Kate said.

"Twins! Really? Kate you have made me the happiest man alive. I love you sweetheart."

"I love you too." We kissed softly.

KATE'S P.O.V

"Listen properly, I don't want you to miss anything. I want 1 dozen dounuts, two burgers, two choco lava cakes, white sauce pasta and strawberry milkshake. Am I clear?"

"You want to eat all of this? Are you sure Kate?" Ethan asked sitting beside me.

"Of course. Your two babies and their momma is damn hungry Mr. Ethan Robinson. Do you not want to go? Fine I will go."

I tried to get up but you know at 8.5 months pregnant it is pretty difficult to get up easily.

"No no no. I will bring everything baby. You don't worry. I love you."

"When you bring me all this then I will say I love you too." I smiled sweetly.

"That's not fair." He pouted. How bad I want to kiss him but I want to tease him too.

"Ethan Robinson I'm getting up." I narrowed my eyes.

"No no I'm going I'm going."

ETHAN'S P.O.V

"Baby, I'm home." I said as I entered the hall with several food parcels in my hands.

"You came!!!" Kate came and hugged me.

"Yes here it is your parcels." I placed everything on the dining table.

"Hmmm, everything smells so good!"

I served her everything and she started eating as if she was hungry for weeks. I'm not complaining though, she looks super adorable while eating.

"Aren't you forgetting anything Kate?" I rubbed my fingers on my chin.

She looked up and gave me a cutie grin.
"I love you Ethan."

"That's better."

"Hey you have to say it back." She pouted.

"Darling you have said it back to my I love you which I said before going to get the food."

"Still SAY IT BACK!" She yelled.

"Okay okay. Calm down. I love you. I love you I love you." I chuckled.

"That's better!" She laughed.

KATE'S P.O.V

"Kate, you sit down. Don't tire yourself." I said for the hundredth time since this morning.

"Ethan I'm okay. I am just setting the table."

"Kate you have already cooked chicken fried rice and you are due this week."

"Look if I feel I'm not okay I will rest." I encircled my arms around his body.

"Don't do this sweet sweet talk and hugging me thingy." He wrapped his hand around my waist. Well, it was difficult to do that becuase I'm literally super huge now. What can you expect we are having twins. We decided to keep the gender secret.

"I love you."

"I love you too."

ETHAN P.O.V

"Are you alright?" I place my hand on Kate's.

Aiden, Christina, Austin, Sienna, Liam and his wife Eva were seated around us in the living room.

We just had a good hearty brunch and now we were talking about random things.

"I'm having contractions." Kate said. She was breathing hard.

"What?!" I half screamed.

"She is having contractions. Can't you here bro-in-law?" Christina yelled at me.

"Hey don't yell at me. I thought her due date is end of the week."

"Oh really? So should I tell the babies to wait? Their dad isn't ready?" This time it was Austin.

"Shut the fuck up all of you. My water just broke. It will be appreciable that you take me to the hospital." Kate screamed breathless.

"Yes yes. I'm getting the car." I caressed her forehead.

I was mid way when I heard Kate yell my name.

"Get your ass back here Robinson!!"
(I'm a huge f.r.i.e.n.d.s fan, if you know you know.)

"What what?"

"You stay here with me. Somebody else can get the car."

"I will go get the car." Aiden ran out.

"Sis are you okay? Is it paining a lot?" Liam worriedly sat beside me.

"It feels like someone is stabbing my vagina from inside. Nothing else." I said. Sarcasm dripping.

"Come on sweetheart you can do it ."
We are in the labor room. I'm just not believing it.

"Aahhhhh. It's fucking hurting a lot Ethan." Her face was covered with sweat beads.

"Push Kate push. Just think about our babies."

"Aaaahhhhh!!!" She screamed. After a couple seconds we could here a baby crying.

Doctor held the baby and announced,
"Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Robinson it's a boy."

Oh my god! We have a baby boy.

"It's a boy!" Kate said, she was completely breathless.

"Yes it is baby. You did it."

"Come on one more push Mrs. Robinson. I can see the head."

Kate pushed one more time, the baby cried.

"Congratulations it's a girl."

"Oh my god Kate. We have baby girl and a baby boy." I kissed her on forehead.

"We do." She said and that's it she passed out because of the tiredness.

KATE'S P.O.V

"They are so beautiful." I say looking at our babies peacefully sleeping.

"Indeed. I love you Kate. And thank you for going through so much pain." I caressed her cheeks.

"It is all worth it." Kate whispered.

"I love you."

"I love you too."

"We now present to you Noah Robinson and Kendall Robinson." We announce our babies names.

"Woahhoooo!!!" Our friends and family cheer.

And we lived happily ever after.........
