Kate's P.O.V

"Really?"

"Yes Kate." He smiled so cutely.

I placed my hand in his. To our luck a very good slow song was going on. When we came at the dance floor, Ethan pulled me closer by wrapping his one hand around my waist. I placed my hand on his shoulder. Our other two hands were interwined with each other.

Ethan's P.O.V

We fell in step, letting the rhythm control our movement. All the people around us faded. It was her and I, alone. A smile spread across her beautiful face.

I don't know why all this was happening. As I myself told her to stay in her own way. But something in her always left me intrigued. Maybe because she is the only one who fights with me and doesn't throw herself at me. And of course she is so beautiful!

"So how do I dance?" She asked.

"Just perfect."

"Really?"

"Do you have to each time ask again?"

"Yes, because whenever you behave good that is not arrogant I doubt you."

"I'm not that bad, Kate." I shook my head sideways.

"You are bad with me." She pouted. Now why does she have to do that?

"Don't pout." I pulled her over my chest.

"Why?" She narrowed her eyes still pouting. She looked super cute.

"Because....." Waiter cut us off.

"Sir your order is ready. Should I serve you?"

"Yes please." Kate answered.

We both went back to our table and started eating like hog. It is safe to say we both were damn hungry.

"Food here is so good." Kate said.

"Yes, this is one of my favourite spots in the city."

"Thats......" Kate was about to say but someone came and interrupted us.

"Oh my my. Hi Ethan. Lovely to meeting you again today." An irritating voice echoed.

Kourtney Morris my ex fling and now a business deal's secretary said.

Now if you must be wondering why ex fling. Then here it goes, she used to be my fuck buddy a while ago, but later she wanted more and I refused.
Today I met her after two years. Apparently her company's CEO is doing a deal with ours. She is the secretary.

Kate and I both got up as we almost finished our food and had already cleared the check.

"Kourtney Morris, I don't want to talk to you as you can see I'm on a date with my wife." I said her sternly.

I could see Kate was so uncomfortable with all this going on.

"Oh is it? Hi I'm Kourtney. Nice to meet you." She forwarded her hand towards Kate.

Kate smiled and did the handshake.

"Nice to meet you, I am Kate."

"Well I'm the secretary of one of the CEO which Ethan just signed the deal today."

"Thats great." Kate said.

"Ethan, I surely didn't expect you to tie the knots so soon. And that to with a girl like her. She isn't your type at all honey."

What the fuck does she think of herself?

"Shut your dirty mouth Kourtney. Kate is my wife. She is beautiful inside out unlike you." I yelled at her.

I could see Kate looking down. Tears in her eyes. Oh I wish I could wipe them off right now.

"Who are you fooling Ethan? I know you very well. I know your taste baby." She scoffed.

Before I could answer back her Kate said something.

"You know her?" She asked looking at me.

"Oh Ethan, you didn't tell her about us." She laughed evily.

"Us?" Kate was confused.

"Dare you say anything." I was so angry at Kourtney. Fucking bitch!

"I will, Ethan. Your husband and I used to be fuck buddies Kate for a longest time. And trust me we were so good in bed." She smiled wickedly.

"You what?" It almost came out as whisper.
