Sorry this update was delayed. I have a very hectic schedule with work lately. I hope you all enjoy it!

''Get out, both of you, please. Andie please just run, GO! I can hold the bitch off. Don't just stand here waiting for it, get the fuck out of here!" Davis said, shaking in his deformed boots, his voice pleading. But Andie refused again.

''No, we wont leave you here to die, you cant even think I would ever leave you.'' Andie said. 

''Me either, lets kick this old hags ass once and for all.'' Said Raymond.

Sloane sauntered in her steps, tormenting them that she was confident, taunting Andie more with her words.

''So you are the one, the silly human who sprayed my brother with a love potion. Hahaha. She laughed. ''And now he loves you, but for how long? Until when, you an ordinary human. Do you think it is true love stupid girl. Do you know who my brother is? He will toy with you, until you bore him and eventually, you will do just that. Bore him. And when you do that, he will tear your flesh apart with his sweet fangs, drain you of your life. Will you think it true love as you die at his hands?" She asked, cold and brutal.

''He would never hurt me. Never. Even if he was sprayed. He had an antidote, we, he, still believes it is love as I do.''Andie answered her.

''Never hurt you? Did he not hurt you once already? You are very good at lying to yourself, you poor pathetic human."

''That was not his fault, he was drugged, by you!'' Andie screamed at her.

''Do you always ignore the truth Andie, My brother is a vampire, a very old, a very powerful, a very beautiful vampire. He has never wanted a human for a mate, he has never loved anyone. And now he has suddenly fallen to pieces over someone like you? Really? Are you that simple minded or are you enjoying what you have done? This is a trick! A trick you and the queen have played on him.''

''Cat had no idea I would spray him! She did not do this to trick anyone!'' Andie said.

''Oh really, do you think the old woman an idiot? She knew what she was doing and she knew exactly who would get spayed, really are you all that stupid?'' Sloane asked them.

Andie shook her head in disbelief. Could it have been a set up? Why would she do that to me? To Lucas? Why? What good would it do her? No, she would never.

''Don't let her get to you Andie, don't talk to it.'' Said Raymond.

''Excuse me, did you just call me an IT?" Asked Sloane. Disgusted to be refereed to as an it and forgetting she was tormenting Andie, but only for a split second, she was back onto her.

''Andie, it is Andie isn't it? Is that short for something? A boys name? Are you a boy? You appear to be a girl to me. Are you all gender benders?" She smiled as she teased the three of them.

''Yes, that's it, we are here gender bending, your boy, the pretty one, Benny, are you saying he likes boys? I like boys too! Too bad he is a lunatic, I don't do lunatics!" Said Davis to Sloane as she continued to get closer. But she was moving too slow. Something was wrong and Davis knew it.

She had to walk past the dead lightnings to get to them. She was too cautious, something was off.

''My son, likes you Andie, wants you for himself, he would love you, without a potion, perhaps you should think about that for a second.'' Sloane said to her.

''Never, I love Lucas, only Lucas.'' Andie answered.

''Then you are as dumb as you look, as dumb as the day is long.'' She said to her.

''Shut it bitch, lets dance, you talk about whats boring, its you.'' Fired Davis, walking to her, standing over Lighting's dead body.

''I am going to enjoy draining the life out you little man.'' She said to Davis.

''Sure, come take a bite. A nice, big, juicy bite, come on, here Kitty, kitty, kitty." He called to her. "I will even get you started." He reached for his branch and found a sharp edge, nicking himself, a tiny trickle of blood fell to the ground. He could see the scent reached her, her face turning, her fangs growing.

The scent drove her mad, she was not tamed like the other vampires, she had killer instincts and little self control and that was what Davis was counting on. She made a flying leap over the other Lighting's and landed in front of Davis, the dead Lighting between them. 

Raymond and Andie did not waste a second, both of them taking what they had and hammering Sloan with it. Andie smashed a rock the size of a baseball into her head, setting her back a step. Raymond smashed her legs with a large branch, taking her down to her knees. Davis took his last impeller and slammed her in the chest. she gasped. Reaching for Davis but she was cut off, the dead Lighting had gripped her by her throat, dragging her to the ground.

The other lightnings, all up and stumbling over to her as they continued to push her down into the ground. The blow from Davis was close to fatal. 

''Good to see you man, I am gonna hug all of you as soon as the bitch is dead!"" Said a beaming Davis, his smile wide and his eyes filled with tears.

''We thought you were dead. Good to have you back!'' Said Raymond, as he continued to pummel Sloane's limp body.

''Nope, she killed the wrong me, if she killed the original me I would be turning to dust.'' Lighting replied as he too pummeled Sloane. 

"Thank god!'' Andie joined in as she too continued to hit Sloane in the head with a rock, making a mess of her.

''Such violence, this is really not ladylike behavior Sloane.'' Giggled Davis. ''Turn her over for me, lets make sure she is dead, or dying."

They turned her over and Davis dragged the branch across his wrist again, cutting himself deeper, blood was racing out.

''Open her mouth.'' He said to Lighting. ''In case she isn't, this will slow her down."

He held his bleeding arm to her mouth, forcing it down her throat. 

''OK, hang on, I promised her, hold her." He fussed over her, the others unsure of what he was doing. 

''Lovely, my best work yet." He said stepping back. 

He drew her a mustache like he said he would, a little black napoleon stash above her lip. 

''Step back, please all of you.'' Lightning said, he was going to drive the impeller in farther, to make sure she was dead. As he shoved it in, she opened her eyes. Horrified she rolled away, Lighting went to finish her off, but she up and moving away from them, running towards the cliffs back to market.

''Get the Bitch, she wont get far, she is going to be sick any minute!" Yelled Davis. She ran, they all chased.

Marcus was wobbling, the blade against his neck in the right spot should Benjamin decide to kill him. He tried to stop moving but was too drunk to stay on place. Benjamin grabbed him by his hair and held him.

Lucas could do nothing to stop Benjamin, if he decided to kill Marcus he could do it easily.

''Take ten steps back, and then throw your sword as far as you can towards the cliffs.'' Ordered Benjamin.

Lucas did as he said, he tossed his sword close to the edge of the cliffs. 

''What do you want.'' Marcus asked Benjamin.

Lucas listened for the answer and got one he never expected.

''What I want is peace, a cease fire, negotioations of sorts bewteen the easterlands, the lower covens and Heidorn.''

''Peace, is this how you are going to ask for it? By threatening my brother, the girl, myself?'' Asked Lucas. 

''I needed to take her she is part of the deal.'' Said Benjamin.

''What deal?'' Asked Marcus.

''The one I will propose to the queen, when she arrives. She marches to the Pendana as we speak. The hills are all a chatter and the armies of the Lower covens march as well, uncles.'' Smiled Benjamin.

Out of the corner of Marcus's eye he saw what looked like Sloane, running, stammering, stopping then falling to her knees.Struggling to stand. She ran towards the cliffs, followed by what looked like Andie running after her, and another man, the one in the car with Davis. And then four men all look alikes, staggering running after them. And finally Davis, flopping around unable to run straight and falling over occasionally.

I must have really had too much to drink, Am I hallucinating? Maybe it is the stress of the blade piecing my neck, maybe. He thought to himself. Closing his eyes and then opening them again only to see them all again, running and flopping around each other. 

Benjamin and Lucas continued to argue, Marcus watched in disbelief as the parade headed towards the cliffs. 

''Look over there.'' He said to Lucas, but he was too engrossed in listening to Benjamin.

Sloane was on her knees, taking a beating from Andie this time. Raymond was a close second, but Andie was the one doing all the kicking and punching, she seemed to almost be enjoying herself. Lovely girl, who knew she was capable of such murderous behavior. Thought Marcus as he watched  her try to strangle his sister. 

He flinched as Raymond came to Andies aid and took a flying leap onto Sloane's back. Such anger, this is quite a show. He said to himself.

Sloane was up again and now headed towards Lucas, followed behind by Andie, Raymond the four lighting and Davis, who was now barefooted, coming up fast from behind, passing the Lighting's, Raymond and closing in on Andie and Sloane. Well, well well, he can run quite fast, but still he could never out run me.  

''I will get you for that little event'' Yelled Marcus, out of nowhere.

''You what? Sorry this is the only event you are going to.'' Answered Benjamin, thinking he was just  a drunk talking to himself.

''Don't either of you see this?'' He said again. This time getting Benjamins attention.

''What the hell?'' Benjamin said out loud.

Lucas froze in place, he saw Andie, his heart raced at the sight of her, she was OK, alive and angry. What the hell are they doing?

''Mother! Mother!" Yelled Benjamin. He saw Lucas take a step forward.''Dont move! Not a muscle or he dies!'' He ordered.

Sloane heard Benjamin, she ran towards him, avoiding Lucas as she did. She got to Benjamin and fell to her knees.

Andie on her heels, racing up fast behind her, not noticing Lucas, she came close to running past him, until he called to her.

''Andie! Andie, stop!'' He yelled! Jumping in front of her, grabbing her. 

''Lucas! Oh my god! Lucas.'' Her eyes filled with tears,  she jumped into his arms held onto him, burying her face in his hair. He held her tight to his chest. ''Thank god you are alright. I would die if he hurt you. Did he hurt you?'' He asked as he pushed her hair from her face.

''No, he didn't touch me.'' She answered him. He kissed her gently on her lips. Wanting so badly to passionately kiss her but he did not.  Benjamin might retaliate and slice Marcus in half if he touched her. He stopped himself and put her down, pushing her behind him.

Davis stopped behind Lucas, they all stood together. Marcus was still in danger. Benjamin eyed Andie.

''Andie, come here. Come here now!'' He ordered.

''She is not going anywhere, she is not part of this, no matter what twisted idea you have in your head Benjamin.'' Lucas said. He was not going to let Andie move.

''Oh but she is, you will see Uncle, she belongs to me. Not you.''

''Love the new look Sloane, it suits you. This must be your idea.'' Marcus said to Sloane and Davis. He laughed at the sight of his sister's beautiful face with a mustache.

''Shut up! There is nothing funny about any of this!'' Sloane said as she slapped the back of Marcus's head.

''Well we have another standstill of sorts. The queen approaches, our Armies are at out backs, all we need to do is survive the night. I tell you what. Mother, find my horse.'' He said.

Sloane did as he asked her to do. She returned with his horse.

''All of you, step back, not you. You stay.'' He signalled to Raymond. ''You stay right there.'' He ordered, still holding Marcus by his hair.

The others moved away, Raymond watched as Sloane got on the horse, Benjamin handed her the sword and guided her hand to Marcus's hair. And then jumped on along with her.

''I want you to give the queen a message, tell her I want to negotiate a deal. I want her to ride to the edge of the Pendana, my armies will be held at the southern entrance.  I want to speak to her directly. I will be waiting. Do you think you can pass that along to her?'' He asked.

''Of course, what about him?'' He asked, pointing to Marcus.

''A show of good faith,  he shall live. Oh and one more thing, the girl is to be there with the queen. If she is not, the offer is off the table.'' He said, kicking Marcus to the ground and racing back towards the Pendana.

Marcus staggered back towards the safety of his brothers side and stumbled past Lucas, giving him a moment with Andie.

Andie clung to Lucas, his broad arms wrapped around her, making her feel safe. They stood together, forehead to forehead taking in each others breath. Lucas moved his hands to her face, cradling her, adoring her. I love you Andie. I will  never, ever let you go. I swear to you. I will kill for you, I will die for you. No one will ever hurt you as long I have a breath left to give.

''I love you too Lucas, so so much.'' She struggled with tears and laughter, as he kissed each tear that fell from her eyes.

Davis watched, taking it in, the sight of them, he too teared up. Wanting to be part of the hug, but he was forced to catch a stumbling Marcus from falling and hugged him instead.

''I am sorry man, for the shoes, I didnt mean it." He cried on Marcus's shirt.

Marcus still drunk and in a forgiving mood, he survived Benjamin and why hate the man who made his sister look like an idiot. ''Lets drink to it shall we!"" He said, passing the flask to Davis. 

''Later on man, not right now, but thank you.'' Davis said. Handing the flask back to him.

''No, you keep it.'' He smiled, Forgetting about the potion that was dumped into it.
