It was a short flight from Minneapolis to Chicago. I stared out the window thinking about Harry and all the little memories we already had together over FaceTime.

I wondered what was going to happen and what it would be like on tour and if Harry and I would actually be something more than friends like we both hope. It got me excited thinking about all the memories we were about to make and all the new places I was going to get to see if it did work out.

"We have landed in Chicago. It is currently 9:22 pm here in Chicago. We hope you enjoyed the flight and thank you for flying with us." The pilot said after we landed.

I grabbed my things and got off the plane and realized Harry was already in the middle of the show and I had no way to contact anyone.

My texts went finally went through from on the flight telling him I was coming. I texted him again saying 'harry I'm here'

I decided to call him a few times to see if anyone would happen to answer. After the third call someone picked up.

"Hi this is Sofia, Harry's assistant." A sweet women answered. 

"Oh you picked up." I said surprised not thinking anyone was actually going to answer. "um this is Rowan."

"Oh my god, Rowan, like Rowan that Harry always talks about?" She sounded as excited as Emma was getting me to come.

"Um I guess." I laughed. "I'm uh in Chicago."

"You're here?" She shouted with the same enthusiasm.

"Uh yeah um I did I don't-" She cut me off.

"Wow Harry is literally going to be so happy, you're like all he talks about." I'm sure his face would be red if he knew what she was telling me, like when I met Mitch and he exposed him for talking about me.

I didn't know what to say so I just laughed. "I'm at the airport I just don't have anyway to get into the show though."

"I will send you an Uber right now and wait for you outside and get everything handled." Her assistant voice stood out remembering her job.

"Thanks so much." I added before hanging up.

I got in the Uber and all the sudden got super nervous and doubtful. What if he wasn't excited to see me? What if things don't work out? What if it's awkward? He doesn't even know I'm here what if he changed his mind and didn't want me to come anymore?

I snapped out of my thought. I always do this to myself. I question every good thing that could possibly happen and think of the worst.

He asked me to come and his assistant just told me he would be excited. If it doesn't work out it wasn't meant to be I thought to myself.

I thanked the Uber and grabbed my bags as I got out of the car I was greeted by Sofia.

"Hi! I am Sofia, Harry's assistant." She greeted me with a hug.

"Hi I'm Rowan. Nice to meet you."

"He really didn't think you would ever come. Does he know you're here? He didn't mention it." 

"No. I didn't even know I was coming. I booked the flight on the way to the airport."

"He is going to be so so happy." She helped me with my bags gave me a pass and we went backstage.

Wow this is insane I thought. She put my bags back somewhere and we went to where we could see the show. We got there when he was signing 'Fine Line'.  

By the time I got there if was towards the end of the show so there were only 3 songs left.
After the last song Sofia walked me back to his dressing room to wait for him.

"I am going to take your bags out. Harry should be in in a minute." Sofia said as she walked out the door. I stood their nervously playing with things on the desk waiting for Harry to come in. My heart was beating out of my chest and my hands were shakey. Harry asked me to come. He said he'd be so happy if I came, I remembered calming myself down.

I was flipping a pen back and forth on the desk, the door opened. Harry walked in and looked at me. He stood and stared at me in amazement. I stood their awkwardly not knowing how he was going to react.

"Hi." I said shyly breaking the silence.

He smiled at me and walked towards me. "Rowan, oh my god. Hi." His smile grew as it processed in his head I was here. "You came?"
