Alright. Here you go another update 🥰

Nikita rubbed his elbow. That really hurt. His other roommate was looming over him with a glare. Nikita assumed he'd be the angriest out of all of them, but physical violence?

"Are you for real? You're one of those?" He yelled with disgust in his tone.

"Don't... Just let him go." The other roommates ran down the stairs hearing the thumping sound when Nikita fell.

"Are you serious?" He turned towards them angry. "He was hiding this from us, pretending to be our friend while god knows how many disgusting things were going on in his head."

Pretending? Nikita felt sick to his stomach.

"I would never do that, I considered you guys my friends."

Suddenly the guy grabbed his collar and swung his fist at his face. The moment his fist made contact with Nikita's face the other guys grabbed him.

A small trail of blood slid down Nikita's nose. It was painful. More than when he expected a blow to the face would feel.

He was contemplating if he should hit him back, but the guilt of hiding this from them held him back.

"Oh my god!!" Because of the fight they hadn't noticed Tai entering their villa.

"What the hell do you think you're doing?" She rushed towards Nikita helping him up.

"Get him out of here." One of the guys said. "Quickly."

"How can you do this to him, you stupid..." Tai was feeling the anger rise in her chest. She saw the angry guy and the way he squeezed his fist. "You're nothing, but a bully."

"Please just go..." The other guy tried to pull back the angry roommate.

"He's an abomination." The guy wouldn't budge. He nudged the other guys off. "You're idiots. He probably jacks off thinking about both of you. We were too carefree around this sick person."

"You're flattering yourself too much." Tai snorted in anger.

Nikita dusted off and dragged Tai to leave. "Let's go."

"You will get expelled for this!" She yelled at the guy.

He suddenly lunged towards her, his broad frame hanging over her. He was red in his face and was pointing his finger at her.

Her whole body froze.

"I will make sure he gets expelled for being abnormal and hiding it from the rest of us thinking he will get away with it. But you will keep your mouth shut if you know what's good for you. Don't threaten me."

"Don't touch her." Nikita pushed himself between his roommate and Tai, glaring at him. It was one thing to raise a hand at him, but not at Tai.

"Come on." Nikita pulled Tai away and left the villa before things got worse.

Once they were a few steps away from the Villa, Nikita let out a tired sigh and dragged his feet down the street.

"Are you okay?" Tai was staring at him. His nose was still bleeding and she was worried his face would swell. "Let's get you to the infirmary and.."

Nikita suddenly stopped and stared straight ahead at a figure approaching them.

Tai turned around and breathed out in relief when she saw it was only the heavy smoker from the sinners. He was coming back from grocery shopping.

"Oh.." Lev approached them with curiosity and saw the nose bleed. "How did that happen?"

"I don't want to talk.." Nikita averted his eye gaze but it was all it took to get Tai started.

She was stressed, scared, and angry with a dire need to vent.

"The guys in his dorm attacked him. They found out he was gay probably thanks to the blackmailer and they bullied him for it. I'm taking him to the infirmary."

"It's just a small nosebleed." Nikita tried to calm her down.

"I will take this to the principal tomorrow, but oh if I could just.." She raised her fist and Lev just tossed his grocery bag over it. "Hold this for a second."

Lev took out his phone texting someone. "Which villa?" He asked.

"7," Nikita answered, glancing at the Villa they had just left. Just what did he plan on doing?

"I'll be right back." Lev headed inside the villa, closing the door shut with a bang.

"Umm. What do you think he went to do?" Tai turned towards Nikita.

"You don't suppose he went there for cookies and tea." Nikita glanced at Tai.

"Nah." She smiled.

"No way." He smiled back.

They both ran towards the villa in panic.

Nikita went for the door handle but there was a loud crashing sound that stopped him from moving the door handle.

"Should we give him a minute?" Tai asked in the temptation of letting him beat the shit out of them.

"I'd rather not have murder committed in my name."

The door suddenly opened and Lev walked out without a scratch.

"Come on." He pulled Nikita by the elbow and Tai tried to peek inside, only seeing an arm on the floor.

Yikes...She ran after Lev and Nikita. She'd rather not be found near a crime scene.

"Where are we going?" Tai asked Lev.

"To take care of that before his face swells," Lev answered in a rush. He was angry and it showed on his face.

Aleksei leaped out of the villa as soon as he got that message. However, he saw Lev coming with both of them back to their house.

"What the fuck happened?" Aleksei looked down at both Tai and Nikita. They seemed stressed, angry, and lost.

"I'll tell you inside. Come on." Lev passed him by.

They sat Nikita and Tai on the couch and Lev came back with a first aid kit.

"aA..Aa.." Nikita flinched in the pain as Lev gave him the bag of frozen fruit to hold over his face. Zakhar was going to have to pass on the smoothie in the morning.

He then soaked a cotton swab in something and handed it to Nikita.

"Place it in your nose. The side that was bleeding." Lev said.

Nikita took the swab and placed the frozen bag down.

"No, no. Hold that up." Lev took the frozen bag and placed it on his face. " I'll hold this for you just do the other thing yourself cause it will hurt."

"Thanks." Nikita was feeling a bit awkward to be fretted over by everyone but at the same time, he was happy. He placed the swab in his nose and then took over with the frozen bag again. He leaned on the couch and finally allowed himself to relax. He felt safe here.

"How bad did you beat them up?" Aleksei asked Lev.

"Not enough," Lev answered calmly.

"I texted Zakhar what happened. He said he will take care of it." Aleksei dropped on the armchair looking at Tai. She was holding up well considering the whole situation, but she seemed to be on edge, unlike the last time they talked.

"I can't believe this happened." Her voice trembled.

"Tell me about it." Nikita tried to laugh but changed his mind as every muscle on his face hurt. "I'm sorry I put you in this situation."

"You can call me anytime." She smiled but Aleksei noticed her hands were trembling in her lap.

No one said anything after that for about fifteen minutes.

The door slammed open and Zakhar walked in annoyed. Once he realized there was company he closed the door behind him in a more gentle manner.

He tossed his backpack on the ground and approached them in the living room.

Tai and Nikita instantly tensed up.

"I talked to the residence director and gave him a summary of what had happened." Zakhar placed his hands in his pockets looking at Nikita. "You won't be going back there tonight. You'll stay here. We have a spare room since we are only three people and you will move in here tomorrow officially."

"I don't want to cause trouble.." Nikita started but Zakhar took out his hand from his pocket drawing a line in the air. There was no arguing here.

"I'll also apologize for not dealing with this faster so this is partly my fault. I'm retracting all fees for this request. We'll find the one who is blackmailing you and end this before it escalates any further. Your roommates will be questioned and we will find out where they got that information about your personal life."

"Thank you," Nikita muttered.

"Most likely the one who hit you will be suspended rather than expelled but this school has a strong policy regarding this so it remains to be seen.." He turned towards Lev. "Though your intentions were noble my friend you are in detention from tomorrow on for two weeks."

Lev did a peace sign. Nikita lowered his head. This was all his fault.

Lev grabbed his chin and lifted his face. "Don't do that. Hold your head high." Nikita's heart fluttered for a second from the touch.

"It's bad for the swelling." Lev ruffled his hair. "Don't blame yourself for what I did either."

"As for you." Zakhar looked at Tai and she felt too nervous all of a sudden. Her stomach was turning from the whole drama.

Would she get detention too for going to the boys' villa? Suspension for getting involved?

"One of us will walk you back to your villa as if you were never here. That detail it's taken care of." Zakhar glanced at Aleksei and gave him a head signal.

"Come on." Aleksei got up, instructing Tai to follow him.

"I'll talk to you tomorrow." Tai smiled at Nikita and then gave Zakhar and Lev a nod. "Thank you for everything."

She followed Aleksei out and walked after him in silence.

Aleksei was nervous. He could admit that much to himself, but he was too happy more than anything else. This was an opportunity of a lifetime. He wanted to talk to her. But when he glanced at her she was nervous. She wouldn't look up.

"You okay?" He used a calm tone.

She gave him the same fake smile she gave her friend.

"Was it scary seeing someone get punched?" He moved a step closer to her.

"It was scarier when that guy yelled at me." She kept replaying that moment in her head. She thought she could yell back but her whole body was submerged in fear at that moment. " I've never been yelled at like that before. He was red in the face and I.."

"Wait.stop." He walked in front of her. "Who did what now?"

She bit her tongue. Did she say too much?

"I'm fine now. I was just scared at that moment. What Nikita went through is worse." She then saw how serious his expression was.

"You're not going to do anything that would make things worse right?" She asked, uncertain.

Aleksei smiled at her and while that seemed like a calm and warm smile, she felt a chill go down her body.

"I'm not going to do anything to him." He answered.

That didn't sound convincing at all.

"Thank you for taking my friend in." Tai changed the topic and continued walking.

"Don't thank us yet. He might be more uncomfortable with us than anyone else."

Tai decided not to comment on that. The sinners were a scary notion thanks to their reputation, but when she was around them she felt safer than ever. And she had a feeling Nikita felt the same way. Once they reached her villa, Alexei was disappointed that it was a fast walk. In a moment he would have to watch her walk away while suppressing all god damn desire to hug her after everything she went through.

"Thank you for walking me back." She smiled.

"No big deal." He sighed. This sucked.

"Have a good night." She was shifting her balance from one leg to the other.

Aleksei didn't fail to notice that. Was she nervous or did she not want to leave just yet?

She tapped her chest nervously while smiling. "This was a nerve-wracking night. At least for me."

He took a step closer to her, but she didn't flinch or take a step back. Which was it...did she have her guard up around him or not?

She looked up at him unbothered by his presence in her personal space so he felt a pinch of annoyance. She had no guard up because she didn't think anything of him. If she disliked him or even liked him she would have at least had a reaction.

Before he knew it, he leaned closer to her face and she instantly took a step back, staring at him in confusion.

She was so shocked when he came that close, that her heart had packed its bags and left for Paris.

A smirk showed on his face. That's right. Have at least some sort of reaction to me.

He made one more step towards her and this time she took one more step back, almost tripping. Her lips were slightly trembling and her eyes stayed glued on his face aware of every slight movement. There was a slight pink flush over her cheeks. She was so beautiful even when trembling nervously in the moonlight. The quiet of the night and the feel of the dark surrounding them except for a certain street light or two pushed him on the edge.

His reason was long gone.

I hope this cliffhanger was worth it 💖 Until the next upload darlings.
