Okay guys I wanted to start this chapter off by giving a HUGE thanks to my wonderful wonderful readers!!!! I've gotten a lot of votes today and yesterday and I can't even tell you how much I appreciate it!! Thanks guys!  :)

You woke early next morning, sleep not fully releasing you from it's grips. Thus being so, you turned over and tossed your arm lazily over Loki.  It appeared he was already awake, for when you moved he pulled you closer and kissed your forehead.

As you went over yesterday in your mind your heart fluttered with excitement and happiness. Looking up at Loki, you kissed him softly before asking, "when are we going to Asgard?" Trying lamely to conceal some of your excitement.

He laughed at you and replied, "we can go today if it pleases you."

You practically jumped out of the bed and squealed, "really? Today? We can go today?!" He laughed even more and said, "I will speak with Thor and see what I can do for us.  I'd like to show you the gardens and the Rainbow Bridge."

You jumped off the bed and ran to the bathroom, hopping in a a shower and then getting dressed for the day, which evidently was going to be a big one.

When you came out Loki was gone, so you ran over to Thor's room to find it empty.  Sighing, you proceeded downstairs, passing Tony and giving him a quick, "good morning!" And continuing on your search.

As you went into the living room, you found Natasha and Clint looking a little more than cozy on the couch. "Good morning," you called, passing them and heading for the kitchen, where at last you laid eyes on Loki and Thor.

You ran up and slid the last couple feet over to the god in question, grabbing his arm and saying, "Please?"  They both laughed at you for a moment and you glared playfully.

"I will talk to The All Father and see if today would be a good day to bring a mortal into Asgard," Thor said, removing you from his arm and smiling at you.

You drew in a quick breath of excitement and ran the short short distance to Loki, practically jumping into his arms. It didn't look like your weight even bothered him in the slightest. He was stronger now that he had his Asgardian strength back.  He took you over to the couch with him and sat down on the opposite end of Natasha and Clint.

"Why do you humans find TV so interesting?" Loki asked after a few minutes of watching The Hunger Games.

"Its not really watching the TV we find enjoyable,"  Natasha enticed, snuggling a bit closer to Clint. Loki raised an eyebrow at her a smiled one of his charming smiles.

"I see," he said, pulling you ever so slightly closer.

After a little while Thor left for Asgard and you, not so patiently, awaited his return. After what seemed like years of pacing in your room while Loki laid on the bed reading, occasionally looking up to watch your serious face with amusement, Thor finally came back.

When he knocked in your door you flung it open almost instantly, and Loki, looking half amused half bored, looked up at him.

"The All Father says she may come. He would like to meet her."  You could hardly contain your nerves.

You went over to the bed and pulled Loki off of it, dashing for the door and to the rooftop.  You went running past them.

"She seems fairly excited," said Thor, stating the obvious.

"What? Nooo! You really think so?" Loki said in his best sarcastic voice, shoot his brother a look.  Thor merely laughed.

When you got to the rooftop, everyone was there to watch you go.  Now that it came down to it You were slightly nervous, but not very.  Loki walked over to stand beside you, wrapped his arm around you and said, "hold on to me."

You did as you were told and before you knew it your feet were no longer on solid ground.  It felt like a tornado had just pulled you up into the air, your surroundings fading into a blast of moving colors.  It was the most awesome experience you had ever had.

Finally, after a few minutes you came to a hard but graceful stop. If Loki hadn't been holding you, you would have fallen to the ground. Taking a moment to catch your breath and get your bearings, you took a look around.  It was beautiful. Your face glowed and Loki smiled at you.

"Oh wow..." you breathed, eyes landing in a strange man in the middle of the room standing on some sort of platform. "Welcome to Asgard." He said to you.

"T-thank you," you gasped. This was unbelievably beautiful. Loki and Thor took you out of the little building-looking-thing and you stepped onto what must be the Rainbow Bridge.

Loki stopped and let you admire it for a little bit.  It was the most beautiful thing you had ever laid eyes on (which was, incidentally, something you had thought to yourself quite a lot that day).

As you walked on a little ways you came to a stop by four people with extra horses with them so you could ride to the palace. Thor introduced them.

"Y/N, this is Lady Sif and The Warriors Three."

You smiled shyly at them and said, "Hello,"  moving a little closer to Loki.

They all responded with hearty hellos and Sif walked over and hugged you, then held you out at arms length and looked you over carefully.  "So you're the one who whipped our Loki into shape," she said cheerfully.

You smiled at her and bit your lip, glancing at Loki, who couldn't have looked more irradiated and embarrassed if he tried.  You laughed.  "Yes, but the question still stands as to who really whipped whom into shape," you told her.

She laughed with you and took you under her arm as she walked with you to the horses. "That being so," she continued, "you must be very special to have gotten through that thick scull of his." She gave you an encouraging squeeze and helped you mount your horse, giving Loki a friendly pat on the shoulder as she turned to mount her own.  You rode in between Sif and Loki, talking to Sif most of the way. She told you about structures as you passed them and about Loki was when he was little, to which he would try to shush her, making you chuckle.

After a little while you all dismounted your horses and Sif and The Warriors Three split off and got back to whatever they were doing before your arrival

The palace was huge, golden and beautiful. You had never seen anything like it before.  Endless halls and entrances and exits.  You wondered how anyone could possibly live here without getting lost everyday on the way to the bathroom. You knew you would.

Loki and Thor escorted you to the Throne room where you were to meet Odin and Frigga.  The thought of meeting the King and Queen of Asgard made you a little bit nervous to be quite honest.

As you neared the Throne room you edged closer to Loki and he gave you encouraging words and held your hand.

Finally you made it to a huge, beautiful gold (sensing a theme?) door, carved with odd markings you didn't know the meaning of.  Thor gestured to the guards that were placed on either side of the portal and they moved to open it.  How heavy it must have been, but they didn't appear to feel it's weight.

As the door opened Thor stepped through first and gestured for you two to follow after him. "Just follow our lead," Loki instructed. "You will be fine."

You did as they did, and walked into the room, trying to keep your walk dignified and meaningful as best you could.

When you got before the King and Queen you dropped to one knee as they did, putting your arm over your chest like so.  You stayed in that position while Thor introduced you and Odin gestured for you three to stand.

"Hello," You said, feeling very out of place in your Midgardian clothing.  They asked you some questions to which you answered kindly, promising to keep Loki out of trouble and telling them some about Midgard.

The Queen was very, very kind.  You noticed Loki you stood silent through most of it until you left.  As you turned to leave the throne room Loki put his arm around you.

You thought it went pretty well.  Loki told Thor he would meet him at the Bifrost in a few hours and lead you to a distant garden.

It was beautiful. "Is this the garden you told me about? The one you practiced your magic in when you were little?" You asked, turning around to look at him.

"It is," he told you, taking you by the waist and kissing you gently. You responded instantly and deepened the kiss. After a little while you pulled away and said, "take me to all your favorite spots." He smiled at you and agreed.

You went on a mini tour of Asgard and loved the looks he got on his face when he was explaining something he loved or was passionate about. After a while he thought it best that they meet Thor, so as to not keep him waiting.  You reluctantly agreed and you started heading over that way.

You didn't want to go home yet, there was still so much of Asgard you hadn't seen.  You supposed you could come back another day, but still.

You made your way to the Bifrost on foot and when you got there, you found that Thor was ready to go.

You went back into that little building, and before you knew it, the ground was taken out from under your feet again as you got taken back down to Midgard.
