"So basically dad has been kidnapped by some crazy ass guy and you have two days to find him" Caden confirms and I nod.

"The 48hours start in the morning at 8am, when he sends in the code. He won't hurt him though, trust me. I suggest you all get some sleep, because we have a long day ahead of us tomorrow" I sighed. "I agree with her, get some rest" Paul says.

I've just finished explaining the whole situation to them. Standing up I walk out of the room and into the kitchen. I make myself a cup of coffee. My phone buzzers and I answer it. "Hey" I say into the phone.

"Hey, I will be there in about 6 hours Sophia. Don't worry okay, we will find him. Just please get some sleep" jace says and I sigh rubbing my hand over my face. "I'm worried. What if we don't crack the code. What if he actually hurts him, or maybe even kills him jace. What am I gonna do?" I say, grabbing my coffee and walking out of the kitchen and into the lounge area, where we were all sat.

"Don't worry, we will find him, trust me" jace says and I sit down. Everyone is still here, no one moved. "Okay, I trust you" I breathe out. "I will see you later okay?" I say to which he reply with a "okay, goodnight."

"Night"

I put the phone down and drink from my cup. Placing my cup back down I grab my laptop and connect my phone to it. I begin typing. Trying to track the location of the call.

"It won't work" someone says. Looking up I see Paul talking to me. "He much clever now. He won't leave a single trace" he continues.

"How-how do you know?" I ask, closing my laptop and putting it back down. "I know quite a lot about James. You'd be surprised actually how much I know and how much john actually knows" he gives me tight smile.

I nod, "no one tells Elizabeth about this okay" Paul says sternly as the guys nod. Eli and Caden were just staring at a wall blankly. Alex and Melissa were talking quietly. Danny was on his phone and Carter was, well is not here.

"Do you think we will find him?" Danny says breaking the slight silence. I look at him opening and closing my mouth. I clap my mouth shut not wanting to give him false hope, "I don't know" was my reply.

"What do you know?" He chuckles dryly. "What are you trying to say?" I say sitting up straighter and looking him in the eye. "Before you came nothing like this ever happened. Dad would never go missing like this and that tonne kidnapped by some psychotic bastard" Danny hisses at me.

"Why don't you just say it?" I grit out, standing up and does he. He was sitting right across of me. "Say it Danny, you know you want to."

"That's enough" Alex says getting in the middle of us both. "It's your fault, all your fault" he yells and I'm a little taken back. "Why don't you just go back to where you came from" he continued.

"You know what?! I wish I could. I wish I could go back home. I wish I could be at home with my family, instead of sitting here right now. But I can't" I yell back at him, tears welling in my eyes.

"Why can't you?! No one stopping you" he says. "Alright that's enough" Paul shouts, "both of you, stop acting like immature children. This is not Sophia fault, it's no ones fault" he says while Danny scoffs.

"You know what, without me Danny, you won't even be able to fucking find your father. Within 48 fucking hours if I don't crack that stupid code then your dad is dead. I know he will be. Because when James says he'll do something, he will do it" I seethe at him.

I continue, "I'm only trying to fucking help you and your family out. Do you think I like being here. Somewhere, where I know I'm clearly not wanted. Do you think I wanted all this to happen" I shake my head, "No I didn't want any of this to happen. I'm angry, I'm angry at myself for storming out in the first place. I'm angry at my self for fucking letting my parents go to the airport that day to get my brother. I'm angry at everything in my life" I cry out.

"I don't want anything to happen to your dad. I'm trying my ducking best here. So the least you can do is please stop putting the blame on me because trust me, I already fucking feel so guilty" I finish off before getting out of there and running to my room.

Carters POV:

Walking downstairs I heard shouting coming from the lounge. "...I don't want anything to happen to your dad. I'm trying my fucking best here. So the least you can do is please stop putting the blame on me because trust me, I already fucking feel so guilty" Sophia cries out, shouting at Danny before storming out.

"What the hell man?" Caden says to Danny. "Danny, I suggest you keep that mouth of yours shut m, unless it's something useful. Trust me, Sophia isn't really the one to blame right now, shes doing everything she can to help" Paul said walking out too.

Third persons POV:

"What happened?" Carter asked, sitting down on the couch. "This idiot goes ahead and blames Sophia" Caden said hitting the back of Danny's head. "Ouch, no need to hit me" Danny whines rubbing his head.

"Idiots" Carter mutters shaking my head. "Do you think will find dad?" Eli breaks the silence. "Sophia said she doesn't know" Alex shrugged his shoulders. "Let just all get some sleep, we have along day ahead of us" Melissa says. they all agree and go there rooms.

Sophia's POV:

07:30am, time goes so slow. Sitting in the lounge with the laptop on the table in front of me. I've been here since 3am, I've drank 3 cups of coffee. I couldn't sleep so I came down.

Standing up, I grab the cups and walk to kitchen. Placing the cups in the sink my stomach begins to growl. Walking over to the fridge I take out the milk to have some cereal.

Sitting down I began to eat. "Morning" a voice says behind me. Turning around I see Caden, Danny, Carter and Alex walking in. I nod at them with my mouth full with fruits loops.

My phones bings signalising I have a message. Opening it up I see it's from jace.

Open the door - Jace

Huh, oh shit. He's outside. Pushing out my chair I walk to the front doors and see my smoking hot looking best friend standing there. I pull him into a hug. "I missed you" he says, it comes out slightly muffled as my hair was in his face.

"Who wouldn't miss me?" I ask pulling away, "so full of yourself" he says shaking his head. "I missed you too" I say with a small smile. I drag him inside to introduce him to everyone.
