Stella's POV

It was the day of graduation I had been looking forward to this day for 6 whole years. I know 6 years may seem a long time but it wasn't. I would miss the teachers and of course the people in this school. I went into the shower and showered and came out and chose my clothes.

I picked out a purple and blue floral dress. I then picked out a white strappy heels. I put on my graduation coat and hat.

I straightened my hair and did my makeup. I put fake eyelashes on and mascara. I put concealer and foundation on and then blush across my cheekbones and some bronzer. I put some like pink sparkly eyeshadow on and I also put some lip gloss on. I sprayed some Eternity Now perfume on by Calvin Klein.

I went downstairs and grabbed some breakfast. My parents were meeting me at the graduation ceremony. I was quite excited.

I got into my car and drove to school for the graduation ceremony. I arrived and parked in the carpark. I walked to the hall where they were holding the ceremony.

Parents and students had already started taking their places. I quickly hugged Brittney and went and sat where I was meant to sit.

"Thank you students, parents, brothers and sisters for attended Class 2017 graduation. They have achieved so much in the past 6 years we should all be proud of where they are now. I will start by handed out the awards of achievements to the students", said the principal. She called out lots of names till it was my turn. "Stella - Rose Brooks achievement in Maths, English and Biology and award for cheer captain", said the principal there was lots of cheers in the audience. I shook my hand with the principal and walked across the stage and down.

Eventually she finished with all the names in out grade. "That is the last of the achievements now we have Stella - Rose Brooks to say her speech", said the principal.

I froze speech no - one had told me about this. I got up from my seat and walked up the stage.

"Uh... Hi I'm Stella but I'm sure you all know that by now since you were just told. All my life I wanted to be a normal school girl and have friends who were friends with me because I was just me not because I had famous parents and I got that chance in high school and honestly I have no regrets. The past 6 years has been a rollercoaster journey and I have made so many friends. I promised myself that I would never fall in love with you but at 4am at were laughing way to hard and I felt so happy. (I made eye contact with Matt). I had always been afraid of falling in love and I did. Today is one of days when I wish I was a little girl and climb into my mother's lap and cry until the hurt goes away. I trusted you but now your words mean nothing to me, your actions spoke louder than the truth. You broke my heart into a million pieces but after a while I looked in the mirror and realised... Wow! After everything that had happened... I really made it through it. I did it. I'm surviving something that is meant to hurt me. So I'm going to straighten my crown and walk away... Like a boss."

I walk after the stage with a big grin on my mouth. I see my parents in the mass of people and I run up to them and hug them I was so excited because today was the day of the next part of my journey and I had just finished the first part.

"Now is time to throw you hats up in", said the principal. Everyone threw the hats up in the air and screamed loudly. I laughed and ran up to Brittney.

I was the happiest I had been in ages and it was going to stay this way nothing was going to bring me down. ( I hope)
