Stella's POV

I'm lying in the sun. I know I'm was really good at gymnastics but I was scared as hell. Ok, I was freaking out a little bit . That was a lie. I was freaking out a lot. I made my bed and went into the shower. I washed my hair and body as normal.

I decided to wear ripped denim shorts with black singlet midriff which had words on it. I paired this with black high tops. I brushed my hair out and tied it into a side fish tail braid. I put mascara and some strawberry scented lip balm on. I put some of my romantic body mist by Victoria Secret on.

I grabbed my Nike Backpack and packed it with my books and rose gold MacBook pro. I then grabbed my cheerleading outfit and my White Nike Shoes and put them in my Adidas Duffel bag. I also stick some Shower Fresh Rexona deodorant in the bag.

I walk downstairs and grabbed an apple. I ate it then grabbed my keys to leave to school. I dumped my bags in my car then drove to school.

I put my bags in my locker and spot Carmen and Sophie in the hallway talking. I ran over to them. "Sup Guys!" "Hey hon!," Said Sophie. So, Hon was my new nickname for the week great... it was worse than bae. "Hey Stella, said Carmen". "So, I say since Cheerleading try outs are at lunch do you guys want to come and watch," I ask. "Of course, were going to cheer the loudest," said Sophie grinning big. I smile to.

"So, Sophie I ask how is Jake," I say while wriggling my eyebrows. She blushes. "Well, we went on a date yesterday". "REALLY!!!," I Shout. "OMG!!! I AM SO HAPPY FOR YOU SOPH!!," I yell. "Hey what about Carm and Dylan," said Sophie. "What about Stella and Matt". "NO!! WAY !! THAT WILL EVER HAPPEN," I say. "Hmmm... we will see," said Carmen. "So, do you like Dylan," I say to Carmen. "He's ok," she replies. I grin it probably meant she liked him

The first bell goes off for class. I have fitness class. I go into my locker and pull out my sport shorts and sport shirt and my black and white Nike shoes. I quickly change and join my class. The fitness teacher blows the whistle and everyone goes quiet. Today we will be play dodgeball. The two Captains are Matt and Stella. Choose.

He smirks at me. Lady's first he says. "Wow, your being a gentlemen how sweet," I say while rolling my eyes. "Touché," he says. I laugh. I pick Sophie. Matt picks Dylan. I pick Carmen. Matt pick Justin. (what a douche doesn't choose his friends but I have a feeling why...) I pick Jake. We both choose people till our teams are full.

"Ok Stella's team on this side Matt's team on this side". The fitness teacher put the balls in the middle and blow the whistle. I run and grab a ball. Everyone is screaming and laughing and chucking balls at each other. Justin is first to get out. HAHAH SUCKED IN SUCKER!!! Eventually I was the only one left on our team and Matt was the only one left on his team. I HAD TO WIN!!!

He threw all he balls at me and a dodged all of them. My plan was to keep all the balls then throw them at him suddenly leaving him hardly any time to react. He looked around and I strike and threw the ball and it hit him on the legs. I scream in happiness and my team comes running over to hug me. I grin in triumph. BEAT THAT SUCKER!!!

The next lessons go past like a breeze and it soon lunch. Today I had packed my lunch because I had cheerleading tryouts. I quickly changed into the cheer outfit and put my hair up into a high pony.

I walk into the gym. There are a lot of girls who are trying out. I keep my head held high and spot Carmen and Sophie sitting in the stands. "Hey Girl," said Carmen. "Hey hon, you look so nice in your cheer outfit". "Thanks guys and thanks for coming". "THAT'S WHAT FRIENDS ARE FOR!!," Says Carmen and Sophie at the same time. "Group hug," I say. We all hugged together.

I go down and sit amongst the people who are trying out. "Oh look who it is," sneered the voice. The voice was obviously Brittney. I turn to see Brittney. HOLY FUDGE A MOLY!! What was she wearing? Was that even legal?

Matt walks in behind Brittney. "Your trying out," says Matt with a smirk. "Didn't pick you as a girl to try out". "I'm not," I say glaring at him. "Don't worry Brits she's no competition," says Matt. She flicks her hair and gives me a smug look. "Oh, please I say just wait and see," I say flicking my hair and turning around. The coach is going through everyone till it is my turn. "Stella - Rose Brooks," she calls out. I get up and stand on the side. I do the routine I showed Grace.

I run in and do a cartwheel which a turn into a front flip. I spin and pump my two hands in the air. I don't know what you've been told. I kick my leg high up in the air. Westchester Country Day is good as gold. I do a side leap. Our team is the best. I point to chest with both thumbs and then make horizontal scissor motion with hands at midriff level. We cheer loudest than the rest! I turn in a circle and when I come out of the spin end in a toe touch, back handspring. We're mighty, We're crazy, We're never ever lazy, We'll beat you, defeat you. I do an Aerial and land. I then Jump and do the splits and yell GO EYE OF THE EAGLES!!!!

Everyone is standing and clapping and whistling a get up and grin. "That was exceptional," says the coach I grin and give Brittney and Matt a smug look. Matt looks so shocked its funny. Not funny its HILARIOUS.

"Brittney West," she calls out. "Oh, Brittney if you get in I won't allow you to wear those clothes". Brittney scowls and nods. She does her routine but it looks shit compared to mine. A few people clap most of them aren't even paying attention. She storms up to me and hisses "you're going to pay".

I saunter off to my next class not bothering to change. I mean if I did get in I was allowed to wear my cheer outfit on Friday for the whole day.

After the afternoon classes finish I drive home. I change out of my cheer clothes into my Pj's.

I decide to sing since I hadn't sung in a while

I chose to sing the song How Far I'll go

I've been staring at the edge of the water

I finish the song and see Matt standing at the doorway with his mouth open. "You might want to close your mouth don't want attract flies," I say. He snaps his mouth closed and glares at me. "So, you can dance, sing, do gymnastics what other talents are you hiding," he asks. "SHE CAN PLAY GUITAR," yells Grace. He smirks at me.

"Anyway," he says while scratching his neck nervously. "I was wondering if you wanted to go out with me". I look at him and stare. "I sigh why not there's no harm". He smiles a real smile. The smile suited him better than the smirk.

He leaves

I grab my phone

Conversation with Sophie and Carmen

Stella: Sup!

Sophie: She's Alive!!

Carmen: You were AMAZING!!!

Sophie: YOU WERE!!!

Stella: Matt asked if I could hang out with him

Sophie: I KNEW IT I SHIP IT. I SHIP SATT!!

Carmen: I SHIP SATT!!

Stella: It's not a DATE!!! And I would never date a PLAYER LIKE HIM!!!!

Sophie: Whatever you say...

Carmen: Soph is right

Stella: SEE YA!!!

Carmen: NOOOO!!! YOUR LEAVING ME WITH THE CRAY CRAY ONE!!

Sophie: YOUR LEAVING ME WITH THE NERD

Stella: BYE GUYS!!! :D

Sophie: BITCH!!!

End of conversation

When I come downstairs I see Matt eating pizza his parents must be out. I was about to grab a piece when he lifted the box high up. "Say pretty please can I have some pizza," he says. I repeated  what he told me to say. He smirks at me and put the box down. I grab the box and run off. Ignoring his cries of protest. No - one messes with me when I have pizza. I eat and go to bed.
