You felt like any minute your head was gonna fall off.

Revision after revision. Days spent shoving old lectures up your face. You almost died recalling those formulas for math and chemistry. It was a week that was filled with nothing but stress and exhaustion.

At some point, you were tempted to quit school and involve yourself with illegal stuffs. Thank goodness that stupid thought fled just as fast as it appeared.

After having gone through all those sleepless nights and worrying if you'd fail your tests, finally the day has come where you no longer have to worry.

The last exam for this school year's thankfully done and you can now enjoy your vacation in peace.

The door bell echoes through the air of the house, ushering Lia up on her feet to go see who it is. As she slides it open, she smiles at the expected visitors standing in front of the house.

Jin looks amazing as always with his pink sweat shirt on. And Taehyung's equally as stunning with that simple white tshirt on. Every movement of his arm displays an existing vein that becomes even more prominent.

"Took you guys long enough."

"We passed by the gas station since someone forgot to have her filled up." And by someone, Jin brings his eyes to stare at Taehyung in a pointing way. The latter simply shrugs his shoulders, peering around the area as if he's looking for someone.

"Y/n's still upstairs sleeping."

"But it's three in the afternoon."

Ignoring Jin's comment, she leads them both to the livingroom and switches the TV screen on. Wild life of two deers having the dun of their lives causes Lisa to blanch and quickly flicker the channel to a child friendly show: Miraculous Ladybug.

No ones too old for that show.

"Did you tell her about us coming over?" Jin inquires, setting the plastic bags he was carrying above the coffee table.

"Yeah. Tried shaking her. Dumped a bucket of water too but you know how she is. Even if we had an alien invasion I doubt she'd still wake up."

All Jin can do is nod in understanding.
Its already been a year since he's last introduced himself so it's only natural that he'd pick up the hint along the way.

You're one heavy sleeper.

Taehyung secretly disappears when no one's looking. Not until Jin realizes his brother's no where in the living room. He momentarily excuses himself and saunters into the hallway, finding him staring at the stair case.

"You coming?"

Taehyung doesn't even turn to face his brother's direction when he hums in responds.

"You go ahead. I'll be there in a second."

Ever had those kind of sleep that makes you just not want to wake up?

You're having that right now.

Maybe it's because after suffering all those weeks with books mounting your face, it feels nice to know you don't have to wreck your brain with school stuffs anymore.

Reality can be unfair sometimes. The original plan was to sleep in the whole day. But destiny just had to have other plans In stored for you.

The vibration throbbing the surface of your nightstand causes you to squint your eyes in dejection. Your phone's ringing loudly, crashing your sleep like an unwanted guest in a party.

When's the last time you allowed yourself to let lose? Months ago. This is unfair. Why can't you enjoy your first day of freedom?

Whimpering, you choose to ignore it and shift your head to the opposite side. If heaven does exist, you won't mind it one bit if they fried your phone or broke it. Because at this rate, the bed's just too comfortable.

The buzz of your phone continues to ring like an annoying mosquito. As it prolongs, you retaliate by pressing the pillow harder against your ears.

Then It stops.

A satisfied grin brushes your lips as you get yourself cozy again, the now soothing silence circling your room giving you full permission to slip your exhausted body into unconsciousness.

Not a minute's passed and the once silent room soon echoes from the little ding- that surprisingly sounded much louder than normal- indicating that you just got a message.

You grit your teeth.

Whoever this person is obviously has a death wish.

After adjusting to the afternoon sun, you reach out for your phone and harshly plop right back to bed.

7 Missed Calls From Tae 🐯

1 New Message From Tae 🐯

You do a take two of the name. Incase you misread it. It's Taehyung. That weird guy from the cafe. Of all days, he chooses to disturb you now?

You tap on the message.

From: Tae 🐯
Are you still asleep?

From: Princess🌟
Not anymore. No thanks to you.

From: Tae 🐯
Let me guess. Still in bed?

From: Princess 🌟
You sound like a stalker. What do you want?

And he doesn't answer after that.

The silent hall has been dimmed down by the curtain hovering the window. It's quiet up here and almost dark. Pictures of Lisa's family hang against the walls, hinting him a bit of her background.

Then he turns his gaze back down at his phone. The text brings a chuckle out of his lips and his finger gets into motion.

Despite the house looking much smaller from the outside, the inside's completely the opposite.

He picks up a faint shuffle coming from one of the doors. Expectation and curiosity swamping him, Taehyung inches closer to it with silent footsteps.

There's a small creak to the door and he uses that to his advantage. As he peaks through the gap, he catches sight of a familiar figure walking around the room still in her pajamas.

You suddenly stand still with your phone in your hand, seconds before throwing it aside to clean your bed up.

You don't know he's there.

Good.

With a mischievous glint in his eyes, Taehyung circles the knob with his fingers and slowly pushes it forward.

"Gotcha."
