They headed towards the kitchen.

"So, what recipe are you going to teach me today?" he muttered.

"I'll teach you, Roti," she hushed.

"Hmm..." he hummed.

She gave him flour and water and asked him to make the dough. He poured excess water and made it a liquidy batter.

"Shii... its sticky," he muttered, looking at his fingers which were dipped in that batter.

"Hahaha... You need to add a little water," she was busted into pearls of laughter.

"It's not so funny... Shii..." he panicked.

She was still laughing while he poured the batter on his shirt and spread it on his face in panic.

"Laughing haan..." he muttered and poured the rest of the batter on her and started giggling.

"Uffooo... I need to clean all this mess now," she said with a sad face, pouting.

"Told you that I've never been into the kitchen," he said with a grin.

"My bad... I'm starving and you did this... Huh," she scowled.

"Fine, we'll clean it together," he said, his head hung low.

They ordered the food and started cleaning the mess. It took almost an hour to get the kitchen to it's normal state.

"Huh... Finally done!" he sighed in relief and she back hugged him, saying, "You are the best," and placing a kiss on his earlobe.

After freshening up, they sat and ate the ordered food watching a movie and discussing silly things.

"So, Mom and Dad are coming the day after tomorrow. You want me to take leave?" she asked.

"Hmm... Not needed I guess. They won't stay home. They will be busy with some work for sure and will return late," he sounded usual.

"Are you sure? It's their first arrival after our wedding," she inquired.

"Yes, I'm sure. They won't come here unless they have some work," he said.

"Don't say that Rihaan. They are coming for us. They love us," she said sweetly.

"You never knew them Radhika. You will understand me later," he replied.

Observing the change in his tone and the newly developed frown lines on his forehead, she avoided the topic and nuzzled closer to him.

"Okay, leave it. We will go out for a long drive tonight. What say?" she asked enthusiastically.

"Hmm... Sure. Why not," he said with a smirk.

"Rihaan, before that I would like to go shopping," she muttered.

"Fine. You go and come back soon then," he said.

"I want you to join me," she asked, placing a peck on his lips.

"You are so clever my dear. I can never say a no if you ask me in this way," he said smiling and smooched her plump lips while she blushed and smiled.

They started to a mall and Arijit's romantic number was being played in the car for which she was humming and he was admiring her beauty, was lost in his world thinking how lucky he was to have her in his life.

"So, where do you want me to take you?" he asked, accelerating the car.

"I would like to take a hand ring for mom and perfume for dad. Kind of a welcome gift," she said.

"What? Do You want to buy for them? No, that's not a good idea. We are heading back home," he said, trying to take a turn back.

"No Rihaan... What's wrong with you ?" she asked, holding his hand, which was on the steering wheel.

"What's wrong with me? Hah! What's wrong with you ?" he asked.

"Rihaan they are coming for the first time," she said.

"I'm telling you again. They won't like any of the things which you give. They will find faults with everyone's choice. Trust me," he stressed every word.

"I want to gift them. You liked my choice and that doesn't mean everybody will like my choice. I'm okay if they don't like my gifts but, I want to give. That's it," she said, folding her hands in reflex.

"Fine then, your wish," he said again glaring.

"Hmm... now go to the mall," she said firmly.

"You are too stubborn dear wifey," he muffled.

"So do you, Mr. Hubby," she spat back.
