Radhikaa was busy, checking the welcome lists, caterers and decorations.

Rihaan came early that evening and asked a coffee. Their maid brought it and he, accidentally pour the coffee and broke the cup into pieces.

"Oh shit! Amala... " he shouted and their maid Amala came there.

"Amala, clean the mess." He huffed and whooshed into the restroom.

Amala was about to clean it, but went into the kitchen to look after the boiling milk.

Ruby, who was busy with her phone calls, accidentally came there and stepped on the glass pieces.

"Aahh!" she cried, when the glass hurt her feet.She settled on the nearby couch, wincing in pain. Their maid scooted to her rescue and did the first aid.

Rihaan, who was in the washroom was unaware of this incident. When he came out, he saw her lying on the bed, half covered with the quilt.

"Hmm... So, done with the planning?" he asked, sitting beside her.

"Yeah! Almost done. I've ordered the caterers and assigned the menu. Verified the welcome list. Also spoke to the decorators. Once, you need to go and check out the decorations. That's all." She mumbled, hiding the pain.

"Okay. I'll go check in an hour." He muttered, nuzzling close to her.

"Acha! What are you going to do till then?" She asked.

"I need to talk with my Angel." He mumbled, gently placing his head on her fluffy womb, while he giggled.

"Angel! Can you hear me?" he muttered and Ruby could feel the sensation in her womb.

"Aah! Rihaan, she hears you. See!" Ruby mumbled, placing his hand on her womb, in order to feel the movement of the baby in her womb.

"Yeah! Told you, right? My Angel loves her Papa."Rihaan smirked and Ruby giggled seeing her hubby, bubbling with joy.

He snuggled closer and kissed her tummy, which made her smile wider.

"Okay, let's move." He muttered.

"You go Rihaan. I'm feeling lazy." She mumbled.

"No ... We will go and come back soon." He muttered, taking the quilt from her frame.

He was startled with the bandaged feet of his wife.

"You got hurt! How? Why are you so careless Ruby? You didn't even say a word about this. "He said it in a go.

"Shh.. Rihaan, Rihaan please calm down." She tried her best to calm him.

"What! You got hurt and you want me to calm down? I'll call the doctor, wait." H was panicked and dialled the doctor's number in a blink of an eye.

After the phone call, he took a deep breath and mumbled, " You are really careless Ruby."

"Rihaan, it's just a cut. I'm completely alright." She spoke.

"I've informed the doctor and he will be coming soon and dare you move till then." He huffed.

"I was wondering, how would you deal with the delivery." She chuckled.

"Don't laugh. It isn't funny." He muttered.

"Seriously Rihaan. I think you will cry more than me." She muttered.

" Yes, of course. I'll cry more." He said, matching his look with that of hers.

He caressed the wound and kissed the sole of her wounded feet.

"Rihaan..."She crooned.

"Han..."

"I've this question to ask you for many days."She mumbled.

"What was that wify?" he asked.

"Why do you kiss my sole always?" she smirked.

"I'll let you know, when the right time comes." He chipped, placing another soft kiss on her sole.

Soon the doctor came and treated her cut. Gave some medicines and went away.

"See, it's just a cut. I'm completely fine." She muttered.

"Oh yeah! It's just a cut, you need to take rest for at least 4 days now." He fumed.

"Yes, I know. Now, you should go and check the decorations." She reminded again.

"Yes, I'm going..."he mumbled and settled back on the bed again.

"Go ... just go now Rihaan.Don't be lazy."She muttered.

"You don't love me at all, you want me to go... huhh!" he started the drama.

"Yes, I don't love you ... now you go, they will be leaving the venue soon." She replied with the same attitude, she very well knew about his drama.

Finally, he got ready and went out. After an hour or so, she got a call from the decorators, saying that they are supposed to leave and Rihaan didn't come yet.

She said that, he already left an hour back and might be struck in the traffic and cut the call, saying them to wait for a few more minutes.

She tried calling her phone, but his phone was out of reach. She tried for few more times and her heart started racing by that time. She started panicking and then, she got a call to the landline, which was answered by the maid.

"Memsaheb! You got a call..."She shouted and Ruby slowly started descending the steps and asked her to inquire, who was it calling.

The maid, asked the same and replied that, " Rihaan sir ..."

Ruby didn't let her complete the sentence, as soon as she heard Rihaan's name, she increased the pace and lost the balance. Soon, fell from the stairs and landed on the ground, all wounded.
