Next morning they had a quick breakfast and left for their work. As usual, they got engaged with the regular tasks. Radhika was all set to attend the Mehtas' project meeting and Rihaan came to her.

" Hmm ... Good to see you... hubby. My First Deal is going to be great. Wish me luck. " Radhikaa muttered.

" Are you sure that you can handle this? " Asked Rihaan.

" Of course I can. Why are you asking this? "

" Hmm... Nothing, I was a bit worried. They are our best clients after all " mumbled Rihaan.

" I know that. Don't worry. " She tried to convince.

" No... it's not like that. I can accompany you. If you want. " He spoke.

" Don't you trust me Rihaan? " She asked in her lowest pitch.

" Of course I trust you Ruby. Please try and understand. "

" No... you don't trust me Rihaan. That's the reason you were checking every advancement of this project from day one. " She spilled the beans.

" No... you are getting it all wrong. " He muttered.

" I know that you were going through every detail of my work, but, I thought you will understand and give my own professional space. I've never interfered in your work Rihaan because I know you. " She mumbled.

" Yes, I was checking the details because, I can't take chances with the deal of our best clients. " He muttered.

" I've never said a word Rihaan. Though the French Delegates meeting wasn't well and we lost the deal, I've never asked you an explanation. It's that ... It's just that I trust you. I trust my hubby and his abilities. I've expected the same from you but, you ... you never trusted me. " she muttered blankly.

Rihaan was rooted to the ground. He was about to say something, but, just then Shravan came in calling Radhikaa for the meeting.

Radhikaa took the respective files and left the room, without having a further glance at Rihaan.

Later, Rihaan left office and went out driving carelessly on the roads, while Radhika was completely focused on the meeting.

The meeting went well and her first deal was a hit with Mehtas'. It was about 11pm and Radhikaa was about to leave and Shravan came there and handed her flight tickets for tomorrows journey to Banglore.

She reached home and found that Rihaan didn't come yet. She called him several times, but all her attempts went in vain. She thought that it wasn't her mistake this time. She doesn't want her to be bound and live her life according to his principles. She is a lady with great outlook and professional values. She respected her husband and his work and expected the same from him. She believed that Rihaan was different from the cult of MCPs'. She was very sure of his belief on her, but all her expectations were burnt by his attitude that day.

She packed the luggage and went to bed without having supper. She slid the duvet over her frame and tried to sleep, but sleep is miles away from her.

She has a wonderful married life so far. They didn't have any sort of disparity between them. It wasn't only her, but also his behavior that brought this clash today. She was tossing and turning on their bed and Rihaan came there.

" Are you sleeping? " He asked, loosening the tie.

" Ha ..." she murmured and turned to the other side.

" Oho ... Okay, Ruby. " He muttered and wooshed into the loo, closing the door with a thud which, made tears flow down her cheeks.

They spent a sleepless night in a cold war scenario that night. The next morning was a quiet one too. She made the breakfast and kept it on the side table of their bedside. She eyed her husband, who have the frown lines clearly visible on his temple. Her eyes wet wet with the freshly formed tears by that sight. She silently sat beside him and caressed his forehead. With in no time a smile is spread on his sleep. She was wondering if, he is awake.

Few tear drops fell on his cheeks and he woke up by that. She saw him opening his eyes and she was about to leave. Just then, he held her hand and made her sit back.

"Leave me Rihaan. I need to go. " She muttered without eying him.

" Are you still angry? " He murmured.

She remained silent.

" Ruby, talk to me. You can't ignore me like this." He raged, tightening his grip on her hand.

She was adamant and started struggling to get out of his grip, which made him rage more and he almost twisted her hand back and as a result, she landed upon his chest.

" Why are you avoiding me? We have a deal that, we won't let the business matters effect our personal life then, why are you doing this? " he barked.

She was in no mood to listen him. Se was still struggling to get out of his grip.

" I require an answer damn it." He grumped.

"Ouch! You are hurting me Rihaan" she said, with a glint of tears.

He left her in a jolt and went away without uttering another word and she burst into tears.

" You've changed ... you hav'e changed Rihaan " she souted , hugging her knees and weeping hard.

" So do you " He shouted back.

" I am leaving Rihaan " she muttered blankly.

He remained silent and she left the house, with the packed luggage and full of tears.
