That night was truly magical, all their insecurities were washed away with the snoring dark night winds. The destined couple went into a deep slumber and woke up with the rising sun the next day.

Radhika felt lazy and snuggled more into his embrace while his just opened eyelids fluttered dreamily and his eyes witnessed her sleeping like a baby. He nudged closer and patted on her back while she hid her face under the pillow.

" Wake up wifey " he whispered into her ear.
" Hmm. no " she mumbled, not willing to wake up.
He smiled and caressed her hair, spread the satin sheets evenly over her frame and dashed out of the bed.

After good half an hour, Radhika woke up and saw him sitting next to her.
"Good morning " she smiled.
" Morning " he wished, sipping his black coffee.
" Mom and Dad came home, " he said.
" They asked about me?! " she questioned, tying her messy hair into a loose bun.
" Yeah, I said that you were tired last night and was in deep sleep, " he said sheepishly.
" Are you serious? " she asked in amaze.
" Yes, I am, " he said with a smirk.

" Let me get ready and prepare the breakfast. " she said, adjusting her attire.
" Hmm ... Pancakes for me then, " he said with a smirk.
She came and messed his hair lovingly and muttered " Okay my Baby " with a good morning peck on his lips.

She made the breakfast and unlike every day, she managed to arrange a proper family breakfast at their dining table and asked his mom and dad to join them.

" I think we need to order the food " Rihaan's mom muttered to his husband.
" We are leaving tonight. I think we should dine together " Rishab, Rihaan's father mumbled.
" Honey, we never eat like that, we are not any other typical family " she huffed, adjusting her sari.
" I've said it and I want you to join me" he declared and went away.

Meanwhile, Radhika went to their room and saw Rihaan fidgeting with his tie and was on time for his rescue.

" Hmm .. let me do it for you " she smiled, holding his tie.
" You are making me a baby " he smiled dreamily and held her waist firmly and started caressing it.
" A baby will not do such things " she muttered with crimson red colored cheeks.
" My such things will give us baby my dear wifey " he sounded naughty, which made her blush more.
" Rihaan, mom, and Dad will join us for the breakfast. " she muttered in a happy tone.
" Hmm ... " he hummed.
"Come, let's go now, " she said, holding his hand.

Rihaan and Radhika were waiting for them and after a few minutes, they came.

" Mom ... Dad, I'm really glad that you made time to eat together. We usually eat together in our home " Radhika said with a smirk, serving the pancakes.
" It is no more your home, honey. It's your parent's home. " Rihaan's mom corrected her.
" Hmm .. yes I know. " she said, lowering her gaze.
" How do you like them dad? " she asked, boosting herself with a smile.
" Yes dear, they are good . " he smiled.
" Have some more " she rejoiced.
" Rihaan we are leaving tonight. " Rihaan's dad said.

" Okay. " Rihaan muttered while Radhika doesn't like his cold behavior towards his parents.
" Dad, I wish if you could stay for few more days. We hardly spent any time together. A quality family time to be precise " she asked in her lowest pitch with utmost politeness.

" I don't get it dear .. from day one I've been seeing you. You are quite naive. We don't waste our purposeful time unnecessarily. " Rihaan's mother muttered again.

" but Mom, spending some time with the family is never a waste. After all, we work and earn for a happy life. If we don't share our happiness or sorrows with our family members then what's the point of living together like a family. " she sounded obvious.

" Think like a practically matured lady. No one will help or share your sorrows in the world. It's better to invest your time in a beneficial way. " she sounded harsh.

" but mom .. " Radhika was about to say something and Rihaan cut the convo saying " So, when are you leaving dad? "

" At 8 pm " his dad answered.
" Okay. I'll send the driver then. " he replied.

"Rihaan, what was that?! We will go and drop them na " she muttered with a pale face.
"I've an important meeting tonight and I don't think I can make it up " he shrugged his shoulders.

" That's aright my son. We will leave. " his dad answered with a smile.
Later everyone left to their corresponding works and Radhika was alone, sitting in their living room. Rihaan's father returned home, his head hung low and was looking highly disturbed.

" Is everything alright dad? You looked so tired" Radhika asked with concern.

"Yes, I'm totally fine dear. " he answered and went back to his room. After few minutes, he came back with some files and was about to leave but, felt dizzy and fell on the floor in the living room.

Radhika rushed to him and was highly panicked seeing the old man in such vulnerable state. She brought a glass of water and sprinkled on his face. Luckily he gained consciousness and she made him drink some water.

After composing himself he muttered " Thank you, dear. "
"Dad, what's bothering you? Why do you behave so cold? I've seen everyone in my home sharing everything but, in here it's completely different" she asked with a confused face.

He was silent.

" I mean in my maternal house " she sounded low.
" It will be your home dear. No need to think that you are no more a part of that family. " he muttered.
" Thank you dad " she faked a smile.
" I'm quite busy these days dear so, feeling little low. That's it " he answered with a smile.
" I'm worried about you. " she sounded sweet.
" I'm perfectly alright. Look at me, I'm a strong old man " he smiled, tightening his muscles.
She giggled at his antics. " You are not less than my dad. Rihaan is my everything and his parents are mine too " she replied genuinely.
" I knew that dear. Rihaan is blessed to have you in his life " he said lovingly.
" I'm equally blessed to have him Dad " she smiled, lowering her gaze.
" Promise me that you will never leave Rihaan, " he said.
" I can't even imagine my life for a second without him dad. why would I leave him? " she asked.
" Rihaan never experienced care and love. You are his angel and you need to heal all his wounds," he muttered.
" wounds? what are you saying dad " she asked, confused.
" Nothing dear. Stay blessed .. I need to leave now. " he said and went away, leaving Radhika in a cobweb of thoughts.
