BTS POV:

After talking to Jimin, Hoseok noticed things getting better. He was coming home from the studio at a decent time and he was eating regularly. Jimin had sat down and explained to the rest of the guys what was going on. Jungkook suggested that Jimin join him in his evening workouts if he was really concerned about his body. Jimin took him up on that offer and seemed to be happier than ever.

Hoseok was grateful for Ray's suggestion to talk to him. Hoseok knew deep down that it was the right call, but hearing Ray agree with him made the decision that much easier. Hoseok wasn't lying when he said the other members were like his brothers. They had already been together seven years. Yes they argued sometimes, but they always made up in the end.

The guys had made plans to go to the restaurant and Hoseok was excited to see Ray. They had texted daily, but didn't have any other video chats. He missed seeing her bright smile when she talked to him.

When they arrived, they were led to their table. Hoseok was glad to see GOT7 was not there. He didn't want to see Mark flirting with Ray again. Not long after they were seated, Ray arrived at their table.

"Hi Ray," Hoseok said with a smile.

"Hi Hobi," she replied, her cheeks flushing pink. Hoseok noticed but didn't say anything. "What would you all like to drink?"

"Uh oh," Jimin said, a look of fake surprise on his face. "No good evening and welcome? Are you finally going to be friendly with us babe?"

Ray rolled her eyes at his behavior. "Maybe to everyone but you. Good evening sir. Can I get you something to drink?" she asked, the polite smile back on her face. Jimin pouted and placed his drink order. Ray turned to Jungkook. "What about you JK? What would you like?"

Jungkook's face lit up with his bunny smile at her friendly tone and bright smile, which made Jimin pout even more. "Haha hyung," he said with a laugh. "She got you!"

The rest of the members laughed at Jimin's pouty face. When he realized she was joking, he gave Ray the seductive smile he always tried to use on her. When Ray didn't respond, the pout returned. Ray laughed at his silly behavior causing Jimin to laugh with her.

Hoseok was captivated by her laugh. He had heard it several times during their video chats, but it was so much better in person. It was bright, happy and almost musical. It made him smile just to hear it.

Yoongi was giving her his order and said something that made her laugh again. He gave her a gummy smile, causing her to blush.

Hoseok had been so busy thinking about her that when it was finally his turn to order, he stared at her blankly for a minute.

"Uh hyung," Taehyung said, poking him in the side. "I don't think she's on the menu." Hoseok blushed which made Ray laugh at him.

"You guys are too much," she replied. "I'll be right back with your drinks and to take your order." Ray walked away from the table, with a smile on her face.

Jin shook his head. "I can't believe that's the same girl. She's so different!"

Jungkook was staring off with a dreamy look on his face. "Her laugh is so pretty. I could listen to it all day," he said.

Namjoon patted the younger man's shoulder. "Aww I think Jungkookie has a crush."

"Hyung," Jungkook whined.

Jin laughed at the younger man's childish behavior. "I think you're too young for her Jungkookie."

Jungkook pouted. "How old is she?"

"My age. Her birthday is June of 1994," Hoseok said without thinking.

Namjoon looked surprised. "How do you know that?" he asked.

Hoseok hesitated then sighed. "I've been texting and video chatting with her for the last ten days," he admitted.

The whole table looked shocked.

"What?" Taehyung asked.

"Really?" Jimin said.

"I want to talk to her too!" Jungkook blurted out.

Namjoon looked at Hoseok carefully. "Do you know how dangerous this is? What if she gives out your number? Or shares information that you've told her? It could be bad for all of us."

Hoseok thought about Namjoon's words carefully, but then pushed them aside. "I trust her Joon. I don't think she would do that."

Namjoon sighed as Ray came back to the table. "You're an adult, Hobi. It's your call."

Ray POV:

Ray caught the tail end of the conversation as she came back to the table with their drinks. She hesitated before handing out the drinks. "Do you need more time?" she asked nervously.

"No. It's okay," Namjoon said, smiling at her.

"Ray? Do you really text Hobi hyung?" Jungkook asked, surprising everyone with his question.

"Uh... well..." she stuttered.

Hoseok interrupted. "I already told them," he explained.

Ray nodded her head in understanding. "I do text him," she admitted, a flush on her cheeks.

"Can I text you too?" Jungkook asked, a sweet smile on his lips.

Ray was shocked at his boldness. He always seemed so bashful. "Sure. I guess if you want to,
she replied. "Hobi has my number."

Jungkook smiled. "Hobi hyung, can you give me her number?"

Hoseok gave the younger man a tight smile. "Sure Jungkookie. Later."

Ray didn't miss Hobi's facial expressions. She had seen most of them throughout the last 10 days. This was his 'I'm irritated, but I'm going to pretend everything is fine' face. Ray had seen it a couple of times when he was interrupted during the video chats.

"Can I have it too?" Jimin asked, a smile on his plump lips.

"No," Ray said, surprising everyone at the table and causing Jimin to whine. "I'm kidding Jiminie. You can have it too."

Jimin held up his hand to his heart. "She said my name. It's the first time she said my name. I'm in love!" he said dramatically.

Ray rolled her eyes. "Stop being so extra or I'll change my mind." The boys teased her for a few more minutes while she tried to take their order. When she had finally managed to succeed, she hurried away from the table to drop the order in the kitchen.

Soobin looked at her carefully when she walked in. "Ray," he said. "Please be cautious."

Ray looked confused at his words. "What do you mean?" she asked.

Soobin looked around then motioned for her to follow him to his office. He directed her in then shut the door. "I overheard your conversation with BTS. Is it true that you've been texting Jung Hoseok?"

Ray looked surprised, but then nodded truthfully. "Hobi gave me his number when he dropped that envelope off."

Soobin nodded. "Okay what about Jeon Jungkook and Park Jimin?"

Ray shook her head. "I've not had contact with either of them except here in the restaurant."

Soobin nodded again. "Okay. Since BTS is still requesting you wait on them and it's not affecting your professionalism, I can't demand anything. But I will ask you to listen to my advice."

Ray nodded and Soobin continued. "Please please please be discreet. Don't share with anyone, friends or family, that you have a personal relationship with the guys. If you're on the phone with them in public, don't refer to them by name. They are the most popular idol group here in Korea and let's just say their fans are... overprotective. Some will look for any opportunity to hurt someone they think might take one of their boys away from them."

Ray looked surprised, but then nodded. "Thank you for the advice. I will definitely keep it a secret, but more to protect their privacy. I have absolutely no romantic interest in them at all."

Soobin didn't look convinced, but nodded anyway. "Let's hope it stays that way. For your sake and theirs."
