My eyes fluttered open and a yawn escaped my lips. As I tried to stretch, I realized an arm was around me. I gently stroked the arm with a smile on my face but then I realized I wasn't wearing any clothes. Images of last night flashed in my head and a flush crept up my face.

I slowly tried to remove his arm so I could at least put a bra on or something.  Just as I was about to stand up from the bed I felt someone pull me back into the bed.

"Argh!" I screamed as I found myself back in Leo's arm.

"Where were you trying to run off to?" Leo murmured with a groggy voice into my hair.

Isn't he uncomfortable? We're both naked!

"I was going to the bathroom." I replied without looking up at him embarrassed he might notice the red color on my cheek and my morning breath.

"Go ahead then. Just promise to come back to bed."

"No..." I shook my head.

How am I supposed to go the bathroom with him staring at me?

"Winter," He called.

"Hmm?"

"Are you feeling shy right now?"

How did he figure that out?

"No-"

"I love you." He boldly declared causing me to feel safe and excited. "You are perfect and knowing I was your first, makes you even more special. I love you." He leaned in and pulled all my hair into the corner and kissed my shoulder.

"I love the way you smell." He murmured as his kisses trailed up to my neck.

"I love the way you taste." His kisses trailed to my cheek and I instinctively turned around.

"I love the way you make me feel." His lips found mine and he planted a couple of kisses there.

"In summary, I love you Winter. All of you." He whispered and he planted kisses all over my face.

"Thank you do much Leo." I wrapped my arms around him and tried to snuggle him tighter. "I love you." I said into his hard body and I could feel him kiss the top of my head.

I sealed my eyes shut and took a deep breath. Being here in this position is the best feeling ever. I just wish I could stay like this forever.

"Winter?" Iris knocked on my door causing me to flinch.

I jumped up, "Just a minute!" I yelled.

I turned to face Leo  who still looked relaxed. "Leo go to the bathroom." I whisper yelled at him.

"Why do I need to hide from Iris? We're married and I think Iris is old enough to know what happens between two married people," He argued.

"I know we're married bu-"

"I need to talk to you!" She knocked again.

"I'll be over in a sec!"

"Ugh never mind. I'll just go outside instead." I grabbed my shirt from the floor and hurriedly put it on before dashing to the door.

I opened the door and went out to the hallway were Iris was waiting.

"Hey Iris!" I greeted with a cheerful grin.

"Happy new year!" She replied with a quick hug.

Huh?

"Today is the first of January?" She trailed off with squinted eyes before I understood what she was saying.

"Oh my god! It's January!" I squealed. "Happy new year." I pulled her in for a hug again.

"Oh my Winter! Is the divorce with Leo stressing you out so much that you forgot that it's a new year today?"

"Oh n-"

"I can't believe he's doing all this either. Just wait until I get my hands on him! Anyways breakfast will be ready in ten so get dressed and come down, there's someone you should meet." Iris informed me before skipping away.

I couldn't tell her that Leo and I made up. I'll just tell the girls during breakfast.

With a sigh, I walked back into my room and closed the door. My eyes immediately land on Leo who is wearing his shirt again and sitting on my bed.

"Breakfast is in-"

"Move into my room." He ordered.

"What?"

"Or I could move in here," He replied, his eyes scanning the whole room. "No, my room is bigger. Move into my room. Today." He smiled.

"Where's that coming from?" I walked towards him with a smile on my face.

"We've wasted so much time already. I don't want to be apart from you anymore." He pulled me and made me seat on his lap.

"Let's talk later. Breakfast will be ready in about six minutes."

All through my shower and picking out my outfit, I had a huge grin plastered on my face. My chest felt so much lighter and the cold weather didn't bother me too much anymore.

"Happy new year guys!" I  greeted as I approached the dining room but suddenly stopped in my tracks when I noticed someone else was also on the table with the girls.

"Happy new year Winter!" Cassidy greeted. "This is our older sister, Thalia." She gestured to the brunette who sat next to her.

"Happy new year Winter." She got up from her seat and pulled me into a hug.

"Same to you Thalia! I've been so eager to meet you." I beamed as she released me from her grip.

Her whole face lit up. "Me too!"

Thalia looked like a combination of both Cassidy and Iris. While she had Iris's eyes, she also had Cassidy's shape of face the only difference was that she looked more mature.

"Lia?" I heard Leo's voice echo.

"Leo!" Thalia ran up to him and hugged him so tight that Leo almost lost his balance but we're grateful for his stamina.

"What a surprise! It's so nice to see you again!" Leo gave her a bear hug.

Watching Leo interact with these girls always warms my heart because he has so much love in him that he's able to shower this much on them.

"Breakfast is served." Emilia's voice interrupted the mini family reunion.

"Great because I'm starving," Leo sighed as he strolled to the dining table with Thalia under his arm.

"So it's true that you returned last night?" Iris growled as she walked to take her seat at the dining table and Leo simply nodded.

At any moment Iris is going to explode and I can see it.

"How can you ju-"

"Thst reminds me," Leo interrupted Iris. "Happy new year everyone!" He greeted. "Especially you babe."  He turned to me and so did everyone at the table.

Both Iris and Cassidy exchanged glances but couldn't say anything.

"Happy new year." I said through my teeth and tried to not look anyone in the eye.

"When did you come?" I tried to change the subject and turned to Thalia.

"I flew here last night, it's surprising you or Leo didn't wake up because I'm sure Iris's screams can wake animal from hibernation." Thalia chuckled.

"W-"

"The Mrs and I were too occupied to notice anything else." Leo interrupted me.

I felt heat spread up to my cheeks and I choked on the grape I was about to chew. Cassidy and Iris gaped while Emilia who was about to pour tea into a cup froze.
