You get up,rubbing your eyes tiredly. You felt exhausted after last night. You looked around,noticing that everyone was gone,but Steven left his phone. Great!you could call Peridot and see if it's okay for you to come over. You picked up the phone and scrolled to her contact,pressing the call button.

*Ring,ring..* *ring,ring..*

No answer. You tried again. No answer. Huh,that was odd. Peridot always answered her calls and texts,yet she was ignoring your calls?how worrying..You decided to go see what was up.

(Later..)
You made your way to the barn to see..Peridot on her knees with Pumpkin and..no barn?and no Lapis either..?you walked up to the short gem and placed a hand on her shoulder. "Hey,Peri,why have you been—woah,h..have you been crying?" You asked as she turned her head to look at you,tears streaming down her face. "P-Peri,wh-what happened?where's the barn?a-are you okay..?" You asked,sitting next to her. "L-Lapis..s-she took the barn and left.."

"Wh-what..?!wh-why?!" You asked,your eyes widening in shock. Did she lose her mind?!why would Lapis take the entire barn and up and leave?! "S-she thought the diamonds were coming for us,got scared,and..left.." she answered,her voice trembling as she pet pumpkin. "P-Peridot,that..th-that's awful..i-i'm so sorry.." you hugged the shorter gem,Peridot crying as she hugged you back tightly. This was awful news. Peridot and Lapis needed each other,and now Lapis was gone!and where was Peridot gonna stay?Lapis,she..she abandoned Peridot and you. She hurt Peridot..she promised to never leave your side..you too felt yourself begin to cry as you hugged Peridot tightly and then let go,your eyes widening. This feeling..this was all familiar..!!

(Flashback..)
'This Tanzanite will be yours'?!you couldn't believe what you were hearing!how could Yellow give you away like that?! "M-My Diamond!!I-I don't wish to go with Pink Diamond..!!I-I love being able to serve you!!" You pleaded,tears pricking at your eyes. Your Diamond,The Diamond you loved,was giving you to her sister. "You will serve Pink Diamond without complaints. If there are any other problems,you shall be shattered. Do I make myself clear?" "I-I—...*sigh*y-yes,My Diamond.." you gave up,lowering your head to the ground.
(End of flashback..)
Light began to engulf you as Peridot backed away a little,watching in shock and amazement as you began to reform,your gem taking many different shapes until,at long last,you landed on the ground. The light finally faded as your true form was revealed. Your long straight purple hair was now a long puffy,curly purple hair. You no  longer had your gloves that covered your middle fingers and your top now went up to your neck instead of a tank top cut.

"T-Tanzanite..?" She asked,going to place a hand on your shoulder as you lifted your head to look up at her,then looked down at a puddle,realizing you were now in your true form. "T-the final piece..w-we got you in your true form.." Peridot just barely spoke in amazement. "Wait..wait wait," she spoke, "If that was it,then..you were abandoned in your past?" "It..it's a long story,but,yeah.." you responded. You felt yourself begin to smile,a laugh escaping your lips. Then,it turned to a sob instead. You began to cry and cupped your face in your hands as you remembered everything. Pink,Rose,Yellow,the rejuvenator..

"Tanzanite,a-are you okay..?" She asked. You didn't really respond. You couldn't respond. You were crying and hurting too much to respond. Grabbing her tablet,Peridot dialed Steven's phone to let them know what was happening.

(Later..)
Peridot lead you in by the hand. You were..nervous,to say the least. What would they think of you now?would they think you betrayed or abandoned them,or you were pathetic? "Uhh,P-Peri—" "Peridot!we got your message,is everything—" Pearl ran over in a sweat and immediately stopped in her place when she saw you,covering her mouth in shock as tears begun to form in her eyes. Garnet came down to see what was happening and she too was left in shock. Pearl ran and hugged you as Garnet walked over and joined the hug as well.

"Uhh,h-hey guys.." "T-Tanzanite..w-we thought we would never get you back.." Pearl pulled away,wiping her tears. "What happened to you?w-we searched forever but we never found you..!!" "U-uhm...well..." you tried to respond and started to choke on tears. "Tanzanite,please.." "i-i'm so sorry.." "huh—" before anyone even saw it coming,you ran outside the house. "Tanzanite,come back!!" Pearl shouted,her and the others chasing after you. Soon,Pearl caught up and grabbed your arm as you were still running. "Tanzanite,stop running!!please—" "just go away!!leave me alone!!" "No!!I won't lose you!!not again!!" Soon,you tripped over a rock as you reached a cliff. Pearl stopped you from falling and gripped your hand tightly,as you both fell. She gripped onto it tightly,still holding onto you.

"Pearl,th-this is insane!!y-you're risking your life for me..!!" "I'm risking my life for you because I care!!you're my friend!!" "Why..why do you even care?!look at all I've caused everyone..I deserve to be shattered.." "d-don't say that..!!" Pearl panicked as the rock began to crack. "Pearl!!y-you have to let go!!there's too much weight!!i-i'd rather be shattered than see you get shattered!!" "What?!n-no,a-are you insane?!". She tried to pull herself and you up,but fell down the hole. You both screamed as you hugged each other tightly.

You felt yourselves begin to be engulfed by a light as your gems began to fuse..
