after being obsessed with this film for about five years now, i finally decided to write something for it. this story of love and friendship has always resonated with me, and i hope that you as readers were able to accept my celia into the loving group of pre-existing characters.

this story was written within the span of the past week, and my nightly updates have made for the most exciting little routine. a week ago, celia didn't exist, and her love for the boys around her didn't either. now, it's all been completed.

i want to thank those of you that have been reading this book as i update, and thank those of you that will read it in the future. your support and comments, as always, mean the world to me.

anyway, here's a shameless face reveal :)

and me at an art museum!

anyway really just wanted to say that i'm really thankful for you guys and for the support that you've shown this book (and me!). i love you guys, thank you for reading!

carpe diem!! <3

EDIT: if i were to make an epilogue to this book (which, though i doubt i ever will— i could be persuaded...), i've always imagined, in the back of my head, that celia and charlie would meet up again in 10+ years and ultimately end up together.

i didn't really want to explore that much in this book because i didn't want to ruin what i believe i presented as a beautiful platonic soulmate situation. HOWEVER, that's why charlie frequently takes more of a liking to celia.

i believe that he would've asked her out or something if not for neil liking her first. anyway, i just had to finally let this thought out of my mind; maybe it'll change your interpretation of some of the book!

let me know if you'd be interested in an epilogue (celia's future occupation, her and the boys meeting up at todd's house or something, celia and charlie?¿, etc.), please let me know and i can definitely make it happen.

ALSO thank you guys so much for the support on this book recently :) i love all of the books i've written on here, and i'm proud of all of them, but i think that landslide is truthfully my best work as an author. it's short, it's sweet, and (hopefully) poetic.

carpe diem <3
