Living alone was so bothersome. You would think it would be the other way around, but it is aggravating. To no have someone to share your day with was killing you.

The more you got used to your home, the more you wanted to get out and be with friends, go to clubs, watch drag shows and screw around. But you also just wanted to relax. But what is relaxing if you don't have anyone to be with? You didn't want to be on your phone the whole time, but the temptation was too great when you were alone.

You wanted a pet, but you didn't always have the time to take care of it. You worked too much on the weekdays.

You were napping on the couch when someone knocked on your door. Groaning, you got up and opened the door to reveal a rather handsome, and rather new, mailman. He smiled. "Hi. I have a package for you."

Yes you do.

You shook your head though. You didn't remember buying anything. "Um, that's not mine. I didn't buy anything."

"Is your address 4200 Rhythm Circle?"

You shook your head. "That's next door."

He closed his eyes and nodded. "I'm so sorry. I'm new here."

You smiled. "Oh, well, welcome."

He bowed. "Thank you."

"Bye." You waved at him and slowly closed the door. "Oh shit. That was so awkward, Y/N. This is why no guys hang out with you." You banged your head against the door.

This guy was honestly the hottest man you've ever seen. And he made you feel happy for that awkward 10 seconds. Your stomach was doing tumbling practice for him.

The mail man couldn't stop thinking about you when he got home. Your awkward and nervous demeanor was adorable to him. And he wanted to see more of you. He hoped to have enough time to see you.

He could tell you were lonely. How you smiled so nervously. Your social anxiety was rubbing off.

After work the next day you started browsing on your phone. You saw a notification.

Come back! You have 2 items in your cart ๐Ÿ›’

You smirked. You wanted to see that mailman again. And this was the way. You bought a tank top that isn't even your size.

The mail tracking system said that the package would be here today, which excited you. You popped up out of your bed and looked at the time. 9:30. About any minute now, you thought. The sun was shining and the day seemed bright already, you couldn't wait. Imagining a date with him was irresistible. You felt like you knew him all your life. Although, he's obviously new to the area.

The other mailman that gave you bills and whatnot was not hot or young like this one.

You but your lip in nervousness. You did not think this through, Y/N. What if he is married with children or is dating someone? Or what if he's gay? Or worse, what if he rejects me? This confidence boost you have is BAD.

You were still in your pajamas. You felt pathetic thinking that this would work.

There was a knock at the door, and it was too late to turn back now. You opened the door and there he stood. He smiled. "Hi." You noticed he didnt have your package.

You smiled awkwardly. "Where's um.. the package?"

His eyes widened. "Are you Y/N?"

You nodded.

"But that lady next door said she was 4202 Rhythm Circle and that her name is Y/N." He looked so troubled and sorry that you couldnt help but laugh.

"I'm sorry, but your bad with this job." You chuckled.

He frowned. "I have to feed my dying dogs dont I?

You gasped. "I'm so sorry."

He giggled. "I dont have a dog. This job does suck."

"Why did you come here if you gave my package to Ms. Fortkins and you are on a time limit?" You asked.

"Um, I guess I just wanted to say hi."

Your eyes widened. "Oh. Hi."

He nodded. "Well, you're kinda cool. My name is Hanbin."

"Nice to meet you Hanbin."

"I'm going to steal that package back from cat lady over there." He chuckled. He slowly stepped down the porch and ran to the next door. You smiled. Maybe it isnt really a bad plan.

He came back with the half opened package. "Here."

You smiled. "5 stars."

He chuckled. "I'm sorry. Can I make it up?" He asked as you took out the tanktop.

You sniffed. "Oh look at that it doesnt fit. Haha. Wonder why."

"I know why you did that. Its been happening for the past week."

You bit your lip.

"I'm honored to be flirted with by you,Y/N. As I was saying, can I make up the mix up?"

"No it's fine," you mumbled.

"I want to make it up, though. Do you work or anything tomorrow? Its sunday then so maybe I can take you out for a casual breakfast?"

You were sweating. "Um... hey, don't you have other houses to go to? That sounded rude I'm sorry. Uh sure. No I don't have plans." You bit your lip hard.

He leaned over and whispered, "See you tomorrow. And nice Winnie the Pooh pajamas."

You blushed as he walked to his mail truck. "Did that just happen?"
