She walked into the library at exactly 3 o'clock. This girl is like clockwork.

I tried to find a reason to talk to her, but I'm too nervous. Her blonde hair is in a ponytail, those glasses are thick, and her baggy clothes don't fool me. She's beautiful, and someday I will give this girl my ring.

"Excuse me, aren't you in Professor Thompson's class on Tuesdays?''

"Yes."

I see those big blue eyes behind those glasses. You aren't hiding them from me.

"Well, I was wondering if you took notes this past week?"

"Yes, but I don't have them with me," she answered.

"Do you think you could meet me at the campus cafeteria tomorrow and let me copy them? I'll buy you dinner," I said.

"Sorry, I don't date, and I'm busy." She walked away.

Damn, she is making it way too hard.

I can see her now at Grandma's farm, reading a book at the lake. Someday, she will see me and know I only want the best for her.

I visited that library every single day until graduation. Every time I asked her out, and she shot me down. She said she hates frat guys, and I'm just like the rest of them. What she doesn't know is that I'm not. I was, but not anymore because this is a master's program.

Someday that girl will be my wife. I might not be a rich man, but someday, I'll be somebody. I'll be her husband.
