I don't particularly ship spiderpool but I also don't not ship it

I shut my locker and sped walked down the hall. Hunk stopped me, "Hey, are you..." he looked around cautiously before he hit his fist in the palm of his hand, "tonight?"

"Yeah, I do it every night." I smiled. He was still a little new to my secret. In fact, apart from Shiro (a.k.a iron man) he's the only person who knows my secret.

"Can I be your computer guy again?" He asked excitedly.

There was an occasion where I connected him to my suit and he was able to talk to me updating me of crimes in the area. "I don't know...," I rubbed the back of my neck, "do you actually want to?"

"Duh!" He smiled.

"Alright, I guess it couldn't hurt."

He fist bumped the air and began to ramble about something but I didn't hear. I saw Lance McClain at his locker talking with a short girl named Pidge.

I found myself staring and when I pulled my attention back to Hunk he was giving me a cheeky grin. "Shut up." I said embarrassed.

"I didn't say anything." He said in a smug tone. "I don't have any idea as to what you are referring to." He teased.

I felt my cheeks heat up. "Neither do I." I agreed even if he was being sarcastic.

-random POV change that I'm too lazy to fix-

"Is it how you were staring at Lance, a.k.a your future hubby?" Hunk laughed as Keith's eyes burned like fire.

"What even is a 'hubby'?" Keith snapped out of embarrassment.

"Hubby, as in husband." Hunk explained.

"Oh my..." Keith breathed defeated.

"Hey Keith, hey Hunk." Pidge said waving with Lance beside her.

"Hey." Hunk smiled, slightly nudging Keith as if to silently say 'your hubby is here'. Keith was actually going to loose his head. Hunk would pay for this.

"Lance and I are going for ice cream wanna come?" Pidge asked. Little to Keith and Hunks knowledge she was being a grade A wingman for Lance.

Keith felt his stomach do flip flops with excitement. Hunk smiled, "That would be fun. You're up for that, right Keith?"

"Yeah, sounds good." He agreed despite not actually being able to have any of the treat and patrolling tonight. It shouldn't take long anyway.

They split up Keith getting a ride with Hunk in his car and Pidge with Lance in his car. They met at a small ice cream shop not far away.

After regrouping Pidge, Hunk, and Lance all ordered while Keith sat down and waited. "Do you not have any money, I can pay for you." Lance offered.

"No, thank you though, I'm lactose intolerant." Keith said.

"Oh, I didn't know, we could've gone somewhere..." Lance said guilty that he picked the one place Keith couldn't enjoy. Except Keith enjoyed himself all the same.

"No, it's fine, it's actually kinda nice." Keith said but got sidetracked. The TV was playing current news and there was a fire just downtown. Keith jumped up. "I forgot I was going to meet up with my uh-tutor."

"You? Have a tutor? Keith, you gotta lie better than that." Lance laughed.

"Ha. Ha. I actually have to go the asylum to pick up my meds." Keith said sarcastically before waving bye and taking off quickly.

Keith ran down the street and took an abrupt turn into an alleyway. He pulled off his jacket, shirt and pants wearing his suit underneath.

Spiderman. Keith is Spiderman.

He dropped his bag not bothering to hide it. He pulled his mask over his face and locked the bag down with his webs.

Keith launched himself in the air and swung himself in the direction of the said fire. When he arrived it was chaotic and people were panicking that someone was still left in the building. Keith reacted on instinct and climbed in through the window to find the missing person.

Back at the ice cream shop, the woman working behind the counter pointed at the TV. "Hey look! Spiderman is saving someone from a burning building." She turned up the volume and everyone's attention adverted to it.

"Damn, Keith's gonna miss this!" Pidge said excitedly.

Hunk held back a laugh and hid it by taking another bite of ice cream.

"Spiderman is so hot." Lance stated bluntly and Hunk nearly choked.

Pidge elbowed Lance in the ribs. "What about that crush of yours?"

"Pidge, shut up!" He spoke through clenched teeth glancing at Hunk. "And it's possible to find more than one person attractive."

"Who's this crush?" Hunk asked curiously mostly for Keith's sake.

Lance gave him a nervous look. "If I tell you, you have to swear to me you won't tell anyone including said person."

"I won't tell anyone." Hunk assured.

"You have to swear to me! Swear to me on ice cream!" Lance pointed his long finger harshly.

"Okay, Okay, I swear to you on ice cream." Hunk raised his right hand as he spoke.

"Alright, I have a crush on Keith." Lances face was red and he was clearly embarrassed. "I know, he probably doesn't like guys and..."

"He's gay." Hunk blurted.

Lances eyes were wide. "Really?"

"Yup." Hunk confirmed.

Keith coughed and squinted as he pushed his way through the rooms of the burning building. He called out and heard a woman yell back in response.

Pidge was watching the live news displayed on screen and she gave a worried look to Lance and whispered in his ear. "Shouldn't you help Spiderman?"

She was the only person who knew Lances secret. "I guess." Lance sighed. He said bye to Hunk finding a random excuse and he ran into an alleyway and took off his clothes stripping to his skintight suit.

Deadpool. Lance is Deadpool.

He sped his way to the scene thanks to Pidge. He hopped out of the car further away and ran the rest so press wouldn't see him get out of the teenage girls vehicle.

He saw spiderman looking exhaustedly out the window. He shot his webs around the hand of a lady standing next to him and slowly began to lower her to the safety of the firemen. Spiderman appeared to be taking in too much of the smoke as he was coughing warily.

Lance ran into the burning building and made his way to the floor spiderman is on. He saw him leaning out the window still lowering the lady.

He ran up behind him and grabbed onto the web. "Get out of here."

As if on cue, part of the roof collapsed and Lance shielded him. The lady made it safely to the ground and Spiderman wrapped an arm around Lance taking him by surprise. Webs shot out latching onto the building across the street and they launched out of the building just as more collapsed.

They landed on the roof of a taller building and Keith huffed trying to clear his lungs of the toxic air. He felt better after a moment and stood up.

"Hey spidey." Deadpool said teasingly.

'Great' Keith thought. "Thanks for helping." Keith walked to the edge of the building and prepared to leave.

"What? Leaving already?" Deadpool complained.

Keith sighed. "What were you expecting?" He folded his arms.

Deadpool put his hands on his hips. "I was expecting you to say 'Oh Deadpool! Thank you for saving me and my fragile self from dying in a burning building! Please! Marry me!"

"You're unbelievable." Keith rolled his eyes.

"Wanna get ice cream?" Deadpool offered.

"No thanks, I'm lactose intolerant." Keith said standing on the edge leaning over.

Deadpool had a brief moment of silence. It's a simple coinkadink that Keith has he same condition. Besides, a lot of people have it. "Alright, maybe I'll see you around and maybe we can have dinner."

"Don't plan on it you flirt." Keith shot his web waving as he left.

Deadpool was definitely something. Keith had thought about him and Deadpool, not to mention being a couple. He thought it would be too weird not knowing each other's identities. Sure they could reveal them but it could be dangerous and risky. Besides, Deadpool is just a flirt, he doesn't mean any of it.

Lance sighed watching as Spiderman swung from building after building. That boy was extraordinary. If only he actually liked him back. In a way he reminded him of Keith, maybe that's why he likes him. It didn't matter either way, his chances of not being rejected were beyond slim.

"Hey Hunk? You there?" Keith spoke into the microphone attached to his suit.

"Yup! Everything's quiet at the moment." Hunk informed. "How'd the fire go?"

"Okay..." Keith trailed off thinking about deadpool.

"What's that?" Hunk spoke with a skeptical tone. "What happened? You can't lie to me."

"I just ran into Deadpool again is all." Keith sighed.

"Tell. Me. Everything." He chuckled.

"I dunno, he saved me from getting crushed by the ceiling. And he helped save the woman too. Then I grabbed him and swung us on top of the nearest building." Keith filled him in.

"And?" Hunk persisted knowing there's more.

"He asked me out again being the flirt he is." Keith rolled his eyes but he was smiling.

"No!" Hunk yelped.

"What?" Keith asked startled by his sudden loudness.

"I-I just know something that you don't." Hunk said slowly.

"And that something is?"

"I can't tell you, I made a promise." Hunk whined.

"Really? Not even your best friend?" Keith asked flatly. He knew it would pull Hunks heart strings bringing the 'best friend' into it.

"Nope!" Hunk said but it was hesitant.

"But I thought best friends don't keep things from each other." Keith baited.

"I can't tell you!" Hunk whined again. "Wait, go up north, 15th street. Someone just reported a robbery."

Keith jumped into action quite literally. He hopped off the roof and caught himself midair swinging across the street before latching onto the next.

By the time Keith got home he was exhausted. He climbed through the window and closed it quietly before quietly standing up.

"So?" Hunk said sitting on the bed.

"Jear desus!" Keith jumped at his voice. "So what?"

"So, Lance?" Hunk smiled cheekily.

"Are you kidding me? It's 12:08!" Keith exclaimed grabbing his pajamas. He realized he had a project due tomorrow as well.

"I told your Aunt Allura that I was sleeping over. You're welcome by the way, she was going to come in looking to ask you something but I told her you were in the bathroom." Hunk leaned back with his arms behind his head.

"My hero." Keith said sarcastically. "You totally didn't just come here to talk about my feelings for Lance." He laughed.

"Okay, yeah, that too." Hunk nodded. "But it worked out so spill."

"Hunk it's late... I have a project and..."

"Spill." Hunk repeated.

"Okay, fine. We were talking and everything was going great until I saw an apartment building was on fire on the news. I had to go. I'm spiderman, it's kind of my job." Keith sat down pulling his pajama shirt over his chest.

"And?"

"Well, I ran into Deadpool. He was his normal flirtatious and goofy self. But he rescued me and helped the lady as I told you." I rested my chin in the palm of my hand as I spoke. I sighed.

"No! No love sighing! Not for Deadpool!" Hunk pointed at me accusingly.

"A what? That wasn't a love sigh! I was just sighing!" Keith defended. He had a crush on the hero sure, but he wasn't mad for him!

"Whatever you say." Hunk gave me a suspicious look. "I guess you wouldn't care to hear what Lance thinks of Spiderman?" Hunk smiled and turned over to sleep.

"What? Hunk, tell me! Please!" Keith immediately shook him not letting him get comfortable to sleep.

"I dunno, I'm pretty tired. It's late." Hunk teased.

"Hunk, I'll do anything!" Keith begged.

"Alright, alright, Lance said that he thinks spiderman is, and I quote, 'hot'." Hunk said happily.

"Are you serious?" Keith laughed. "I mean, he hasn't seen Spiderman's face but at least he's for my build, I guess?"

"C'mon, you totally have a shot with him, especially as Spiderman." Hunk spoke with excitement.

"No, I can't just reveal my identity to get him to go out with me. If he likes me then he'll go out with me as just Keith." He laid back and felt himself sink into the bed.

"Man, you have no idea." Hunk murmured.

"Hm?" Keith hummed half asleep.

"Nothing." Hunk smiled. "Hey don't you have a project to do?" He asked.

Keith, however, didn't hear it, he already fell asleep. This of course would come back to haunt him later.

In the morning the alarm clock went off loudly startling Hunk and Keith. They bustled out the door Keith doing his project as they got ready. Of course it wasn't the best and was only half assed but something was better than nothing.

When they got to school Keith was at his locker trying to sort out his assignments and binders before the bell rang. "Hey, Keith?" Lance spoke behind him.

Keith froze for a moment and felt his stomach turn. "U-uh, Yeah?" He spun around to come face to face with the taller boy.

"I wanted to ask you something, and it's completely fine if you say no. I mean, I wouldn't- wait that's not... just- it's okay whatever you say." Lance rambled.

"Lance..." Keith brought him back to reality.

"Will you go on a date with me?" He finally asked.

"Yes." Keith said fairly quick.

"Oh, are you busy tonight?" Lance asked awkwardly.

"No, not at all." Keith could feel excitement bubbling in his stomach and he felt like running a mile.

"Okay, can I pick you up at four?" Lance questioned.

"Yeah," the bell rang and the two were torn away from the cloud they were stuck on, "I'll see you at four."

They waved each other off and nearly had heart attacks as they walked to class. Of course each told their best friends causing even more excitement to boom.

The clock read 3:48 and Keith was pacing his room nervously. "It'll be fine." Hunk assured for the millionth time.

"But what if..." Keith began again.

"Stop with the 'ifs' and 'buts', this is Lance. He's just as awkward as you." Hunk teased.

"Ha, ha." Keith spoke unamused. "We both know that's a lie. He's more experienced than I am with relationships, he's also more extroverted."

"It's fine, it will all work itself out." Hunk repeated.

"Yeah, Yeah." Keith brushed it off. "You can't see my suit under this at all, right?" Keith asked.

"No, but I don't see why you're bringing it anyway." Hunk frowned.

"Because, Spiderman is my responsibility. If something happens, I need to be ready to help." Keith messed with his shirt again.

Hunk opened his mouth to say something but there was a knock at the door. Keith took a deep breath and said goodbye to Allura and Hunk. He opened the door to see a nervous looking Lance.

He was dressed casually but he still looked nice. Seeing how nervous he was made Keith feel better knowing he wasn't alone on that.

"Ready?" Lance smiled. Keith nodded and they left. About 20 minutes into the date, they were walking through the park. The whether was nice and it made it very enjoyable. They laughed and talked, and it didn't take long for them to lose all feelings of nervousness and feel comfortable with each other. However, at a nearby bank, they spotted police racing to it.

People gather and news reporters stood outside speaking to cameras. The two boys gave each other nervous looks and listened to a reporter.

"There are currently two suspects that police know of holding hostage an estimated amount of 10 people. It is believed to be a robbery gone wrong and may turn into a standoff between these robbers and police..."

"Hey, I think I should head home. This seems kind of bad." Keith tried to come up with an excuse.

"Me too, we should reschedule." Lance smiled sadly. They both took off quickly changing into their suits.

Keith pulled his mask over his head and swung in quickly. He could see in the distance a man in a red and black suit and he knew exactly who it was. "Deadpool..." he murmured.

"Hey spidey, sorry I'm a little late." He winked.

"I just got here myself." Keith looked up at the building trying to devise a plan. "The windows, they're up high and if we're quiet we could take them by surprise."

"Good thinking spidey." Deadpool opened his arms ready to be held.

Keith rolled his eyes. He wrapped an arm around the guys waist and shot a web lifting them both. Keith went in first hanging from the ceiling without the notice of the people down below.

Then Deadpool slipped.

He nearly hit the ground catching the attention of everyone but was saved by a single web wrapping around his torso. "Really?" Keith scolded dropping down to the ground and releasing Deadpool letting him fall the last four feet.

"Get back!" A man yelled holding a woman with a gun to her head.

"Listen, I have homework and I left the date of my life to go to this. Please make this easy and let her go." Deadpool sighed standing back up.

"Oh, a date huh?" Keith raised an eyebrow.

"What? Are you jealous?" Deadpool said proudly.

"No! I was actually on a date of my own thank you." Keith defended. Truth is, he is kind of jealous. And so was Deadpool.

"With who?" Deadpool asked nosily.

"I'm not telling you..."

"Ahem." The robber said deadpanned.

"Oh, uh, put her down!" Keith added distractedly.

"No! You're just going to take me to jail!" He yelled spit flying from his lips.

"I was actually going to shoot you..." Deadpool said twirling his gun.

"You aren't helping." Keith elbowed him. "Look, you're going to jail no matter what happens. What you do now determines how long you'll be there."

"What's it going to be?" Deadpool folded his arms.

The man contemplated it and reluctantly released the woman from his grip. She quickly ran to the other hostages. The robber then raised his gun shooting at the two hero's.

Lance watched as the man raised his gun in their direction and he jumped into action.

He grabbed Keith moving in the way of the bullets and tackling him to the ground in one swift move.

Only a split moment had passed before they could hear the click of the gun as he was out of bullets.

Deadpool sat up with several holes in his chest. Keith had a brief moment of panic letting the most obvious detail slips his mind; Deadpool can't die.

"What are you staring at? Shoot him with your webby things." He snapped Keith back into reality. In the blink of an eye the man fell to the ground wrapped tightly in webs.

They huffed catching their breaths as people cheered and thanked them. "Are you Okay?" Keith asked Deadpool seeing the holes in his suit.

"I should be asking you that." Deadpool bumped him with his hip as he passed him.

Keith gave him a glare. That's what he gets for trying to be genuine. Helping the people up and leave, the two hero's stayed in the building, neither wanted to deal with the police.

When it came time, Keith got the two of them back out the window they came through and landed on the top of a building.

Keith sat on the ledge with one knee up lazily hanging his arm over it. "What? Spidey's not leaving this time?" Deadpool asked sitting down next to him.

"No, not really ready to yet." There was a brief moment of silence. "Are you sure you're okay?"

"Aw, Spidey, do you care?" Deadpool teased.

Keith rolled his eyes and stood up. "Maybe, on second thought, I am ready to leave."

"Are you upset?"
