Shiro clapped his hands together getting everyone's attention. "Alright paladins! We have a new mission!"

Lance groaned in response, "Didn't we just get back from a mission?"

"Yes, but now we are going on another one. It's to a planet called Zeklar. We are going to be staying there for a couple of days in order to show them we are in fact here to help them and defeat Zarkon." Shiro explained.

"But whhyyy?" Lance whined.

"Because we said so." Shiro said like the dad he is. "Get your things packed."

"Wait, we're not staying in the ship?" Keith asked.

"Nope, we have to show that they can trust us."

With that, the paladins all began packing a few essentials they would need for three days. They all met back at the center of the ship with a duffel bag each... except for Lance.

"Why do you have so much stuff?!" Pidge asked.

"Well this bag is for all my skin and hair products. These two are cloths. Oh, and this one is stuff for if I get bored." Lance gestured to each bag.

"Yup, that's Lance for you." Hunk sighed.

"Why do you have two bags of cloths?" Keith asked. "It's only three days,"

"Because what if something happens and I need a backup pair of jeans! Or if I change my mind and don't want to wear something!"

"You practically wear the same thing everyday." Keith folded his arms.

"You did not just say that!" Lance looked offended. But before he could respond, Shiro walked in.

"Alright Paladins. We're landing, treat these people with utmost respect, they're easily offended." Shiro explained.

As they closed in to land of the planet they noticed how much of a jungle this place really is. They followed Allura and Coran out of the ship where they are greeted by the inhabitants of the planet.

"You will be staying in one of our finest tree houses," the leader said leading everyone up into the trees. "We hope you enjoy."

When they left the paladins looked at the massive building with only a couple rooms.

"Okay, Pidge and Allura, you can share a room sense you're both female. Lance and Keith, you can take that one there and Hunk, Coran, and I will take the last one." Shiro said.

"Sounds like a splendid plan!" Coran played with his mustache.

"Wait, WHAT?! Why do me and Keith have to share a room?!" Lance whined.

"Because, you need to work on bonding." Shiro sighed pulling his bag into his and the other two's room.

"So unfair." He huffed.

Keith rolled his eyes and picked up his bag. Lance followed him in dragging all of his. They both dropped their stuff and looked around. Upon both of them realizing the bunk bed, they both glanced at each other before taking off to get it before the other.

"I top!" Lance yelled.

"In your dreams!" Keith called out pulling him down to keep him from climbing. "I'm topping!"

"C'mon, I'll never ask you for anything!" Lance whined still gripping tightly to the bed frame. Keith was practically hanging from him trying to pull him down.

"You sound like a kid," Keith huffed.

They both fell back onto the floor. Lance rubbed his head. "Okay, let's compromise."

"Agreed."

"Do you want to just share the top bunk?" Lance suggested grinning a bit. He had his reasons for wanting to share the bed with Keith that he'd never say in a million years. It's not like he wanted to see what cuddling Keith was like, or what his hair smelt like, or

"Or we could just alternate?" Keith cocked an eyebrow.

"There's an odd number of days, who gets two and who gets one?" Lance pointed out.

"Fine."

"Fine."

(~Later that day~)
The day had consisted of greeting the townspeople and kissing babies. They had showed them around the town before having a large feast with a show.

But now they were tired. It was time for bed.

Lance pulled off his shirt which caught Keith by complete surprise. He blushed and looked away to change himself. "What's wrong? Like what you see?" Lance asked smugly.

Keith scoffed and pulled off his shirt as well. Now it was Lances turn to be flustered. He changed into pajama pants and Keith switched his for basketball shorts. Lance stared for a moment. "What's wrong? Like what you see?" Keith mocked.

"Shut up." Lance huffed climbing up into bed. Keith soon followed. They awkwardly got under the blankets and laid down making sure not to touch each other.

It was silent for some time but they were both wide awake. It was cold and pitch black in the room. It was an old fashioned civilization; all natural light and no technology.

"I'm cold." Lance finally said.

"Yeah? And what am I supposed to do? Go find another blanket." Keith rolled over facing away from Lance.

"Or, how about a better idea?" He turned and wrapped his arms around Keith spooning him.

"Lance!" Keith whisper yelled.

"What, I don't see you pushing me away?" Lance said cockily.

"Whatever, I'm cold too. How can you even say you're cold, you're a billion degrees." Keith closed his eyes and said sleepily.

"I guess I'm just that hot." Lance smiled cuddling into Keith's neck.

"If I wasn't tired, I would punch you for that."

"You liked it." Lance stated. He wasn't wrong either. Keith just stayed silent and cuddled into Lance.

(~The next day~)

The day had been going pretty much the same way the previous day had gone. It was exhausting and boring all at the same time. Lance was begging for something exciting to happen all day.

Another feast finally came. The paladins all sat at a long table. Food lined the entire way, varieties of all sorts.

The entertainment was a bunch of dancers. They had fast pace songs and did strangely unusual moves. One of the servers was obviously nervous and tripped spilling a platter of purple goo on Keith. It mostly landed on his shirt.

She began to apologize profusely but Shiro handled it.

"It's really okay, accidents happen. Keith go change quick." Shiro instructed.

"Damn, I didn't bring spare cloths." Keith said standing up.

"Told you Keith! I myself brought 3 extra." Lance said proudly.

"Good then you can lend it to Keith. Go help him." Shiro stated. Lance stared at him a moment before sighing.

"Okay, c'mon Keith." Lance stood up and began walking to their room.

"She was so nervous serving, I wonder why?" Keith asked.

"It's because she liked you, she was checking out." Lance said with a hint of aggravation in his voice.

"No she was not! Besides, was that a bit of jealousy I heard in your voice?" Keith cocked an eyebrow.

"Shut up, don't make stupid accusations." Lance huffed.

"Riiight." Keith said sarcastically.

When they got to their room, Lance began looking through his bags for something to lend Keith, then a brilliant idea played in his mind. He pulled out a red crop top and threw it at Keith. "There."

"Where's the rest of it?" Keith asked holding it up.

"Shut up and just put it on." Lance sat down on the bottom bunk and crossed his legs.

"Don't you have any full shirts in there?" Keith asked beginning to walk over to the bags.

"Nope! My cloths, my pick! That's what you get!" Lance said smugly.

"Fiiiiine."

Lance sat with his chin resting in his palm and elbow on his knee string at Keith,

"K, I'm going to change." Keith stated hinting to Lance that he was staring.

"Yeah okay."

"Meaning, I'm going to take my shirt off?"

"That's good."

"Lance." Keith folded his arms.

"Oh, yeah, right." He then turned around facing the wooden wall. He could hear Keith ruffling the cloths behind him and would t admit it but took a quick glance.

"Okay I'm done. Are you sure I can't wear something else."

"Yup-" Lance stopped when he saw Keith. He just wanted to snatch Keith up then and there. "I-it looks good."

Keith's eyes went wide at the compliment. "You know, I'm pretty tired, I think I'm going to blow off the rest of the dinner. You could always be too tired too." Keith suggested with a smirk.

Lance let out a fake yawn. "Im absolutely beat, cuddle?" Lance cocked an eyebrow.

"Do you really need to ask?" They both practically raced into bed. Lance wrapped his arms around Keith with his chin resting atop his head. Keith was nudged into his chest breathing in sync.

"Hey Keith?" Lance asked.

"Hm?" Keith hummed half asleep.

"I-I think I like you, like, like like you."

Keith pushed himself up to look at Lance. "I like like like you too." He laughed before planting a kiss on Lances lips.

They both reassumed their position. "I could get used to this." Lance said quietly.

Later everyone was wondering why the two never returned for dinner. They went to check on the two and saw them fast asleep cuddled with one another. Pidge snapped a couple photos as Shiro tried to push everyone back out of the room realizing the intrusion.
