Allura sat down at the table with a cup of tea, something the paladins had showed her which she came to enjoy. She took a sip and looked over at Shiro, "Could you pass me the sugar? It's sort of bitter." She asked.

"Yeah sure," He said as he pushed Hunk over to her. He was previously sitting down minding his own business reading his book. "Never mind," she breathed out annoyed before getting up to get the sugar.

"Everyone, diner is ready." Coran called. "Is it goo again?" Lance asked exhausted, they'd been training all day.

"Why of course! It's my specialty!" He said walking off to the kitchen. Everyone got settled into their chairs when Coran brought out the green slime and slopped it onto each plate. Everyone eyed it it taking occasional bites not quite sure if it was going to come to life and devour them instead.

"Hey Shiro, could you pass the salt?" Lance asked in desperate attempt to make the goo edible. Allura facepalmed as Shiro picked up Pidge. "Here,"

"That's not what I meant, just, could you pass the pepper?" Lance asked annoyed. Shiro calmly put Pidge down and instead picked up Keith.

"Shiro! That's not what I- actually never mind, hand him over." Lance outstretched his arms. Keith gave a pleading look to Shiro but it was to late. He handed him off to Lance.

Dinner continued quietly with people occasionally daring to glance up and capture a look of Keith pouting as he sat on Lances lap.

Lance didn't mind whatsoever, he just continued eating normally. "Lance, I'm hungry too." Keith complained folding his arms.

"Why didn't you say so?" He held up a spoonful offering it to Keith. Everyone immediately stared to see if Keith was actually going to eat it. He noticed and they all quickly looked down without a word. Keith sighed before taking the bite which caused Lance to light up with delight.

"I'm not doing that again." Keith huffed.

"Fine by me, once was enough to make me happy," Lance said with a huge grin.

"Idiot."
