Mujakina Kana is a beautiful young woman with shoulder-length brown hair and large doe amethyst eyes. Her twin, formerly known as Mujakina Nana now Sawada Nana seeing she got married, walked beside her. Kana had a look of anger on her face, "Dammit, Nana!! Where the hell is that stupid husband of yours?! How could he let you leave alone while he goes off somewhere and making excuses that are all total  bullshit?!" she snapped.

Nana looked at her twin with wide eyes, "Kana!! Watch your tongue, Tsu-kun's with us!! He's just 1, what of he learns those words?!" she exclaimed in anger. The mentioned baby peered up from where he buried his face, which is his mother's neck, and towards his aunt.

Kana calmed herself down, "Haaah...You're right...sorry..."she breathed out softly before turning to look at her nephew, "Sorry to you too, little Tsuna~" she cooed, making the baby laugh.

Kana straightened herself, "But still, that doesn't mean I will not bash that idiot up once I see him"

Nana giggled, "Oh come on now, Kana, Why do you hate Iemitsu so much? He's working hard for the both of us" she said, gesturing at herself and her son. "Besides, he's also being a father by taking care of Ie-kun" at the mention of her oldest, Nana looked down, eyes filled with sadness and longing.

Kana saw this and her anger came back, "THAT'S IT!! 💢" she snapped. Tsuna whimpered at her loud voice while Nana looked at her in surprise, rubbing soothing circles on her baby's back to calm him down. She watched Kana turn around the stomping off.

"Wait, where are you going, Kana?!" Nana called out.

Kana whirled around, Nana flinched at the restrained anger in her amethyst eyes, "I'M GOING TO DRAG THAT IDIOT BACK HERE!!" she yelled before disappearing in the corner.

Nana could just stare at where her sister used to stand, speechless.

Kana slammed a large amount of money in front of the woman who is in charge of giving plane tickets to passengers.

"A plane ticket to Italy, Sicily. Now." she said darkly.

The woman sweated, hastily giving Kana her required ticket. As soon as Kana received her plane ticket, she walked away.

"M-Mam! Your-" she was too late, Kana had already disappeared.

"-change...." she trailed off. She sighed, "......troublesome..."

Kana stepped out of the plane, "Well, how generous of the pilot to actually let me take control of the plane after I asked him ~" she chirped, walking towards the direction of the exit.

The people who were boarding on the same plane as her were shaking as they waited for her to go out before also getting off of the plane. They had never felt so much fear in their entire life, plus the speed of the plane when it was traveling...*shiver*

Back inside the plane, the pilot was curled up at the corner, face white as a paper, as if he had just seen the devil himself.

Somewhere in the world, a certain hitman sneezed, "Hm....someone's talking about me" he muttered before firing the gun he is holding to his enemies.

"GAH! DAMN YOU!!"

Kana marched towards the place where she was sure as hell she would find her twin's idiot husband. She wasn't as oblivious as Nana if that what's he's thinking, Oh no sir, she knew what exactly is the job of her dear brother-in-law.

The mansion to the Cedef slammed open, Kana stepped inside, amethyst eyes glaring at the mafioso who stopped dead in their tracks as soon as she entered.

She grabbed the nearest man and pulled him to her via collar, "Tell me where your boss is or I will show you what exactly hell looks like"

The poor man paled and began to shake.

"What's going on here?!" A voice boomed.

Kana looked at the source and found who she was looking for, "Iemitsu, it's very nice to see you" she greeted.

Iemitsu's eyes widen, "Kana?!" he exclaimed in shock, recognizing his wife's twin due to the different color of her eyes.

Kana walked towards Iemitsu and grabbed him like she grabbed the man earlier, "You bastard!! How could you leave Nana alone raising a child all by herself?!" she yelled at him.

Iemitsu had already toned her out, on,y staring at her face as she yelled at him, Kana is really the exact replica of his Nana minus the eye color, his eyes darkened.

"Kana, calm down, I will return eventually" he said, grabbing her shoulders. Kana flinched, not liking the look on his face. She slapped his hands away from her and took a step back, "Where is my other nephew? I don't care about you but I'm taking Iekatsu back with me to Namimori" she gritted.

Iemitsu smiled, Kana didn't like that smile, she narrowed her eyes at him, "Follow me, I'll show you where he is" he said. Kana didn't trust him but she really wanted to see her nephew and bring him back to her twin so she could see her smile again, not the smile that she always forced to wear around her. So, she followed him.

As soon as they left, one mafiosi whispered something to his partner, he understood what they were talking about since he as well as his partner are half-Japanese, "Didn't the young master sneak out with Franco? The others reported them to Master Iemitsu and he was getting ready to find the young master"

His partner could only nod.

Kana didn't know what happened, Iemitsu led her into a room, then she felt something hit her nape, making her unconscious. And now, she found herself naked with only a white blanket covering her. Her body was in pain and there is......oh god...Kana felt the color of her face leave her, she began to shake as she reached the conclusion, The damn fucker had.....raped her....

Tears welled up at the corner of her eyes, she could do nothing but cry.

"N-Nana...." she cried, calling her sister for help, a help that she knew will never reach her.

Kana had escaped the Cedef mansion a few days later, she was freed by someone named Franco. She didn't know why the bastard (Iemitsu) had chained her in that blasted room but she was glad there was at least someone who had talked to her about her oldest nephew during her captivity.

She really wanted to take Iekatsu with him but Franco told her it was too risky and Iekatsu himself might be harmed by the bastard,

Her hand flew to her mouth as she ran to the nearest alley and puked. After she was done, she wiped her mouth, her amethyst eyes reflected horror, "Don't tell me.....oh god...please no.....please let this be a bad dream..." she whispered. Kana slumped down to the ground, droplets of tears stained to the ground as she wrapped her arms around herself and cried once again.

"Hello, Sawada residence~"

[[N-nana?]]

Nana's eyes widen as she heard her sister's voice, "Kana?! Where are you? You haven't come back since last week!!"

[[Nana...I *sob* I'm s-sorry *sob*]]

Nana looked alarmed, her sister never cried, never, "Kana? What happened? What's wrong?"

[[N-*sob* Nana....I'm....*sob* pregnant...]]

"N-no way.....who's the father? Oh! Can it be that you're crying tears of joy? Really, you made me worry, you must be so happy!! Congratulations!!" Nana exclaimed happily, oblivious to the following silence that followed after what she said.

[[......yeah....I'm really.....happy....]]

Nana frowned, her sister's voice sounded very painful, before she could ask, she was cut off, [[I won't be coming home anymore Nana....I'm sorry...]]

Nana stood there in shocked silence as the line ended.

9 months had passed, We see Kana in the ER, face contorted in pain. Two nurses where holding her hand, their faces were also filled with pain as their hands were being crushed by the female.

"JUST ONE MORE PUSH, MISS KANA!! HANG IN THERE!!"

"AAAAAAAAAAAAHHHH!!"

Loud cries of a newborn filled the room, Kana finally let go of the nurses' hands, much to their relief as well as horror, seeing their now crushed hand.

"Congratulations, Miss Kana, it's a beautiful boy" The doctor said as she cleaned the baby and wrapped him in a cloth before handing the baby to his mother. The doctor smiled shakily, knowing what would come next. She turned around and tried her best to prevent her tears....the nurses did the same, looking at the ground in sadness.

Kana panted as she weakly but gently took her baby and looked at him, she smiled as she saw his amethyst orbs, just like hers.....his small cream colored locks decorated his head, he was truly beautiful.

She had remained in Italy so if the damn bastard would send out men to search for her, they wouldn't look in their own country, thinking she fled, after all, they were stupid. During her stay, she also met a man she fell in love with but was afraid to confess, thinking he didn't like her the same way she liked him. That man has black hair on the back half of his head and blonde hair in the front, he was truly stunning, funny and has a kind heart, he alway helped her, she sometimes couldn't help but think that what if she was carrying his child instead.

She managed to let out a small giggle as she recalled his name, really, what parent would name their child a whipped filling of chocolate and cream, used in desserts such as cakes and truffles. Take away the U and you get Ganache...

Pain struck her heart, knowing she wouldn't make it, "You know.....Even if you were made in the wrong way...I don't hate you.....I'm sorry I can't be there as you grow up.....Tsu-kun...he should be 2 now....He'll make a great big brother..*cough* *cough*".

Kana wiped away the blood from her mouth with her free hand, she smiled, a tender smile filled with love, "I...I have to go now....remember...that I'll always be by your side.....I love you....I love you very much...my baby....Ciel" she hugged her baby for the first and last time, and then, she breathed her last.

The baby wailed loudly, as if sensing what just happened, his cries were painful, like he knew his mother had left him. The doctor turned to face the now deceased mother and took the crying baby.

"What are we gonna do now, doctor? " one of the nurses asked, she was a full Japanese woman.

Before the doctor could reply, they heard a commotion outside, the doctor and nurses rushed outside and saw several nurses running.

"What's going on?"

"Doctor, a pregnant woman had just given birth to a still-born, we are now preparing her room"

When the doctor heard that, she looked down at the baby in her arms, who was now sleeping after crying his eyes out.

"Does......does the woman know?"

The nurse shook her head, "She's unconscious"

The doctor bit her lip and handed the baby to her, "Tell her when she wakes up, that this baby is hers"

The nurses gasped in shock, "But doctor!!" They protested.

"No buts, a woman loosing her child is the most painful. The baby's mother just died and another woman's baby also died....."

The nurses couldn't believe what the doctor was suggesting, but they knew she won't change her mind, only one of them looked at the doctor in hidden anger, "Doctor....can I have a request..."

"What is it, Kumiko?"

"Somehow....please convince that woman...to name the baby, Ciel, in respect for his true mother......" was all the nurse, Kumiko, said before walking away, she stopped and without turning around, said, "I have lost all respect I have in you"

The doctor looked down but her decision never did change. The other nurses looked at the doctor with the same eyes that Kumiko had, silently agreeing with their fellow nurse before doing what was ordered of them.

One nurse remained, "What about the relatives of the baby?"

The doctor gulped, she closed her eyes and what she said next shocked them all, "I....I will contact Sawada Nana and tell her that her sister died as well as her child"

The nurse didn't say anything and silently walked away.

'This is for the best.....A mother would break if she looses her baby, at least the baby will have a mother now' she thought.

She never knew that she just condemned the baby to an abusive childhood.
