"Y/N!"

A faint voice reached your ears but was unstable as the blatant beeping echoed throughout the office.

The shriek of pain was getting you weaker. Unable to identify reality from fantasy, your eyesight was woozy as it kept flashing off taken over by the darkness. You suspected a silhouette pacing towards you, towering over your pained body. You could sense that mystical aura surrounding you, sucking the life out of you.

All of a sudden, you were lifted up from the ground between two familiar arms. It felt so peaceful just like the embrace of... Baekhyun?

  "Y/N, Y/N."

As the ringing started to fade away bringing you out of that painful daze, that voice was becoming clearer to you now. Gaining back your focus only to see your vampire holding you between his arms, his face anything but normal, panic and worry overtaking it.

He sensed you calm down, so he took it as a good sign.

  "Can you hear me now baby?"

You could still feel the pleas, the cries and twinge pulsing through your head. You nodded at Baekhyun giving him some sort of response. He caught your weary act and moved foreword to the couch sitting on it before resting you down on his lap. His hand shifted onto your back running comforting patterns, relaxing you in his hold.

Hearing a sigh come out of your lips, he decided to ask away.

  "Feeling better?"

  "Hmm."

  "Can you tell me what happened love?

Was talking about it a good idea? Debating yourself, Baekhyun grabbed your hand, as if he noticed you stuttering and gave you a supportive smile.

  "I-..." The words were held between your lips. You lifted your head towards your boyfriend, looking for some sort of reassurance, only to see him stare at you with complete devotion.

  "Take a deep breath." You waved your head slightly taking in the notes he gave you just now.

  "I was being followed... or at least it felt like that. When I got in the office, I started hearing a woman's voice. She was crying, pleading for him to stop. H-... he wa-sn't stopping Baekhyun! She was screaming out in agony and I- I c- could feel every suffer. And that's when the beeping started and I lost full control. It was ho-rrible Baek, i-... I ff-elt this darkness around me, it was suffocating me."

You couldn't hold your tears anymore, they were shedding down your cheeks. All the panic and struggle you felt were dissipating now with those water drops.

  "Th-... that m-an."

  "What man y/N?"

  "Th-...there w-was a man at the end of the hall dressed in black. He looked pretty freaky to m-."

You felt Baekhyun's body stiffen under you but only for a mere second before he loosened up again.

  "Sweetheart, calm down, you're letting your paranoia get the best of you."

You shuffled out of his hold on the merge of standing up but he was quicker than you. Baekhyun held you down by your wrists not allowing you to move away, especially since he felt your anger rising up.

  "Don't you believe me Baekhyun? Do you think I was imagining things?" You spoke in disbelief awaiting his reaction.

  "Of course I do baby. You know I believe every-word you say. I just want you to relax, you're so tense after seeing those bodies on the tv and now this! It's taking over your body and mind. It's taking over you! I won't let anything harm you —even yourself love— so please do as I say and breath. I will look into it okay? Trust me."

You really were getting tenser by the minute. Baekhyun was right, you really needed to clear your mind of all this. Hearing his honest words really helped , it got you feeling all emotional. Your eyesight was still blurry, you tried your best not to cry but your eyes betrayed you doing the complete opposite. You hugged Baekhyun, leaning your head on his chest, as he rapped his arms around your body and shushed you down.

An hour had passed and you were still bundled up in Baekhyun's embrace. It felt like his presence was a shield protecting you from the outside world, even shielding you from your own destructive thoughts that circled through your mind.

  "Baby, what do you think of taking a walk?" He looked at you playfully "And... if you say yes, I might even get you some ice cream"

Your face tilted into a smile. You nodded, never been able to turn down ice cream. Baekhyun knew it.

Walking down the shore barefoot, the soft sand taking in print your legs. Hand in hand with Baekhyun, you both enjoyed the cooling treat. The weather was pretty hot —since it was the season— the sun striking your face, with heat affecting the light breeze that washed up on your skin.

  "By the way sweetheart, I called some friends back from school for a movie night."

Your head turned towards your boyfriend, giving him a questioning look.

  "Do I know them?"

  "You actually do baby. Some pretty well." Baekhyun chuckled cutely at your adorable reaction, kissing your forehead before he continued.

  "You remember Chanyeol and Sehun right?" How could you forget those two clowns, they were always making you laugh with their stupid fights. You didn't notice your face turning into a smile just remembering them but Baekhyun did as he beamed at you and spoke again.

  "I guess you do." You nodded your head in excitement.

  "How can I forgot those two. Do they still fight like idiots?" Baekhyun bursted out in laughter at your question.

  "Yes, as a matter of fact they never stop, it's in their DNA." You joined Baekhyun, laughing at the memory of those two arguing like dogs and cats.

  "How about Jimin and Taehyung?" Your face lighted up at the names, Baekhyun knew you would never forget those two. They were your closest friends since forever. However, you lost contact with them right after high school and it really affected you. You didn't only lose Baekhyun, but also two of your best friends.

Your eyes were swelling in tears. But your heart was jumping happily to finally see them again. But the one question twisting in your brain didn't allow you to think further more but instead needed an answer. You stopped in your track and turned facing him.

  "Baek how are you still in contact with them all! An-...d wh-...why didn't they talk to me but instead, just disappeared out of my life. Just like you did." You furrowed your eyebrows at the thought of something catching up to you.

Could it be real? No... but what if? I-

  "Because they are vampires as well baby." Baekhyun cut your chain of thoughts giving you the answer you were seeking.

So it is true... vampires.

  "So they disappeared like you did?"

  "Jimin, Tae and Sehun, yes. Chanyeol was already a vampire back then, he's the oldest one between our pack."

  "Wait, you have a pack too? Why didn't you tell me?" You were too immersed in the topic that you didn't notice the mango ice cream melting in your hand.

  "Eat your ice cream young lady and I will tell you." You looked at him deadpan and muttered a small 'fine' before bringing the savory taste back to your mouth, earning you a grin from your man.

  "Back in school, we decided that once we would all turn to vampires, we would form our own pack and so the dream lived. But not for long till we made it happen. The guys know about us, the've known since the day I left. They all moved their with me, only Chanyeol kept coming back here to check up on you... for me." Baekhyun's eyes didn't meet yours as his last words came out in a whisper but loud enough for you to hear.

  "So you were stalking me?!" You were teasing him by now, you actually felt quiet fond that Baekhyun kept looking after you all those years away. It made you fall for him even more, if that was even possible.

  "Well... yes-... no. I-...I wasn't stalking you... I was just looking after you Y/N." It was clear to you that he was trying to make it sound less awkward. You leaned in close to him and pecked his cheek.

  "I know Baek, I was just teasing you." He smiled holding your hand in his once again.

  "The boys got back two days ago and they can't wait to see you. The whole time we were away they kept asking about you. They ship us way too much."

  "Hmmm, I can't disagree with them, I kinda ship us too." You winked at him before both of you started giggling like teenagers.

  "You know, I never thought they would turn out to be vampires as well. The thought never crossed my mind before, but I kinda get why they left now. I truly miss them though, i'm excited to see them again." Your words were so sincere and Baekhyun sinked in every emotion coming out of you. He gazed at you adoringly, catching the twinkle in your eyes. The happiness reflecting out of them as he wished for nothing more than to make you happy.

  "I guess vampires wouldn't cross somebody's mind." Hearing the humor in his tone, you chuckled and hit his arm jokingly.

  "Not funny oppa."

  "I know but it was worth hearing your laugh."  Your smile grew bigger, staring at your boyfriend in utter love as you leaned in pecking his cold strawberry-flavored lips. Delicious.

You sat on the hood of the car enjoying what was left of your treat, while Baekhyun stood in between your legs. Since the hood of the G-class was high, Baekhyun's face reached barely your eyes. However, that gave him more advantage to place his hands on your thighs, with the short summery dress hiking up even higher.

Suddenly, a strawberry ice cream popped in front of your face.

  "Do you want to taste before it goes, pouff?" Baekhyun asked you, a serious expression tugged on his face.

You blushed a little, but nodded and opened your mouth as you relished the creamy taste. You hummed in satisfaction and Baekhyun smiled, very pleased with himself. You quickly lifted your ice cream cone to his lips.

  "Try? It's mango." You said teasingly.

Baekhyun smiled even brighter before taking a good mouthful of your heavenly mango. Only a second later as he was still at the same proximity, he leaned his head in capturing your lips with his. You reciprocated his actions with just as much fervency. Your lips moved against each other swiftly, the taste of mango and strawberry clashing between your tongues, creating more passion for the kiss. However, Baekhyun broke it off, leaning back to finish the last bites of his ice cream. You decided to continue yours as well, licking the last of the mango, not paying much attention to the humming sounds you were making at its delightful taste. Yes, ice cream was your thing, more like a weakness... well after Baekhyun of course.

When you bit down on the biscuit, you felt a cold peck settling on your neck, making you stumble in surprise and drop the cone onto the ground. You were staring at a very intimidating Baekhyun right now, his eyes were halfway turning to gold as he looked at you with lust.

He moved even closer between your already spread thighs and rested his hands on them before kissing you once again hungrily. The contrast between the cold ice cream and the heat of the kiss made you moan loudly, enjoying the feeling of it. You brought your hands to his chest, brushing them softly over his shirt.

You were getting lost in the moment as you squeezed your inner thighs on his waist. The action didn't go unnoticed by Baekhyun, his hands trailed between your inner thighs making you whimper into the kiss but nevertheless letting you focus back onto your surroundings. It dawned on you that it was becoming way too sensual while you were still in public, even though there was no one on this side of the beach. You broke the kiss regrettably and blinked at him shyly hoping he understood your action. Much to your luck, he did. And soon after, he planted a firm kiss on your forehead and pulled you into a warm hug.

  "God, you're adorable. This is too hard, I keep falling in deeper for you."

  "Just think of my negative aspects Baekkie." You moved back wanting to see his facial expressions. It seemed as if he was being tortured but in a good way.

  "That's the thing... you don't have any sweetheart."

  "Well, i'm still pursuing my plan to shove a cucumber down your throat." You smirked teasingly unable to hide the giggle any longer.

  "Good point. Now I found one... you're a devil in the form of a goddess... But I still love you very much. Now let's get going." He held you by the hips getting you off the hood to the car's door while you laughed uncontrollably.

Whenever you mentioned cucumbers, Baekhyun would change the subject very fast cause deep down inside, he knew you like the back of his hand. He knew you would accomplish your plan someday, and he was scared of it at some point.

  "Common Oppa, it's just a cucumber, won't bite you."

  "But I do bite baby and I get to punish too." He looked at you tauntingly and within a flip second the heat was bundling in your body making you shiver in your track at his filthy yet exciting words.

If you kept your gaze locked with his for a second longer, you knew you won't be able to hold back and it would be you this time initiating the intimate moment. Thank god for Baekhyun's hand pulling on the passengers's seat door, for it brought you back to reality.

Hearing the door bell ring, Baekhyun left the bag of Cheetos on the counter and strode towards you, whispering in your ear that he'll get it before pecking your cheeks and walking to the front door. How much you loved this man, even little acts like that made your heart pump loudly.

You and Baekhyun ended up deciding to stay at the Byun's house for tonight as for tomorrow night would be at yours.

As you heard the strange but familiar voice of non other than Jimin, your face blew into a wide smile. You left everything behind not sparing another glance at the beer sopping out of the cup, only running to the entrance to see the said male. Once he became in your line of vision, that so pretty face of his was filled with joy.

Not even a moment later, you were in between his arms, hugging him tightly as you called him by his special nickname "Chimmyy". You didn't even spare Baekhyun any time to greet his pal.

  "I missed you so much little one."

Your heart softened at the memories running in your head now just by hearing the name again, 'Little one'.

God how much you missed your best friends!

  "I missed you too. I'm s-"

You abruptly pulled away, furrowing your eyebrows in worry as a realization hit you. You shouldn't be this close to him, what if?!

Before you could even finish the thought, Baekhyun was besides you.

  "He has good tolerance, no need to worry baby." He held you by the waist and kissed the top of your head.

  "Also you are my buddies girl—actually his entire life." Jimin finished, a teasing look on his face but nevertheless the happiness was fully shown. You giggled and Baekhyun considered on letting his friend tease him some more if it meant hearing your adorable laugh.

He leaned in greeting the other man with their secret bro hand shake.

"Where's the others?" Baekhyun questioned, a slight worry in his voice.

  "Taehyung is helping Sehun park the car." Jimin chuckled and Baekhyun caught up on that leaving you the only one in the room wondering what he meant. However, your boyfriend was quick enough to answer.

  "He already started drinking?"

  "Yep, just finished the second beer right before we arrived." Jimin couldn't help himself but laugh half heartedly as Baekhyun facepalmed knowing how immature Sehun could get sometimes. You on the other hand shook your head in disbelief while giggling at the same old Sehun, guess he never changed.

  "Well how about Yeol? Isn't he coming?"

  "He is hyung..." Even though all of you were the same age except Sehun —he was younger than you all— however Jimin and Tae always referred to Chanyeol and Baekhyun as hyungs since they were older by a few months.

  "...With his girlfriend Hara." How could you forget the playful tone of Jimin when he becomes such a tease. Though, his eyes diverted towards you and a grateful smile was plastered on his face.

  "Nothing like you and Baekhyun hyung though." Jimin peeked a smirk and then winked at both you and Baek. You didn't get what he meant, maybe they were deeply in love?! But again, Baekhyun and you were in love since way back... hmmm maybe they have a strong bond... that's if they have already mated!

Next thing you noticed was Baekhyun lightly hitting Jimin's shoulder. This small interaction between them made your heart flutter.

Baekhyun knew that you didn't quiet understand what Jimin meant, he didn't explain though but squeezed your waist and pulled you closer to his side. His face was beaming with adoration and love to you. He brushed the few locks away from your forehead before leaving a soft kiss on it.

You could feel your body jumping in its wake, the smile unfaltering from your cheeks. For a second, you forgot that you were showing some PDA in front of your long time no see friend. But when you noticed, your cheeks turned red, your eyes flew up towards Jimin who was very much delighted with your kindaintimate moment with your boyfriend. Hmm guess he truly ships us after-all.

  "Hmm how I missed those flushed cheeks."

Your eyes trailed towards the husky voice coming out of the elevator. Your teeth appeared as your lips crinkled upwards seeing his blondish hair.

  "Taeeee," you passed Jimin and got caught up between Taehyung's arms as he span you around.

  "I missed you baby girl." A loud cough from non other than Baekhyun made Tae pull you back on your feet."

  "Yahh. Watch your language." All of you chuckled at Baekhyun's jealousy. How cute can he get when jealous!

  "Hyung i've always called her that common."

  "Well it has to change. She's my baby." Baekhyun lifted his eyebrow half teasingly, his voice filled with authority. Damn dominant Baekhyun is such a turn on. You couldn't help but bite your lip at the power withheld in his demeanor.

  "Fine." Taehyung hummed a mocking
