"What movie are we gonna watch?" She asked for what had to be the hundredth time. She had a giddy smile and her freckles and dimples were my second favorite part of her. Her eyes and her laugh had to be dead first, and they always would be first. The way her eyes light up at the simplest things, and her laugh that could change from a soft laugh to a full on wheeze. I chuckled at the thought. She's adorable.

"You're staring. Is there something on my face or?" She stuffed her face with another handful of popcorn.

"Yeah, you're taking all my popcorn. You little chipmunk." I snatched the popcorn bowl from her and watched her pinks turn rosy.

"What? I gotta store it for later." She teased, her long brown hair flowed past her shoulders and framed her face beautifully. I could stare all day for the rest of my life, and I would be satisfied.

"You haven't even decided which movie we were gonna watch." I stuffed my mouth with popcorn when she turned to me and raised her eyebrows.

"I was supposed to pick," there was a long pause as she took a deep breath, I tried to scoot to the other side of the couch but was stopped when she grabbed a pillow and tossed it at me. "And you didn't tell me?!" She jumped off the couch and the popcorn bowl flew into the air as I ran for my life.

"I thought you knew." I pleaded innocent while running around the house and dodging furniture.

"Oh really?" She was close behind me waving the remote in the air like it was the most lethal weapon in the world. Deadly wife. That's the only thought that went through my mind as I ran down the stairs.

"Angry, deadly, and short wife do not mix." I gasped, "Noted." I looked behind me and saw her sigh and go back to the TV.

"Fine, I'll choose. Just don't run from me anymore." I hesitantly peeked my head around the wall and saw her collapse onto the couch. Once I double checked she wasn't going to kill me anymore I laid down beside her and rested her head on my chest.

"What are we watching?" I asked running my fingers through her hair. She let out a soft hum and cuddled into me as I wrapped us in a blanket.

"We're watching," She waved her hands around as the movie name came on the screen, "Mulan!" I heard her giggle and I sighed.

"Again?! We watched this last weekend!" We both laughed as she struggled to breathe and say something else.

"You love Mushu. Don't even try and deny it." She tapped my nose and then we both snuggled together and sunk into the couch.

"I love you more." I said softly.

"I sure hope so, or you'd never be watching Mulan with me again." I kissed her temple and cuddled into her back. "I love you too." She said, and I felt her lean into me more.

"I could die a happy man right now." I muttered.

"Shush!" She hissed, and let out a soft chuckle that made her back shake slightly. I smiled and let fate do its thing as I watched this movie for what had to be the millionth time.
