Taehyung was Seokjin's brother?!

Why the fuck didn't Seokjin tell him that? Oh my God.

Chills ran down Jimin's spine as it dawned on him. He couldn't believe Seokjin didn't tell him. He really trusted him. He thought he was innocent. What else was he hiding? The fact that he betrayed him made Jimin's insides coil.

That moment, he just wished Yoongi was here. He just wished he didn't delete the photo and stayed with Jimin. Because he missed him.

What did Taehyung do for Hoseok to kill him? They had to start from there. Only then they could find out the other stuff. But again, with Doori it made Jimin wonder. Maybe she was the bridge for them all? Maybe she wโ€”

Idk why he even goes after Hoseok when he said he liked someone else. They might not have gone public but still, Hoseok is never going to reciprocate Tae's feelings.

Holy shit! Maybe Doori was the one Hoseok liked? Jungkook mentioned in his diary that they didn't go public. But Hoseok had told Taehyung, his friend. And that was how Jungkook knew.

"You remember anything about Hoseok and Doori dating?" Jimin asked Hyunjin as the two of them got into the cab.

"Not that I knew of. But she was a dance major too and she was Hoseok's dance partner.ย  She was also the president of the college. I don't know if they dated, though. Besides, every guy had their eyes on Doori."

That made more sense now. Dance partners. And Hoseok said he was the vice president of the college. So the two of them had been together in the student parliament of the college council. Maybe Hoseok indeed liked her.

"Why so?" Jimin asked.

"Because she was the only girl to stay in the dorms." Hyunjin shrugged. "Guys loved her. She was cool. That's why it was the talk of the college when she got expelled. Because everyone knew her. She used to do coke very often back then. So nobody was surprised when they heard she got expelled for selling drugs."

Now, Doori's picture was getting brighter in the story. She really did play an important role here. Seokjin and Namjoon included her in the drug cover up story, that was popular. Then Hoseok's suicide story, where a nude was spread. Both these stories practically made people care less about Taehyung's death. If Jimin was right, Seokjin and Namjoon must have spread the nudes too.

Now the question remained;

What was Seokjin and Namjoon trying to hide in Taehyung's death?

"We're here." the cab driver chided. The two boys got out of the car, paid for their ride before walking into the building in front of them.

"Who are we going to meet?" Hyunjin asked as Jimin walked, bracing his backpack on his shoulders.

"My therapist and psychiatrist." he replied.

"What does he have to do with all of this?"

"Seokjin is the one to get me to him. Then, he had to be someone close to him to help him with whatever he wanted. If I'm not wrong, he should be Jongin's therapist too."

"Hmm," Hyunjin hummed. "makes sense."

The two of them walked to the reception where a woman sat behind the desk, typing away in her computer.

"Excuse me? Hello," Jimin said. "I have a session with Dr. Wang."

"Your name, Sir?"

"Park Jimin."

"Let me check, Sir." she said before staring at her computer, typing on the keyboard, probably checking the schedule. After a few seconds, she looked up. "You are good to go, Sir. First floor, second door to your left."

Jimin gave her a small smile before shaking his head at Hyunjin, gesturing him to come along. The two of them climbed up the stairs, following the direction the receptionist had given them. Jimin knocked on the door and waited for his therapist to respond.

"Hey, Jimin, how have you been?" his therapist asked, a little too positive like he had always been. He had that contagious smile, that radiant aura around him all the time. "I see you brought a friend."

"I've been okay, Dr. Wang. And this is my friend Hyunjin." Jimin introduced.

"We've talked about it." Dr. Wang groaned. "You can just call me Jackson. And nice to meet you Hyunjin." he said, shaking hands with the said boy. Hyunjin just pursed up an awkward smile, staying silent. Jackson made the two of them sit down on the white couches in his cabin, taking a seat for himself too.

"So," Jackson started. "do you want to start your session?"

"Um...actually, I'm not here for a session." Jimin said, placing his elbows on his knees. "I'm here to ask you for a favour."

"Oh," Jackson's eyebrows hiked up. "sure. Ask me. Anything I can help you with?"

Jimin glanced at Hyunjin, giving him a look. "Jackson, you remember Taehyung?"

"Yes, you've mentioned him to me in our previous sessions. I remember."

"Well, then do you know Kim Jongin?"

Jackson's face paled, an unhealthy complexion of white taking over, his expression full of surprise.

"I-I um not sure what yo-you arโ€”"

"Cut the bullshit, Jackson." Jimin snapped. "You knew Taehyung was Jongin's personality, didn't you?"

Jackson looked between Jimin and Hyunjin, reluctant. He shifted awkwardly in his seat before sighing.

"I do. I was his therapist."

So Jimin was right. He knew it.

"I'm friends with Namjoon. And he had brought his brother to me. I've been Namjoon and Jongin's therapist for years."

Jimin frowned. "Why did Namjoon need a therapist?"

"He had...a problem with all the cruel cases he had dealt with. PTSD. He dealt with abuse cases, violation cases and all sorts of villainous things. He couldn't keep up."

Jimin's eyes sparkled. Namjoon. Right. He had a big part in all of this too, then.

"Tell me whatever you know about Jongin's mental health. Whatever you know about him."

Jackson looked tense, a little frightened. "I don't know, Jimin. I really don't think I shoโ€”"

"Jackson, I really need to know, please. You know how much it's going to fuck with my head if I don't know. You know me. Please, help me."

Jackson stared at Jimin for a while before sighing, pressing his thumbs to his temples. He cursed under his breath before looking at Jimin.

"Jongin," Jackson started. "first came to me when they found signs of Dissociative Identity Diorder. It was extremely hard to make him open up. Years and years of analysing and medication, but no improvement. He-he was impossible to be...saved from his own mind."

Jimin's throat constricted in pain and he glanced at Hyunjin who was pretty much the same as him.

"How bad was it for him to have another personality inside his head? Taehyung was nothing like Jongin?ย  Was hโ€”"

"Jimin....no...."

"What?"

"Jongin had not one but fourteen alter egos within him...."
