It was 7AM. I jumped out of my bed to get ready. I put on an oversized sweatshirt and some black leggings. I went downstairs to eat breakfast. I didn't eat much because I wasn't that hungry. I was still tired because I didn't get much sleep. I did a tik tok and then I watched some videos on youtube. About an hour later, Bryce came to pick me up. I hugged my parents and left. I hopped in Bryce's car.
B- Are you excited?
E- Yeah.
B- Josh told me that he saw you walking alone yesterday.
E- Yeah, I just wanted to take my mind off things.
B- Why, is everything okay?
E- Well, at school no. Outside from school, maybe.
B- Why that?
E- Because I only have one friend. Everyone at school hates me and bullies me.
B- Well, you have Avani.
E- Mhm.
I listened to music until we got there. All the boys were at the door waiting for me.
K- Hi I'm Kio.
G- Hey, I'm Griffin.
Ja- Sup, I'm Jaden.
A- Hey, I'm Anthony.
And then Josh came out. When I saw him I felt something different. I don't know what it was.
J- Yoo Ellie. You know me.
E- Yeah, I do.
I hugged everyone. Josh was last he leaned over and hugged me. We hugged for a bit longer the expected. I pulled away and I looked up at him. We locked eyes until I walked away with Bryce to show me my room.
B- So this is your room!
I smiled at him.
B- We are going to the pool in a bit, wanna join us?
E- Sure, just give me a minute to change.
B- Of course.
I changed into my favorite swimsuit. Avani called me.
Av- Hey El. I know it's your first day at the Sway House and I bet you wanna enjoy it but could we please meet up later on today?
E- Girl, is that even a question. What time?
Av- I was thinking maybe 6PM?
E- Yeah sure. I won't stay out for that long because we have school tomorrow.
Av- Mhm!
E- Okay, let's say, 6PM at Starbucks.
Av- I'll be there!
E- Bye boo.
Av- Bye hoe.
I went downstairs to the pool. I was covering myself at first because I felt insecure about my body.
B- Ellie come on. You are perfect, no need to hide anything.
I pulled my hands away and I looked around and noticed that Josh was staring directly at me. I smiled at him and he did the same. I went in the pool and started swimming.

Anthony ordered food for everyone. While he was ordering I went to my room to change. I heard a knock on my door.
E- Come in!
J- Hey Ellie.
E- Oh Josh. Hi!
I smiled.
E- Can I help you with anything?
J- I have something to say.
E- Oh.
J- I'm sorry for the way Nessa is treating you. I swear she is a good person.
I rolled my eyes and looked away. Nessa is very rude to me. She always makes fun of me. I didn't care about what Josh thinks about her, Nessa has destroyed my life.
J- Don't roll your eyes at me.
E- I just don't like Nessa, you won't change my mind.
I started looking in my suitcase for a sweatshirt to wear because it is cold outside.
E- Shit I need to go shopping.
J- Why?
I thought he left my room.
E- I haven't brought any sweatshirts with me.
J- How about the one you were wearing earlier.
E- It's wet. Could you tell Bryce to come here for a second.
J- Why?
E- I want to borrow one of his sweatshirts.
Josh took of his sweatshirt. I just started at his abs. He looked so hot. I immediately looked away. i can't do that Bryce would kill me. He handed me his sweatshirt.
E- Thank you Josh, you didn't have to. I owe you.
J- No problem
He walked away and I put on some white jeans and Josh's blue sweatshirt. It was really comfy. I made a few tik toks and then I went downstairs.
E- Bryce, can you drive me at Starbucks.
B- Why?
E- I'm hanging out with Avani today.
A- Wait, is that Josh's sweatshirt.
I looked at Anthony awkwardly.
E- Yeah.
B- Umm, I need an explanation.
E- I forgot to pack any sweatshirts.
Bryce looked confused and a bit mad.
B- Okay, but next time ask me for a sweatshirt. Oh and I'll drive you there.
A- Hey Bryce, can you drop me and Josh at the mall?
B- Sure thing man.
I grabbed my phone and followed Bryce. Anthony and Josh were behind us.
Bryce dropped me off at Starbucks. I ran to Avani and hugged her. We got some drinks and then we went to the mall because we wanted to do some shopping. I knew Josh and Anthony were there so I was scared because Josh usually hangs out with Nessa and she would kill me if she saw me wearing Josh's sweatshirt. When we arrived at the mall I squeezed Avani's hand.
Av- Beb, you okay?
E- I'll tell you later.
Av- Okay.
We walked in and I saw Anthony and Josh alone, Nessa wasn't there. I felt so relieved. Josh and Anthony saw us and just waved at us. Avani and Anthony are really close, they both like each other but for now they are not together.
Av- Can we go say hi to them.
I could see the smile on her face, she was blushing and she was so happy when she saw Anthony.
E- Sure thing!
We walked up to them. Avani ran up to Anthony and hugged him. Me and Josh were just awkwardly staring at each other.
Av- We should get going now.
E- Yeah.
I grabbed her hand and pulled her away. She looked at me weirdly. I whispered to her: “We need to talk about something, it's really important”. Avani waved goodbye at the boys and followed me. We sat at a bench and I started crying.
Av- Tell me what happened now.
E- Josh.
Av- Wait..
E- I like him. I know it's wrong. I know he is with Nessa. I know that my brother will kill me if he finds out.
Av- I'm sorry beb, there is nothing I can do. I wish I could help.
She hugged me tightly.
E- I know beb.
Av- Let's go shopping to cheer you up.
I nodded. I wiped my tears away. I smiled and got up.
We bought a lot of clothes, makeup and accessories. It was 10PM so I called Bryce to pick me up. I asked him if we could stop at Avani's house because we decided to spend the night together at sway so she can cheer me up. He said okay. After about 30 minutes we were settled at my room. I cuddled up with Avani.
Av- I am hungry.
E- Bitch, i'm starving.
Av- Let's go get something to eat.
E- Okay, follow me.
We went to the kitchen, all the boys were there. Avani hugged Anthony. I just grabbed some snacks from the fridge. I hugged Bryce and I could feel myself tear up. Avani and Anthony came up to me.
A- Ellie, you okay?
E- Yeah..
Av- Beb, I know when you're sad.
Bryce pulled away and looked at me.
B- Sis, what happend.
Avani and I stared at each other. She knew what was going on. Josh was staring at me.
J- Whatever is bothering you, I promise it will eventually go away.
I smiled and felt better. Avani just looked at me smiling. I turned around and faced Josh, our eyes locked ones again. I couldn't keep myself quiet anymore. I started crying.
E- I'm sorry.
I pulled away from Bryce's hug and started walking away. Avani followed me.
Av- Listen, I know it's hard for you, now cuddle up to me bubs and rest.
I cried on her shoulder and she started crying with me. What a great friend I have. We both fell asleep.
