Jimin had thrown his clothes in the wash and took a shower, then got changed into his own clothes before he went downstairs.

Jungkook and Grace were lazing on the couch, but once Jimin stood in the doorway, Jungkook sat up. He said something to Grace, kissed her forehead then stood up.

He pulled Jimin to the entryway and let him put his shoes on.

Jimin initiated a hug, but Jungkook wouldn't let him go until he'd said, "If you ever want me, I'll be here."

Jimin nodded and they slowly pulled apart. He gave the taller a small kiss on his cheek then smiled before he left.

-------------------

"Oh, Yoongi-hyung, I'm terrible," Jimin repeated as he paced back across the older's living room.

"For God's sake, Jimin, sit down. You're making me nervous. What did you do?"

Jimin pressed his lips together then stopped moving. He turned to the older male then blurted, "I slept with Jungkook last night."

Yoongi's features remained calm and neutral then he suddenly let out a groan and threw his head back.

Jimin flinched backwards, somehow expecting Yoongi to slap him without moving from the sofa.

"Jimin," the older brought his head forward and pat the couch cushion beside him.

The shorter moved over and carefully sat down on the edge of the couch.

"I'm not gonna hit you, you aren't Tae Hyung. He deserves it with the shit he does-"

"I deserve it," Jimin mumbled, pressing his hands to his face, "Jisoo should pummel me into hell himself. God should give him a brand new...nice boyfriend."

"I think you're nice. You've always been nice. Even before you were gay."

Jimin softly smiled and relaxed, scooting further onto the couch.

"Jimin, why would you go along with it?"

"Hyung...I...I kind of started it."

"What?"

"Well," the younger ran a hand through his hair, "Instead of waiting for him by the front door and saying bye and leaving, I- I went up to his room."

Yoon's face didn't change so Jimin continued.

"I mean, he kissed me first, but I didn't tell him to stop. And honestly...I wanted it. I still wanna be with him."

"Is it because of Gracie?"

"Not...fully, no. She's great and I love her; I love Jungkook too. I still love him. Focusing on Jisoo and our relationship didn't make it all go away. I thought I wanted that, but," he stopped there and shook his head.

"Jimin, you've always wanted kids, and Jungkook has Grace, so that's a man and a kid in a nice package for you. Maybe-"

"No, hyung- I- Back in college, I fell in love with Jungkook and who he is. And over the years, I learned...to accept his changes and everything that came with him. Malani...I hated that she got to have him, but she was a good friend before she turned bitter. And when Gracie came...at first I was heartbroken. I thought 'He really loves her'....and then they fell apart and I can't say I wasn't somewhat relieved."

"Jimin, I'm not gonna be sympathetic and I'm not gonna baby you. Jisoo is better for you, plain and simple. He's made you happier in two years of a relationship than Jungkook has in ten years of a friendship."

"Hyung, I know," Jimin groaned into his palms, "I know and I hate myself, but I can't stay with him. But I don't wanna break his heart. He's so nice and he...we just decided to get married. I can't do this to him."

"So don't," Yoon said plainly, shrugging, "Tell him, but don't leave him."

"But hyung-"

"Park Jimin," the older interrupted, "For the good of your heart, you should stay with him. I know you feel guilty right now, but you'll just have to work it out with him."

-------------

Jimin was crying when he got back to his apartment. He was fighting Jisoo as he came through the door, not wanting to talk; only wanting to get to their bedroom.

"Baby," Jisoo grabbed his shoulders for the fourth time, but Jimin shrugged him off and kept going, "What's wrong? Where've you been? Why are you crying?"

Jimin just shook his head and finally managed to get to their room, "Where's the thing that...that um," he sniffled and started digging through his desk drawers. "The thing Kookie gave us."

"Um...it's here somewhere," Jisoo stood beside him, laying his hand on the other's back, "Baby, please tell me what's wrong."

Jimin paused. He considered it. He really did and he wondered if he should just stay with Jisoo and get married. Yoongi was right. And maybe everything with Jungkook would fade since he got to be with Jungkook the way he'd always wanted.

Jimin went back to looking, finding the small MP3 and pulling it from the drawer.

He moved and got his headphones from Jisoo's school bag.

The taller followed him and watched in worry as he plugged the headphones in and played the track.

Sure enough, Jimin broke down in tears and sank to the floor as the song that Jungkook sang for him all those months ago flooded his ears.

-----------------

Jungkook sulked for days. He told Grace he was feeling sick and his sweet little girl took care of him, even going as far as to call Jin and ask him to go shopping for them.

Once Jungkook pulled himself from his hole, he took Grace to an amusement park and thanked her for being a good nurse and even better daughter.

They had a good time and some amazing blueberry flavored ice cream.

She was passed out on his shoulder by the time they left, yet she woke up long enough to eat chicken nuggets when Jungkook stopped at a restaurant on the way home.

He'd glance at her in the rearview mirror, watching her head bob as they went over bumpy roads.
His daughter was adorable.

---------------

Jungkook pulled Grace from her carseat and let her slump against his chest as he shut the door.

The front door motion-light came on and Jungkook almost yelled at the sight of a person sitting in front of his door.

When he realized it was Jimin, he calmed down and slowly crouched in front of the older.

He reached out and grabbed Jimin's shoulder, shaking him lightly and calling out to him.

When Jimin woke up enough to realize Jungkook was in front of him, he quickly moved and threw his arms around the taller's neck.

"Hyung-"

"I'm sorry. I...I can't stop wanting you, Jungkook. I'll always love you, but I can't....I can't leave Jisoo like this."

"Jimin..."

"I know it sucks...it really sucks, but it's better this way."

"How is it better if we can't be together?" The younger whispered.

"It just is."

"Jimin, do you love him?"

The older pulled back, staring at Jungkook before he slowly shook his head.

"Do you love me?"

The smaller nodded, reaching out and playing with Grace's braided hair.

"Then be with me," Jungkook tried not to let the desperation slip into his voice, but it was hard.

"Jungkook, I'm engaged-"

"You said he'd let you change your mind."

"About moving. Which we've decided not to."

Jungkook smiled at that then glanced around, "Well, um...that got really serious, but...do you wanna come in?"

Jimin giggled and nodded standing up a bit slower than Jungkook, "Where did you guys go today? She seems worn out."

"I took her to the amusement park. She took care of me while I was sick."

"Aw," Jimin smiled, taking the keys from Jungkook's hand and opening the front door.

"How long have you been here? Are you hungry?"

"Um...no, I'm fine," Jimin shrugged, pulling Grace's shoes off and placing them neatly on the floor. The two males kicked their own shoes off and they all headed upstairs.

Jimin waited outside Grace's room until Jungkook had her tucked in. Then the two of them went down the hall to Jungkook's bedroom.

The younger tiredly went to his closet, taking off his jacket and hanging it up.

"Um...Jungkookie?" Jimin quietly moved to stand next to the taller.

"Yeah?" Jung smiled.

"C-Can I...Can I wear some of your clothes?"

Jungkook laughed lightly and nodded, "Yeah, I don't see why not."

Jimin smiled and waited as Jungkook searched through his closet. He handed the smaller a baggy white shirt and Jimin moved to stand beside the bed before he changed into it. It fell to his knees, so he took his jeans off and waited for Jungkook to change.

The younger was the opposite of Jimin, having sweatpants and no shirt on.

Jungkook moved over and took Jimin's hand, leading him to lay down in bed. Then he walked around and turned off the lamp before he crawled under the covers.

He hesitated before he rolled to his side and wrapped his arm around Jimin. He pulled the smaller closer, Jimin's back to his chest, and buried his nose in the other's hair.

"Good night, Jungkookie," the older mumbled.

"Night hyung," Kook whispered, pressing a kiss to Jimin's hair.

-------------------

"Daddy," Grace shook her father once more as she pouted. "Daddy, get up! We have to go to preschool!"

Jungkook groaned, and somehow managed to roll onto his back without laying on Grace and without waking up Jimin.

"Daddy! We'll be late!"

"Okay...Okay princess. Go get dressed."

"I am dressed," Grace pouted, "I want my hair braided."

"Your hair is hard to braid. It looks pretty down anyway," Jungkook looked at her and reached up, tucking her hair behind her ear, "My pretty Sunshine."

"Daddy!" The girl blushed, "Hurry up."

"I'm going. Don't worry. What do you want for breakfast?"

"Uncle JiJi's pancakes."

"Mm, why don't let him sleep, Sunshine. JiJi's really tired."

"Really? Why?"

"Work, I guess."

Grace stared at Jimin for a while then her face lit up. "Is he moving in with us?!"

"No, baby. I'm sorry. I know how much you love him."

"I love him lots."

"I know," Jungkook smiled, "He loves you too..., but not as much as me."

Grace laughed then flopped down on her dad's chest, "I love you the mostest."

"Thank you Sunshine," Jungkook kissed her hair then wrapped his arms around her, "Never grow up."

"I won't!"

Jungkook kissed her forehead and she giggled, then wiggled away from him, "I'll be waiting!"

"Mm," her dad hummed.

Jung inhaled through his teeth then rubbed his face. Once he was awake enough that he wouldn't fall back asleep, he rolled to his side and threw his arm over Jimin's waist.

The smaller jolted, letting out an annoyed hum before he curled into the sheets.

Jungkook smiled then pat Jimin's hair down, "I have to go."

"No," the older whined, "Please don't."

"I gotta drop Gracie off at preschool and then go to work, baby. I have to."

Jimin groaned then wiggled until he was on his back. He looked up at the other, who was propped up on his arm, then exhaled through his nose.

Jungkook leaned down and pecked the other's lips, "Do you have work today?"

"Yeah, night shift though," Jimin pouted.

"Mm...well...wanna meet for lunch?"

Jimin grinned and closed his eyes, "Yeah."

Jungkook let out a quiet laugh then pressed another kiss to Ji's lips.

"Kookie, can I shower here?"

"Of course, hyung," the younger smiled to himself and sat up on his knees, "I'll leave you a towel by the shower and a toothbrush on the sink, how's that?"

"Sounds....hygienic," Jimin giggled.

Kook rolled his eyes and leaned down to press a kiss to Ji's forehead.

"Love you," Jimin mumbled.

Jungkook paused then slowly pressed his lips to the older's. Their kiss was soft and slow, which had Jimin melting into the bed.

"Love you," Jung mumbled as he pulled away.

Jimin bit his lip and giggled lightly, "I love you."

"Love you too," the younger smiled and traced the other's cheekbone.
