Jungkook was absolutely sure his mother was talking Jimin's ear off.

He could hear his mother's voice echo through the house, Jimin wasn't in his arms anymore (neither was Charmander), and the only time he felt the draft from the kitchen was when his door was left open.

Eventually, he willed himself out of bed and made his way to the living room where he found his mother and Jimin on the sofa.

He slowly walked into the room, catching their attention, and laid down in the floor in front of them.

"Well, good morning, lazy bones," his mother smiled at him.

He hummed out a response and opened one eye.

Jimin was holding Charmander in his lap, but he leaned down and held it out to the alpha after a few seconds.

Jungkook took it, his larger hands sweeping over Jimin's small ones, then tucked the plushie under his head.

"Are you being quiet today?," his mother asked.

"No," Kook mumbled, "Me and Jimin-hyung talked all afternoon."

"That's good. I'm sure Seokjin-ah is jealous; bless his heart."

"Jealous?," Jimin asked, cocking an eyebrow.

"Mhm," she nodded, "Of you. He's been trying to get a hello out of my son for as long as I can remember."

"Since we first met," Kook muttered, rolling to his back, "I never said hello back when Taehyung introduced us."

"That's rude," Jimin pouted, making the alpha coo.

Jungkook's mother lifted her hand to her chest and grabbed her necklace, a smile spreading across her lips. Finally, she thought, he's finally opening up.

By the time Jimin had to leave, his mother calling a second time to make sure he was okay and on his way home, Jungkook was willing to part with Charmander for the weekend under the pretense that Jimin bring it back to school Monday.

At first, Jimin was against it (very aware that their peers would notice him giving something to an alpha), but he let himself forget the people he didn't care about and focused on Jungkook. Jungkook wanted him to take the stuffed toy, so he did.

Jimin took Charmander and followed Jungkook's mother out to her car, where he got in the front seat. He waved back at Jungkook as the alpha leaned against the doorway, waving like a fool.

"Jungkook-ah," Jimin found the alpha Monday morning, standing at Taehyung's locker with the rest of his friends present as well.

The alpha turned around and smiled down at the omega- cute and hugging the Pokemon to his chest.

"Uh...um...I brought your toy," Jimin smiled slowly handing it out to the younger, "I made sure I took care of him...fixed the hole in his tail, too."

Jungkook nodded a 'thank you' then took the Pokemon to give it a once over.

"Thanks for letting me borrow it," Jimin waved to everyone slightly as he caught them staring.

"Jungkookie," Taehyung pat the alpha's butt and stepped up next to him just to give him a serious look.

Jungkook looked angry for a second, then he was confused.

"Geez, you really aren't romantic," Tae sighed, crossing his arms.

Jungkook blushed and dropped his eyes back to Charmander.

"Um...maybe," Jimin linked his hands together, thumb-pads pressed together, "Maybe we could hang out again...sometime."

Kook nodded as he looked up, eyes crinkling at the sides.

"Yeah?," Jimin grinned, the tip of his tongue poking the back of his front teeth.

Jungkook nodded again, looking over his shoulder once Seokjin tapped his butt with his foot.

"Uh...are you...busy this weekend? My mom's going to my grandparents and my dad's working...I was gonna stay with Yoongi-hyung, but..."

"That means he'd rather be with you, Jungkook-ah," Taehyung whispered, teasing the younger alpha.

Kook let out an annoyed growl, causing Seokjin and Jimin to back up from him.

Kook noticed the movement from the corner of his eye and he turned to Jimin as Seokjin grabbed onto Hoseok.

Jimin brought his arms up to hold himself, so Jungkook quickly gave him back Charmander.

The omega whimpered and tucked his nose against the Pokemon's head.

"Ah, Kookie, control yourself," Tae grumbled, moving back to check on Seokjin. He lightly kicked his youngest friend in the butt and pushed him forward a couple steps.

Jungkook would've turned around and yelled at him, but he was too busy staring into Jimin's sparkling eyes. They were glistening with unshed tears, of course, but Jungkook had the notion to reach out and place his hand on Jimin's cheek.

Jimin basically threw himself into Jungkook's chest, tucking Charmander between them.

The Alpha wrapped him up, making sure no one else could get to him.

Jimin was in his arms now. Jimin was his.

"I like this movie, Kookie," Jimin said, raising his head from Jung's shoulder.

"Yeah?"

"Mhm," Ji giggled.

"Can't believe you'd never watched Spiderman."

"I'm sorry," Jimin laughed, pouting playfully, "I grew up liking horses and dinosaurs."

Jungkook blinked at him a few times, "Those are two very different species."

"Well, my kid brain put them in the same era."

"Your kid brain needed education," the alpha laughed.

Jimin gaped then hit the other's arm, "Excuse you! I was a creative child! I took ballet!"

Jungkook paused at that. "You dance?"

Jimin lost his hard stare and cuddled into himself, "A little. I don't really have time anymore."

"Oh. I do hip-hop classes with Hobi-hyung on Saturdays after school."

"Yeah? Is it fun?"

"Mostly yeah. The studio is really hard core and hyung doesn't let up on me just 'cause we're friends."

"Wait...does Hoseok-ah teach the class?"

"Mhm. Him and Jong-up hyung. Yugyeomie is in training so he observes and only teaches on special days."

"That sounds cool," Jimin turned towards the younger and grinned, "Do you think I could tag along one day and watch? I'd love to see you dance."

"Why not?," Jung shrugged, a small smile stretching across his face as his eyes fell to Jimin's hands.

"Jungkook, who's this little cutie?," Jackson asked, hands on his hips as he approached the two of them.

Jungkook gripped Jimin's hand and the omega hid behind him slightly.

"Hello, my name's Park Jimin," the omega softly said, "I'm here to watch you guys dance. Oh! I-I'm a friend of Kookie's."

"Aw, that's adorable. Yugyeomie!"

"Hyung," Yu sighed as he made his way across the room, "I told you that sounds horrible coming from you."

"Meet Jungkook's lover-"

"What?!?," Jimin's face burst into flames. Jungkook rolled his eyes.

"I'm kidding," Jackson chuckled, "But I wouldn't hold hands if you don't want me to get the wrong idea."

Jimin's grip loosened, but Kook's tightened and he pulled Jimin across the room to the back corner. There was a small closet where Jungkook threw his bag and then he and Jimin started playing a stretching game.

They would copy one another's stretches, then come up with one of their own and the cycle would continue.

Once Jong-up arrived, the class started and Jungkook led Jimin to a bench against the right wall.

"Have fun," Jimin whispered.

"I will," Kook whispered back, squeezing Ji's hand before he went to stand in the center of the room.

Moon Jong-up started class with announcements about an upcoming talent show and an audition date for a dance crew in Hong-dae.

Jimin was glad Jungkook showed no interest because he couldn't take spending less time with the alpha than he already did.

After a few minutes, Jong-up's eye landed on Jimin and he asked, "Can I help you?"

"Oh, um," Jimin's gaze went to Jungkook and the alpha smiled at him, "I'm just watching. I came with Jungkook-ah."

"Really? That's great," Moon smiled then went back to talking to the group of students.

Jungkook looked over his shoulder and shot a smile at Jimin.

The Omega smiled back and clutched his hand over his chest. His heart was doing somersaults.

"Cut it out, Jungkookie!," Jimin laughed, pushing the Alpha's hands away from his sides.

Kook got in a few more seconds of tickles, then laid back on his bed, stretching out and groaning.

Jimin blushed, averting his eyes from the younger's stomach- his toned stomach- and the ruffle in his sweatpants around his groin.

"Hyung."

"Y...uh...yeah?"

"Are you a good cook?"

"Well...with some things."

The alpha laughed then sat up, his right leg falling off the mattress, "Can you make bulgogi with banana peppers?"

"I...I can try," Jimin smiled.

Jungkook groaned and dropped his head to the table.

"Kookie!," Jimin rushed to his side and gripped his arm, "Are you okay?"

"This is so good," Jung pouted, moving his hand up to blindly try and grab another piece of meat.

Jimin let out a sigh, then rolled his eyes as he moved back to the stove and turned it off.

"Thanks for cooking, Jimin," the alpha said, then stuffed his mouth full.

"You're welcome," Ji giggled, bringing his own plate to the table, "What time does your mom get back?"

"Five."

"I'll be sure to do the dishes before then," Ji mumbled.

"It's okay," Kook shrugged, "It's my turn tonight anyway, we can do it after dinner."

"Oh," Jimin raised his eyebrows, "Okay. Um...Yoongi hyung usually makes me wash dishes, um," the smaller male let out a short laugh.

"Is Yoongi your omega friend?"

"Oh, yeah."

"Hm....who's the tall alpha?," Jung asked.

"Kim Namjoon," Jimin nodded, "He's the son of one of my mom's friends, so we became friends as well."

"Ah, I see."

"So...since we're talking about Namjoon hyung...um..."

"He say something about me?"

"No!," Jimin hurriedly said, raising his eyes from his plate, "He just...he's been talking about your Omega friend...I'm sorry. I never caught his name."

"Seokjin-hyung?"

"Yes," Ji nodded, "See...Joon-hyung just calls him Jinnie, so...I thought it was some...pet name he gave him. I don't know if you've heard or not, but Hyung stayed in America for a year or so. So I always thought of 'Jinnie' as 'Jenny'. Because he always said that was such a pretty name."

"I agree," Jungkook nodded, "It sounds nice."

"Oh...sorry for rambling," the omega blushed and looked back to his lap.

"It's okay," Jung smiled, "I like listening to others talk."

Jimin nodded and they continued on with lunch.
