"Why do you keep looking at the door?" I ask Emma.

"Huh? No reason. Can't I just look?"

"Uh, I guess. Sorry, don't let me stop your fascinating door gazing." She's been acting weird since we got to work this morning. I'm actually surprised she hasn't asked me about Nate. Not that I feel like talking about it.

He actually called me yesturday but I ignored his phone calls. I don't know how to feel about anything so I'm kind of ignoring it. It's not healthy but whatever.

I check my phone and its almost 1 in the afternoon. There's no customers right now and I don't mind. The past few days were crazy busy. In the brightside I was able to come in and get extra hours.

"Em, I'm going to go outside for some air. Call my phone if you need anything."

"Umm. Okay." I then see her look down at her phone furiously texting someone.

Alright then.

I go through the back door and sit on a wooden bench. It's facing a small park that has a couple of swings and slides. I would go but there's a gate all around it and I don't feel like going all the way to the entrance. Wow, I'm lazy.

I close my eyes for a little bit and try to not think about Nate. Or that gorgeous girl in the photo. But seconds later I can't help it and just give in. I start remembering all the times he made me laugh and smile.

I even hear him calling my name. It sounds real. Actually, too real.

"Audrey!"

I open my eyes and right in front of me is Nate.

He isn't due back yet. Plus how do I ask about the pictures? How do I feel about this? Why can't I stop asking myself all these freaking questions?

"Uh hi." I've missed him so much and want to hug him but I refrain myself.

"I know I have things to explain."

"How do you know?" I ask even though I have a feeling.

"Emma told me since you avoided my phone calls." He sits down next to me on the bench.

"Or lack of." I mutter remembering all those days he didn't respond.

"My phone broke. I just got it back. I couldn't call you because I don't have your phone memorized. Sorry. I will tattoo your number on me if I have too so you can forgive me."

I laugh at that. "That's not necessary."

"Good because I hate needles. Plus it would be hard to explain."

"People would think you're crazy." I add.

"I would do it for you though, cause I love you." He says like it's no big deal. This is the first time he's told me.

He continues talking before I can say anything back. "I would never cheat on you. Which is why I need to explain that picture Aimee sent you." He says Aimee with an annoyed look.

"That picture is 3 years old and is of me and my ex. Her name is Angela. The relationship wasn't very long just six months. It ended because I found out she was cheating on me. I hadn't dated anyone since her, I was focused on work and being the future C.E.O of the company. Until I met you. I think she only sent you that picture so she could make it seem I was seeing someone else. I know what it feels like to be cheated on so I could never do it to someone else. Also I love you and can't imagine being with anyone else, my spraying ninja."

He needs to stop saying that he loves me. It makes my heart go crazy fast everytime.

"I knew you would never let that go. I wouldn't have sprayed if I knew it was you."

He starts laughing.

I sigh."I'm sorry too. I should have never doubted you. I should have answered when you called, told you and let you explain."

"You have nothing to be sorry about. I'm just glad you know the truth now. You can even ask Emma. She checked it out and probably has a powerpoint with evidence."

"Stupid Aimee. Ugh and stupid me for even letting her get in my head. From now on I will wait before jumping to any conclusions." I never want to talk or see her again. I'm starting to sound like Emma. When she gets irritated she says stupid every other word.

Nate hugs and holds me. "I missed you so much by the way."

Then I remember "Hey, why are you here early? You didn't come back just for me did you?" He had meetings and stuff. I would feel horrible.

"I would have but actually I finished early. I was already planning to come today. After you didn't answer I thought something was wrong and that's when I called Emma."

Before I lose courage, I drop the arms he has around me and face him. "I love you too."

He smiles and smirks "I know."

"Shut up." I roll my eyes and bring him in for a kiss.

"Yayy! You guys are so cute, I'm glad everythings good again." I hear Emma yell behind us.

"Go away Emma!" Nate yells back and kisses me again.
