After crying for the whole evening i decided to go shopping . . . at 3pm.

I've decided I will no longer hide myself in clothes I don't even like just because I was scared an insecure. I should be able to freely wear whatever I want and feel comfortable in it.

I didn't want to wear anything too revealing considering I was still going to school not to a party so I chose to wear a blue plaid skirt, paired with a blue cropped cardigan over a white tank top.

I had my eyebrows, eyelashes and nails done during the weekend. I even cut side bangs and dyed my hair a dark black which was a big thing for me considering I've never dyed my hair before. Unless chalk dye in 6th grade counts.

I went downstairs earlier than usual to eat breakfast before going to school.

Ooh, waffles!

I nibbled happily on my waffles that had syrup and whipping cream on it, when Ashton came falling down the stairs and I burst into a never ending laughter and he just glares at me. Then my laughter dies down as I notice his stern face.

"Uhm, who are you and what are you doing in my house? You look like my ugly ass sister. Oh God, are you better looking clone of my sister?" He asks, panicking.

"Aw, Ashton, just say I look gorgeous and leave." I grinned.

"Are you sure you want to go to school not looking like an old hag?" He says, in a sassy tone.

"That is very rude and I am very much offended." I roll my eyes and head to the table next to the staircases and near the door to grab my stuff.

But the person there made me freeze.

Damien. He frowned in confusion. "Ella?"

"Very funny, Damien." I roll my eyes again and walk out the door with a pair of white air force ones.

~☆~

I park into the school parking lot and as I step out of the car I am welcomed with a lot of stares and I internally smirk in triumph but act unbothered as I strut into the school and receive attention from the girls and the boys.

I find my friends by my locker and went over to greet them.

Jacob does the wolf whistle thing and eyes me up and down. I grinned at him as he smirks at me.

"Look whose best friend looks amazingly stunning today? That's right mine." Breanne said as we high fived each other.

Soon, my brother and the guys start their overly dramatic thing where they walk in the school again. I roll my eyes and kept some of my stuff in my locker amd grab the books that I need for my first period Lit. Which I have with Damien.

The boys walk over to our place and Damien never leaves his stare off me.

"Hey baby sis, so about your...that..." he says directing to my clothes.

"Nope"

"But I-"

"Nuh uh"

"I just-"

"Shhhhh"

"Ugh fine but if anyone ever touches you I will make sure to hurt his tiny baby maker." Ashton threatens.

Still, Damiens eyes never leave me.

That's low-key kinda creepy, dude. Chill.

"El let's go. We have Lit remember?" Damien reminded me.

"Oh yeah. Wait a sec." I say and grab my stuff. "Okay let's go."

Damien still keeps staring at me that it starts to be a little bit uncomfortable.

"What's wrong?" I ask Damien.

"Nothing. You look good." Damien answers casually. Not meeting my eye.

I unintentionally blushed, my cheeks were flushed as I looked away to hide it. "Thanks."

As we walk down the hallway another comment was made.

"Whoo i would go for that ass. Hot as fück."

I just rolled my eyes at him. But the guy behind me didn't seem to be okay with the comment as he hardens and his body becomes tense and glares at the guy.

The guy backs away and puts his hands up in a surrendering way.

What's his problem? It's not like he's my boyfriend.

Though I don't have a problem with that.

. . . . .

I was walking down the hallway, alone when I was confronted by Ms. Violet the bitch herself.

She rudely shoved my books to the floor with her perfectly manicured nails. "Oh, no. You should really watch where you're going, Ella. You might have to wear those ugly huge glasses of yours again. Considering, you're practically blind without it." She smirked smugly as her other friends snickered.

"Ever heard of contact lenses, Violet?" I glared at her before crouching down to pick up my books.

"Whatever." She sneered. "Aren't you scared some other guy would want to rape you again? You know, with you wearing something as provoking as that - you don't want a guy to be turned on by your clothes but you still decide to wear provoking clothes."

I clenched my jaw angrily as I stood up to face the bitch. "Because unlike you, Violet, I don't dress up for prepubescent, horny boys who treat women like sex toys." I glared, pointing my finger at her before strutting down the hallway, away from her.

I heard her throw a small tantrum. "You better stay away from my boyfriend or I promise, you will regret it!"

I roll my eyes. I don't even know your boyfriend and if you feel so threatened by me, then you need to do something about that boyfriend of yours because that is not my problem.

I walk into the cafeteria and took a seat with my friends, huffing and slamming the table with my books.

They flinched before laughing.

"You okay?" Breanne asks.

"Yeah, just Violet things, you know?" I roll my eyes.

Jenna and Breanne grimaced.

"She never knows when to stop." Jenna shakes her head and took a bite out of her salad.

"You're eating a salad?" I asked, curiously. Jenna likes to eat a lot. Sure, sometimes she didn't eat healthy but she still had a balanced diet, just in bigger portions.

"Yeah, you know, I figured I could use a diet or two." She shrugged.

"Are you sure?" I frowned and she nodded, shoving a salad into her mouth.

"Where's Tessa and the rest?" I asked as I looked around the cafeteria, not spotting their faces.

"They decided to eat out." Breanne told and I nodded before eating lunch.
