"Will you be okay? Should I come with you?" Vivaan asked Anya.

"I will be fine. I need some time alone" she said.

"Call me once you are ready to go" Vivaan kissed her on her forehead and Anya got out of the car. She took the packets out from the back seat and passed a smile at Vivaan. Giving him a flying kiss she entered the graveyard.

Once she found his grave she placed the bouquet of his favourite flowers there.

In the loving memory of,
Reza Kishwaar

"Hey!" she whispered and sat next his grave. It has been a year since Reza breathed his last. "I know I am late but trust me I was here last night but that stupid watchman didn't let me in" she chuckled remembering her argument with the watchman.

"Look I brought you your favourite cake and also not to forget from your favourite bakery" she opened the box which had butterscotch flavored cake. "I know I hate this flavor but you love it so today we are going to eat this only" she placed the candles on the cake and lit it.

"We have always celebrated our birthday together, Reza and we will always celebrate it together" she said while keeping her tears at bay.

"I will blow the candles for you as well" she said. She blew the candles and sang the birthday song. "Happy birthday to you. Happy birthday dear Reza, happy birth--" she couldn't control anymore and broke down into tears. She sobbed hysterically.

"Tere bina birthday, birthday lag hi nahi raha hai yaar. Kyu chala gaya tu? Kyu? Tu na bahot bura hai, Reza. Abhi tu yaha hota na toh bolta ki mujhe khush hona chahiye ki tu mere hisse ka cake nahi khae ga par mai tujhe aapne hisse ka bhi cake dene ko tayaar hu bas tu wapas aa ja yaar" she cried and cried. She cried till no more tears were left.

"I miss you, Reza. So much that it hurts" she whispered.

"Do not shed tears when you remember me. I want you to smile every time you think about me. Okay?" she remembered his words and immediately wiped her tears.

"I have a good news" she said playing with the pendant that Reza gave her. "Vivaan proposed me yesterday at midnight and I said yes" she said showing him the diamond ring. "I wanted you to be the first one to know but that stupid watchman didn't let me in" she said.

"I did the right thing by accepting his proposal, right?" she said and felt the cold breeze kissing her face. It felt as if Reza was agreeing with her. She continued talking about her day and how excited she is to have kids with Vivaan.

An hour passed away in the blink of an eye. Anya's phone went off as she received a message from Vivaan.

Every year on this day Reza and Anya went to the orphanage to give some sweets and clothes to the kids there. This year was no different. The only thing that changed was Reza won't be accompanying Anya from now. She knew that kids there would be disheartened because they loved Reza more than her and so she didn't want to go this year but Vivaan convinced her. He promised that he will tag along. After Reza's death Vivaan became Anya's support system. Anya was so shook by her best friends death that she had to consult a therapist for a month. With Vivaan by her side she recovered pretty quickly.

"I have to go, Reza. I promise I will come to see you soon" she got up and dusted her jeans.

"I love you and miss you" she said looking at his name that was engraved on the tombstone.

"Bye" she said and made her way out of the graveyard.

She saw Vivaan waiting for her. As soon as he saw her he opened his arms and Anya happily walked into his arms and hugged him tight.

"You okay?" he asked.

"I am now" and he hugged her tighter.

Finally the epilogue has been updated.

I have a lot on my plate so I don't have time to write. So, the chapter might not be up to the mark.
