Next day

Adrien was getting dressed to go to school, humming since he woke up.

"Adrien, I understand that your night was excitement! But please, stop humming." Plagg grumbles, stretching on the bed.

"Why are you so excited if you can't say that you're Chat Noir?" Plagg asks rubbing his eyes.

"I know it. I'm just happy that she matches my feelings." Adrien finishes dressing.

A knock on the door makes Plagg hide.

"Adrien, your father wants to talk to you. Be ready in 5 minutes for breakfast." Natalie's voice echoes behind the door.

Adrien takes out his backpack and gestures for Plagg to hide in his shirt.

When he arrives in the dining room, he's surprised to see his father already waiting for him.

"Hi father, have you finally found time to talk to me?" Adrien smiles and sits at the table but his father always has a unexpressive look on his face.

"Your teacher told me that you've been distracted in classes." Adrien almost chokes on the toast he has just bitten, after swallowing it, forces a smile to his father.

How do I get out of this now?

"It's no big deal, I've just been a little tired these days. There're photo sections, fencing, chinese lessons." Adrien rubs his hair anxiously while his father gives him an appraising look.

"If your grades drop, you know you're going to have to leave school." His father's serious voice makes Adrien shudder at the thought.

"Yes, I know father, it won't happen." Adrien looks away and goes back to eating.

"So I hope." Gabriel looks away at his plate on the table, Adrien goes back to eating his toast while thinking about something to talk to his father, other than chores or work.

The boring part of being a super hero.

After the silent breakfast, Adrien says goodbye to his father and is escorted to school by his security guard in the car.

When you arrive at school, the first thing you do is explain to Alya about last night's misunderstanding.

"Tell another (Y / n), Chat Noir made it very clear that you two are together." You sigh with your failed attempt and pull Alya to a corner of the classroom.

"Okay Alya, I won't lie to you, but you need to keep it a secret and help me convince Nino and Nathaniel that it was just a Chat Noir joke." Alya raises her hand and nods, not avoiding a smile on her face.

"I can't believe you're dating a super he-" You cover her mouth, by silencing her.

"Shhh... I'll explain it to you later. Now let's convince them." You nod your head towards Nathaniel and Nino, Alya noded and you two go to them.

As soon as Adrien enters the classroom and sees you talking to Nathaniel and Nino, the blonde sighs.

It won't be as easy as I thought.

All he wanted to do was hug and kiss you to show everyone that you two are together.

He shakes his head emptying his thoughts and walks up to you with a smile on his face.

"What's up Guys! What's new?" Everyone looks at Adrien and waves back.

"Hey man, get here, I'll update you with the news." Nino puts his arm around Adrien, pulling the blonde closer.

"Nino, you don't need to spread my shame around!" You cross your arms and look away. You didn't really care, as long as they believed Alya's excuse.

"Now I'm curious, tell me (Y / n)! We're not friends?" You raise an eyebrow and turn your face to look at him with a mocking smile.

"I think we're more like classmates, but that's okay. Tell him Nino, it's not a secret." You pass them with a simple wave of your hand and sit in your seat at the desk. Adrien can't help but little smile as he watches you over his shoulder, you sitting in your desk.

"Hey man, what did you do to (Y / n) be so cold to you?" asks Nino, Adrien looks back at them and shrugs.

"Maybe she doesn't like blondes?" Nino laughs at Kim's joke, while Adrien rolls his eyes and Alya crosses her arms.

"Helloo? What girl doesn't like blondes boys?" said Alya as she checks a message on her cell phone. She leaves the boys arguing and runs over to your desk.

"(Y / n)! Marinette sent me a message saying that she's not coming to school today, it seems that she caught a cold." Alya grumbles and you sigh upset.

"Oh that sucks... Do you want to sit with me today then?" You asked her, already typing the message to Marinette. To your surprise, Alya refuses, saying that she wants to enjoy sitting with Nino. Knowing that they're dating, you totally understand.

You rest your chin on your hand as you watch students arrive and take their places with your partner. You look at the seat beside your empty side and sigh.

How I wish Chat was here beside me.

I can't wait for the night to come.

When your mind returns the memories of last night, your heart races and your cheeks turn red.

You bite your bottom lip thinking about him kissing you again.

"Can I sit here?" Adrien's voice takes you out of your fantasy, you just nod your head without looking at him.

He sits next to you and you keep your eyes off him. But from the corner of your eye you can see that he's staring at you.

Adrien couldn't take his eyes off you, he thought about saying something, but the profile of your face distracted him and now he was just looking at your beautiful facial features. Your (H / C) hair was loose with a few strands stuck behind your ear, your (E / C) eyes had such a mysterious and focused glow.

When his gaze dropped to your mouth, he immediately bit his lower lip. Your lips were still slightly swollen from last night. He was dying to kiss you again.

"Adrien, is there something in my face? You don't stop looking at it." You touch your face while he shakes his head and looks away with cheeks blushing.

"No, you just look very beautiful today. I mean, n-not that you're u-ugly the other d-day, you're pretty every d-day." You watch him scramble with the words and turn red at the end by slapping his hand on his forehead.

He and Marinette sure match perfectly.

"Thank you... It's very kind of you." You look to Nino and Alya in front of you, who are talking and exchanging jokes or flirtations. You smile.

Alya is so lucky to have a boyfriend always around.

Is dating Chat Noir a good idea?

"Thinking about your boyfriend, right?" You leave your thoughts and turn your face to face Adrien in bewilderment.

"How do you know I have a boyfriend?" You ask confused, arching an eyebrow, you don't think Alya would tell him.

"I didn't know, it was a lucky guess. You look upset, what happened?" Adrien rests his cheek on his hand while looking at you curiously. You sigh and think of a way to tell without mentioning the secret.

"I started dating a boy recently." You started.

"I like him a lot, but he lives far away. And we can't see each other often. Do you think this will work?" You feel very desperate for ask the most clueless boy in the classroom to advice.

"Distance dating depends on trust. If you trust him and he trusts you. You two will just have to solve the distance problem in the near future, don't you think?" You almost open your mouth at his answer, surprised. It wasn't bad advice.

"You really seem to understand the subject, have you ever dated at a distance?" He shakes his head, while running his fingers through his hair in shame.

"No, I never had a girlfriend. Don't spread it to anyone." He whispers to you looking around, you can't help but giggle.

"A famous model like you? Never having a girlfriend? I don't believe that." Adrien looks at you with a sense of accomplishment, making you smile without the mask was a prowess.

"My demanding father, it's hard for me to catch even a flu." You hold back a laugh and before you can answer, the teacher's voice speaks.

"Silence folks, the class will start now." Everybody stops talking. You and Adrien exchange one last look, before looking back at the teacher.

Maybe Adrien's not as silly as I thought.

He is clueless boy, but he's kind.

Set him up with Marinette will be hard.

She's dating Chat Noir, not me.
