Dom moy dostroen, no ya v nem odin,My house is built, but inside I'm alone

Khlopnula dver' za spinoy. Door has been shut behind my back

Veter osenniy stuchitsya v okno,Autumn's wind is knocking at the window

Plachet opyat' nado mnoy.Once again, sobbing over me.

Noch'yu groza, a nautro tuman, Thunder at night and mists in the morning

Solntse ostylo sovsem. The sun has all gone cold.

Davnie boli idut cheredoy,Sufferings from long ago are passing one by one

Pust' sobirayutsya vse. Let them combine together.

Dom moy dostroen, no ya v nem odin, My house is built, but inside I'm alone

Khlopnula dver' za spinoy.Door has been shut behind my back

Veter osenniy stuchitsya v okno, Autumn's wind is knocking at the window

Plachet opyat' nado mnoy. Once again, sobbing over me.

Eto - sud'ba, a sud'bu ne mogu That is fate, and I cannot

Ya ni o chem prosit'.Ask fate any questions

Tol'ko ya znayu, kak posle menya Only I know how winds

Stanut vetra golosit'....Will be howling after me....

A sorrowful male singing voice echoed through the empty streets of Atlas. It belonged to a brown haired Russian-Remnite man in his early thirties and dressed in an Atlesia Army uniform who walked on the street debris and ruins. From his appearance, the resemblance between him and the man named Tony Stark was practically uncanny. He turned his head and felt a notion of depressed feelings hit him when he looked around his environment. The Russian-Remnite man looked at the familiar face mourning and sitting on the grave he made for his beloved ones.

" Privyet? (Hello?) " the brown haired soldier gently patted at the grieving man who wore a green leather jacket and a red bandana on his head.

" Pavel? Pavel Pesnya? " the man slowly turned his head and looked at the soldier.

" Knightfall! " Pavel exclaimed in shock. " What are you doing here? "

" I heard your family migrated to Australia, nine days ago. " the man known as Chris Knightfall answered. " You're supposed to..."

" I decided to remain here, comrade. " he explained. " I actually understood our duty to serve this country. Besides, we both graduated at Atlas Academy. It's only custom we fulfill our duty like the late President Ironwood said."

" Pavel, he sacrificed his life in defending our country aside from being a general and professor of our school. That's the only memory which we can treasure forever. "

" I know that, " Pavel nodded and saw a compact combat weapon which his friend held.

" What's that? "

" My parents gave it to me before the invasion happened, " Knightfall sadly sighed. " I spent my life defending and joining the rebel groups as we went to other places. But I never had a chance in saving my family. "

" It's okay..." his friend patted his shoulders. " Listen, you tried your best in protecting our country. We lost a lot of people: killed or forced into slavery. The most important thing is what we can make out of this dreadful situation. Just don't lose hope, okay? "

" You're right, " his fellow fighter nodded. " Fighting is what we do best after all."

" Now, we are monitoring the place against those freaks. We have to move. "

Pavel and Knightfall both left the ruins and headed to the main road. Suddenly, the two saw a figure from a distance. The soldiers readied themselves as Pavel had thought of giving a loud destructive scream since he was an Inhuman. Then, Knightfall took his rifle slung back his rifle's bolt.

" Hold it, right there! " a woman's voice yelled. The two got surprised at the sight of her. She was a white-haired woman dressed in a white jumpsuit with blue-stripes on her sleeves and a red cross emblem on her left arm.

" Governor Schnee! " they exclaimed with surprise in unison.

" What are you two doing here? " she asked.

" Apologies Gov, I went to see my family, " Knightfall humbly replied. " Personally, I wanted to return to Atlas and find them. Now, they're gone. "

" Da, I found him setting up a grave for them, " Pavel added.

" I see, " she said. " But remember our duty comes before anything else. Is that understood? You know that our country is the most highly affected zone and under a State of Emergency. We need to give all our efforts to defend our people. "

" Yes, ma'am. "

" And Lieutenant Knightfall, I express my deepest condolences for your family. "

" Thanks, "

" That aside, I'm supporting the Remnite Red Cross volunteers in their search for any survivors aside from helping out in the Army, " Schnee continued. " For now, we will be doing a search and rescue activity this evening. "

" Speaking of that, ma'am, " Pavel interrupted. " I found a slavery den in Atlas Academy grounds. My fellow troops spied on the people inside. "

" Slave den, but it's dangerous to go there! "

" Ma'am, Pavel and I went to Vytal Festival Arena to free the slaves aside from the other cities we have been to, " Knighfall added. " We're not afraid to take resistance against those aliens."

" I see, " Schnee nodded. " So, this is what President Ironwood fought for before he had passed away. Well then, I shall join you two. "

" Do you know what happened to your sister? " Pavel curiously asked and changed the topic.

" She went out of the country, " the lady governor sternly replied. " Why are you asking? "

" It's just I don't see her anymore..." the Russian-Remnite sadly sighed.

" So, you missed talking to my sister, Pavel? "

" Nyet! (No!) I'm just asking... Nevermind, shall we head off? " he blushed.

(ATLAS ACADEMY GROUNDS: 8:45 PM)

The institution turned out to be a slavery den in which several people were captured and placed. The Inhumans, exiled Kree, Faunus, normal humans, and other races were in the hands of Behni, Cabal, and D'Bari forces. They took the slaves to their new masters. Inside the premises, the Cabal Dust Giants and the Behni Dark Troopers guarded a powerfully dangerous enhanced person in chains. They placed him inside the room where no one could find him. The mutant captive was in his forties. He had a dark hair and orange colored eyes. He had been in the cell for more than a week, barely eating or drinking anything. His body was weakening to the point where he could not unleash his semblance of purging light through his sword. At that moment, he heard a conversation between the Cabal, D'Bari, and Behni slave guards as a male voice echoed the walls of his room.

" His name is Gladius Fernal, " the D'Bari guard said to his companions. " The other slaves labeled him very dangerous and formidable."

" I see, " a white-haired mutant named Rhaeyar Kataclys shook his head. " So, what are your plans for him? "

" We'll bring him to the two Emperors, " the red-skinned trooper replied. " He can be a perfect weapon against our enemies. "

The Cabal and Behni soldiers nodded in agreement.

" Good idea, "

A D'bari herald then quickly rushed into the room and caught the attention of the group. " Everyone, I have bad news! " the D'Bari herald called the people's attention. " You're not going to like this! "

" What's going on? " Rhaeyar asked.

" The mixed slaves quickly escaped! "

" ARE YOU SERIOUS!? STOP STANDING AROUND AND SEIZE THEM! "

A blue-haired man named Vulcan Sunstrider passed through the walls, freeing slaves with every block he visited. The mixed slaves fled as quickly as they were saved. Suddenly, a group of Cabal and Behni guards appeared before the slaves when a twin Raptor Faunus hindered them. They slashed their heads using their claws and brought them down. Knightfall, on the other hand, kept shooting and targeting the D'Bari. Pavel arrived and screamed his loud and dangerous voice. The vibrations broke the attackers' ear drums and the shortly fell after. Winter used her musket as she also pinned them down.

" I can sense more people over there, " a purple haired Inhuman named Teal Nightfall pointed at the locked rooms.

" Their slave captors will take them to their new masters, " the grey haired Inhuman, Hope Felsong added. " I can see them crying. "

" Don't worry guys, I can free them in no time! " Vulcan beamed.

" Good! " Pavel nodded. " Knightfall and I will search for more while fighting. "

Suddenly, Pavel and Knightfall saw the heavily guarded Behni Troopers and Cabal Dust Giants. They confronted the two Inhumans as the dark-haired soldier turned to his Russian-Remnite friend.

" Pavel, now! " he said.

" DA!!!!!!!" Pavel loudened his scream as the captors passed out, bleeding to death from the ears, and opened the door. The two entered the room and saw a long haired man weakened and in chains. His body told him that he was being starved.

" Gladius! " Knightfall mentioned the man's name.

" Should I break his chains, now? " Pavel asked.

" Hurry up! "

" Okay." he felt contemplated. " I think he will have his eardrums broken..."

" Hey, Russian..." Gladius called his attention. " Just get me out of here! I can withstand that noise from you."

" Okay...."

Pavel broke the chains with his scream. Gladius seemed not affected but he got freed. Knightfall carried him. The Russian-Remnite soldier sighed in relief.

" Thanks, " the long-haired man smiled.

" You're welcome..."

" Nice work. " Winter Schnee sighed in relief and arrived as she saw Gladius. " Another survivor."

" There you go, Madam Governor, " Pavel grinned. " He's safe, but greatly weakened. "

" I'll take him to the Red Cross volunteers for now, " she replied. " But I'll let him meet Agent Omega after all of this mess. "

" Agent Omega? " Knightfall raised his tone. " Who is he? "

" He's my other cousin from the Schnee-Rockford side. " the governor replied.

" We found more survivors! " Vulcan grinned and took Gladius. " He needs medical attention right now! "

" Good! " Winter nodded and looked at Knightfall which she seemed worried.

" Don't worry Winter, I will make it back in one piece but for a second. It sounded like you worried about me." he assured.

" You know what can happen Lieutenant. Our enemies are worse than the Grimm. I have a feeling this is the end of everything..."

" Well, these enemies may seem different yes but they put up a good fight and that's what I love. Plus for Atlas, I will keep that legacy alive."

" Good luck, Lieutenant. Come back alive, that's an order! "

" For you Winter, I will. That's a promise."

Winter, Pavel, and the others continued freeing the remaining slaves. Chris Knightfall kept fighting off more guards. Hours later, the Solitas governor was busily attending and assisting the injured, sick, and displaced. The Remnite Red Cross volunteers brought more survivors into the makeshift medical tent. Winter was talking to a medic when someone interrupted their conversation.

" We're supposed to discuss casualty counts and you...." she indignantly paused.

" Sorry, I'm late! " a familiar male voice drew her attention.

" Lieutenant! You surprised me there. " Winter widened her eyes. " Shall we go outside? "

" So, you did miss me? " Knightfall brought the official outside the tent. Her face turned red when she looked at him.

" Yes... Lieutenant..."

" Plus seeing you is what makes it worth coming back here for." he touched her face as he was about to kiss her. Suddenly, a Behni spacecraft interrupted their moment as it nearly crash in front of them. Knightfall took his gun as Winter joined him inspecting the ship. Opening the hatch, It was the Hive who were plaguing the ship as the Behni and the other forces saw them. The Cabal Dust Giants pointed their slug throwers at them. Pavel ran towards Winter and Knightfall as he gasped.

" Kakye?! What's this?! " the Russian-Remnite soldier asked in shock.

" Well, I guess a close encounter of the third kind? " Knightfall added. Suddenly, the gravitonium was seen as the Hive had taken." Then, the Hive was nice enough to deliver to us."

One of the Thralls hissed at them, followed by another one aiming some sort of arm cannon at them.

" That's our ship! " the Behni Trooper indignantly yelled

" Hey alien freaks! We found this stuff so my friend here is gonna play a solo for all of you? "

" We'll deal with these fools later! " the second Behni trooper added.

" Hey we mean business, so how about this?" Knightfall raised his rifle shooting the Cabal soldier right in his helmet.. The Cabal and the Behni obtained the element from the Hive after shooting them down.

" So Pavel how strong is your voice? Is it enough to deal with our guests that wrecked our home?" he asked.

" I'm ready, comrade. But that element is destructive! " his friend replied.

" Well Winter, should we engage or strike at them for Ironwood? "

" Okay, here's my strategy. We need to avoid that element from pulling us apart." she answered.

" Da! " Pavel nodded.

" Well, I fought the Cabal before. I know what sets them off. Shoot their helmet off. They can't breathe our air. As for the other one... I don't know, just fill it with lead and Winter, please be careful."

" Lieutenant, I trust on you with this one."

" I'll start..." Pavel took a deep breath as he yelled at the Behni, Cabal, D'Bari, and Hive. Knightfall took the chance and used his rifle with anti-personnel rounds, shooting the space rhinos in the heads and popping their helmets off. He then aimed for the Hive next.

" Hey Hive! How many drones does it take to fill in one crystal? " Knightfall tauntingly. asked. Suddenly, a Behni survivor held the glass as he broke it. The gravitonium created an earthquake as it rumbled the ground. Everyone from the tent turned their heads when they noticed it.

" Earthquake!! " Winter yelled.

" Duck, Cover, and hold! " Pavel added as everyone followed his instruction. Knightfall jumped to Winter as he held her while protecting her from the debris coming down.

" Are you okay, Winter?" he asked.

" I-I'm fine..." she nodded. The other buildings were damaged as the earthquake was finished. The Behni left as he held the element. Knightfall got up as he stayed close to her.

" That element has that much strength?"

" Yes, it's Gravitonium..."

" One fourth of Atlas City was just shattered. " Pavel said.

" That Behni will pay for this. I'm... sorry I couldn't stop it Winter..."

" We can always rebuild this city together. "

" But I wonder if we can go after it and get that element still?"

" We'd have to warn the people, first. "

" Winter's right. Thank you for reminding me. My pride almost got the best of me."

" I'll help as well. " his brunette friend smiled.

" Remember, the D'Bari, Cabal and the Behni are under Thanos's influence. You have to keep that in mind. " Winter reminded.

" Thanos, who is he? " Pavel gulped. " What does he do? "

" The real destroyer of worlds, he can drastically terminate everything. "

" How did you get such information? "

" Some friends with a reliable source. "

" Winter I will try not to kill them, but the Cabal are very dangerous from what I heard. But I will take the stone back without killing anymore aliens ."

" That depends, Lieutenant. Our fate lies in our hands. "
