Six months later...

When Sunny finally told people she was pregnant everyone went crazy especially Aunt Ivy and today is Sunny's baby shower.

Axel has grown so much and looks so much like me. I feel bad that he doesn't look like Jax but he is most definitely momma's boy.

I get him dressed and we head downstairs to where Jax is making breakfast.

"Morning Jax," I said putting Axel in his highchair.

"Morning you two. I made some breakfast I thought you might want something." He said.

"Thanks! I mean I'm sure I will eat at Sunny's shower and I know that Remi's cake and cookies will be there." I smile.

"That's the only reason I'm going." He laughed.

"You know mom told me once upon a time that it was rumored that Remi and Gray used to get it on in the shop and on the counter where she makes the cakes and cookies." I laugh.

"Yuck Lanie! I don't want come filled cookies." He said.

"I mean they probably disinfected it." I laugh.

"That's still gross." He laughs handing me my plate of eggs and waffles.

"They did remodel a few years ago so I bet they replaced it," I said.

"Yeah and probably christened it again." He laughed.

I wrinkled up my nose and giggled as Axel banged his little fingers on the highchair top.

"I think Axel will like the icing on the cake for sure." Jax smiled.

"Oh, I'm sure he will. I wonder how Summer is going to do with this new baby coming?" I said.

"Oh, I'm not sure about that. But they will have their hands full. Does he plan to marry?" He asked.

"I'm not sure she hasn't mentioned it but I'm hoping so. I'm just glad DJ isn't still hung up on Morgan and I am so glad that Morgan didn't sleep with him and mess him up." I laugh.

We cleaned up and grabbed our stuff and drove over to Aunt Ivy's house.

It was decorated so pretty and we were finding out today if it's a boy or girl as well. I am hoping boy.

I walked over and hugged Sunny and Aunt Ivy asked for Axel right away.

"Are you ready to find out the gender?" I asked her.

"I am! I'm hoping for a boy but it doesn't matter either way and well so is DJ."

"Will it be DJ the third?" I ask.

"Oh hell no." She giggled.

I kept my eyes on Axel but Ivy wasn't giving him up so I walked over to where Jax was with Ethan.

"I'm just here for the cake." Ethan laughed.

"So am I." Jax laughs.

I walk over to where mom and Morgan are and now Morgan has Axel. "Is he ok?"

"Of course he is with his favorite aunty." Morgan smiled.

"Mom I brought that shirt," I said.

"Oh good where is it?" She asked.

"It's in the diaper bag over by the door. There is milk in there if he gets hungry." I said.

I walked over to Carly and hugged her and talked to her for a while when Jessa walked up.

"I'm voting boy!" She said.

"Oh, I'm team boy all the way. Axel needs someone to play with." I smile.

Uncle Des announces for us to go outside time to find out what the baby is.

We all head outside and Jax has Axel and I walk over to where they are and kiss Axel's face. "I bet you are having fun being passed around."

"He smells like all different types of perfume." Jax laughs.

We all count down and when DJ and Sunny pop the popper blue power pops out and we all scream.

While Sunny was looking around at all of us DJ sunk to one knee and held out a ring.

We all were screaming because no one knew it was happening and he proposed to Sunny.

Sunny was a blubbering mess but said yes and she jumped up and down.

All of us girls rushed over to get a look at the ring and DJ did a great job.

"DJ that was an awesome proposal," I said hugging him.

"Thanks, Lanie. She deserves the best and so does Summer and our baby." He said.

"Oh Sunny! Your ring is so beautiful." I smile.

"It's gorgeous and I'm hoping we can talk about the dress you will design." She smiled.

"Of course! You know I will and can't wait to pick a fabric with you!" I said.

"I want something short and cute and we will just have a small wedding." She said.

"I'm your girl whenever you are ready," I said as she hugged me.

We stuck around to get cake and I put a few cookies in my diaper bag for later. By 8 pm Axel was crying and cranky and it was time for us to go.

Jax grabbed him and I got the diaper bag and we headed out to the jeep.

"Waaaaait! I didn't get to kiss my boy bye." Dad said.

"Oh, dad! He's so fussy and smells like so much perfume he's annoyed." I laughed.

"Makes no difference to me. I want to kiss my boy." He said hugging me.

"I umm bought him a little kiddy pool you can put on the porch and let him get wet." He said.

"Of course you did! We may try and take him to the lake and let him experience the sand and water. But thanks for buying him a pool dad." I said.

Your welcome Lanie bug. Goodnight you guys!" He said kissing Axel's head.

"Night dad love you too," I said getting in the jeep.

Once home Jax carried Axel up to his room and helped me undress, bathe him and get him ready for bed.

I fed him and burped him and put him in his crib for the night before heading to the bedroom to jump my husband.
